Apartment in Niedernsill, Zell am See, Austria - 10/15 minutes from Kaprun and Zell am See

Haus Anna Louise is situated in the friendly village of Niedernsill located in the beautiful Hohe Tauern National Park. There are a choice of good family-friendly restaurants in the village which is only 10 minutes from the year-round resort of Kaprun famous for it's 3000 metre Kitzsteinhorn Glacier and 15 minutes from the charming lakeside town of Zell am See. Haus Anna Louise is a dutch owned chalet that offers a warm and friendly welcome. It is our aim to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. With the skiing areas of Zell am See, Schuttdorf, Kaprun and the new cable car from Hollersbach, linking to the Kitzbuhler Alpen Skiing Arena, we are well placed for every level of skier. For golfing enthusiasts there are 7 courses within a 35-minute drive. There are numerous cycle and walking trails close by along with paragliding, white water rafting or just simply relaxing!

Your hosts

Many people have the lingering wish to change their lives and start anew. We, Hans and Gerrie, made this happen for ourselves and are now the proud owners of the cosy and “gemütliche” bed and breakfast Haus Anna Louise in Niedernsill, ten kilometres from Zell am See in Austria.

The views here are breathtaking and in our large garden, we can enjoy the sunshine on the terrace. We love to play golf, and luckily, there are seven beautiful and challenging golf courses within a short drive of Niedernsill.

We also love to go on long walks and are enthusiastic skiers in the winter months. There are plenty of walk paths and ski areas near Niedernsill. We thoroughly enjoy the picturesque village of Niedernsill, sometimes time even seems to stand still and we van just relax and enjoy

What makes this apartment unique


The picturesque village is situated in a ski area near the Weißsee, in the middle of the national park Hohe Tauern at an altitude of 767 metres. The area is ideal for the peace loving winter athlete. The slopes in Niedernsill are not extravagantly long, but the area is a true paradise for cross-country skiing and a great surrounding for those who love Tiefschnee and tour skiing. Other, larger ski areas are easily accessible with the free ski bus.

Great stay with 10 persons

We stayed here with 2 families, 10 persons. And had a great time. Good rooms, good sanitair, good beds. The kitchen was good size, and everything we needed was there. Great owners, very kind and helpfull. supermarkt and good restaurant nearby, en within few minutes walk a great swimming lake and football field with lots to play for the kids. We go again in 2016, the kids can't wait to go

Schitterend appartement

Het is een schitterend appartement waar het aan niets ontbreekt. Geweldige eigenaren waar niets te veel voor is.

We gaan in oktober er voor de 3de keer na toe. De omgeving is prachtig en je kunt er heerlijk wandelen. Het is dan ook zeker een aanrader om naar haus Anna Louise te gaan.

We spent the New Year here at Haus Anna Louise, we are a family of six and this accomodation meets all the requirements needed, it is warm, cosy and spacious, the owners Hans and Gerrie are very friendly and helpful, the location is great, cannot wait to go back.

La casa está muy bien equipada y es muy confortable. Está situada en un pequeño pueblo muy tranquilo. ¡Nos sentimos como en nuestra casa!. Los dueños son muy agradables y atentos.

El wifi no funcionó siempre. Parece que hay algún problema con la recepción. Aún así la recomiendo y volvería a repetir.

Salzburg airport is 75 minutes drive. Both Innsbruck and Munich airports are 2.5 hours by road. Good rail and coach links to Salzburg airport. Car hire is not essential for winter holidays, however, in order to get the most from your summer break and discover what this beautiful area has to offer, car hire or use of your own vehicle is recommended.


400 metres from the centre of the village. 10 minutes by road from Kaprun, 15 minutes from the beautiful lakeside town of Zell am See and onward rail links to Salzburg and beyond. 25 minutes from the Krimml waterfalls and 30 minutes from Kitzbuhel.
