First floor apartment southwest facing and overlooks the pool. Located within a tranquil garden setting the apartment consists of an open plan lounge area fully air conditioned. 32 inch flat screen TV with over 300 digital channels. Amazon Fire stick with Netflix's available and other applications. Large chaise loungue leather sofa which converts to a bed to sleep one. Free WIFI is available. Portable CD player. The large roof terrace has a lounge area with a 4 piece suite perfect for watching the beautiful sunsets with a glass of sangria, sun loungers, BBQ, and a large table with seating for 6. The resort houses a Jack Nicklaus signature 18 hole golf course which can be viewed from the roof terrace. Restaurants, cafe bars tapas bars, irish bars icecream parlour, golf shop & clubhouse plus supermarket. The port of Mazzaron is 20 mins drive away where you can laze the days away on one of the three stunning blue flag beaches, there is also shops cafe bars and a beautiful marina.

The Costa Calida is a lovely part of the world and shows traditional Spanish at its best. We have sampled the delights of the local markets, the fabulous beaches in Mazzaron, the shopping complexes in Murcia and all are a short drive away. The apartment was ideal, Jardin 2 was great we walked to the bars and restaurants most nights, enjoyed a few BBQ meals - as we had a car we journeyed out to Benidorm, Torrevieja, Quad Biking Sailing, Go-Karting and many times to the beaches we will look into returning to the same area next year and may well ask if you have availability at your apartment during July / August 2015.



Once again, thank-you very much for the use of your lovely apartment, we had a great 2 weeks Mr and Mrs Skidmore and family stayed Aug 14



We had a great time the apartment was ideal for our needs. In fact the kids never went near the tv which was amazing ha ha. We loved the roof terrace especially. Had some good trips out to various beaches and the water park

Outside: Fabulous large roof terrace overlooking the shared pool at the front and stunning mountain range at the rear. Has a lounge area with a four piece suite, sun loungers, large table with seating for 6 and a BBQ. Has electricity,water and lighting. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included, the property will be cleaned for your arrival and upon your departure. If you require a maid service other than stated this will be available for an extra charge. Starter food pack is offered. Details available on request.

Lovely place to stay, we recommend it to anyone, even those with moody teenagers, like us!

Lovely, clean and well equipped apartment on a secure, well landscaped site. The rooftop terrace is perfect for BBQs. The plus of having a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi and satellite TV made life so easy when you have kids, be they small or teens. The beautiful and well maintained pool was right opposite appartment. It was a pity some of the other users ignored the rules and at times were rowdy and inconsiderate, but you can use any other pools on site, so we walked to the next one on a couple of occasions. The one downside of being opposite the pool was that on a couple occasions the rowdy group ended up having a noisy pool party until the early hours,which is against the rules. Security did intervene the second time, and after that made regular patrols. This is obviously out of the owners control. The main on site shopping/eating area of Al Kazar is nice, and there is plenty of choice of bars/resturants to choose from. A car is really a must to fully enjoy the Murcia area. We enjoyed visits to Murcia City, Mazzaron and Cartagena. Please note, for both the port towns, if you walk just a few hundred metres into away from the beach and into the towns, you find food and drink is often better and a lot cheaper!

We had some initial issues with terrace canopy & the AC in twinroom and main living area. Thanks to Joanne (owner) and Mike (on-site contact) the canopy was replaced and Mike arranged for AC to be serviced whilst we were out. Unfortunately, this did not seem to make much difference, but we managed. Beds are a little on the firm side for us, but others may wish them like this. All in all, we had a lovely time, and would be happy to come again.

*Please note, there is a €60 cleaning fee due when you are on site, which we were not aware of, but we're happy to pay. We arrived late at night, Mike still was there to greet us, and had arranged a welcome package of essential basics such as water, milk, bread, tea coffee etc.

Comfortable, well equipped apartment with excellent roof terrace & communal pool on the doorstep

This first floor apartment is located on the South West corner of Condado, with excellent views over the communal pool and surrounding rural areas with mountains into the distance. Can't really see the golf course, as it doesn't extend down this far. The excellent communal pool was clean and well maintained, but was sometimes ruined by a group of Spanish teens who descended on the area most afternoons (out of the view of their parents I suspect!) to enjoy some very boisterous behaviour, which could be disturbing for many, especially young children or those trying to enjoy a quiet wallow like us.

The apartment was equipped with everything you'd need including a great TV as advertised (the only area a bit short was tools for the BBQ, but now there's a new set of tongs in the the drawer for the next guests!). BBQ and dining on the roof terrace was most enjoyable. Strangely the neighbouring owners/renters didn't use the roof terraces much, which was a bonus for us as I'd imagine it could interfere with the enjoyment of this excellent space a little, unless you're the very sociable type who love to 'talk over the garden wall' a lot. (We're clearly not very sociable!). Cooking, washing machine and dishwasher all great - the inclusive air con was in need of a bit of attention but it wasn't realistic to expect this to be attended to during our stay due to a weekend/public holiday. Bathroom very modern and includes a great shower unit (no bath).

A car is pretty much essential on this resort unless you just want to stay put and relax. To make the most of things you really need to venture out to Mazarron for great beaches and other places like the spectacular mountain-side town of Aledo for a bit of sight-seeing. Condado itself is huge so it's a good 20 minute walk to the 'town centre' of Al Kazar, which is always full of activity and has several good places to eat and drink (we particularly liked La Cata and Sofia's), but is a fair distance for carrying shopping if no car. A well stocked supermarket is found there, plus bike hire and other shops.

The golf course was in good condition with the best rates for those happy to just turn up and play or book a day in advance, as booking several days ahead can be considerably more expensive.

Overall a great place to stay and the apartment was everything we could have hoped for at a very reasonable price - owner Jo very pleasant to deal with, as were the property managers (Military Breaks Plus) - Recommended!
