Second floor apartment with sea views you can pass many an hour on the terrace watching the boats coming in and out of the Marina. In quiet residential area between the cosmopolitan Cala D'or marina and the lovely Es Forti beach. Only a short walk to the many bustling bars and restaurants. Has a well kept shared pool and grounds. The apartment has everything you would need for self catering. there is a shared pool in block one.

Perfect place to stay

The apartment is light and airy with a fabulous view of the sea and the entrance to the marina. The area is very quiet with easy parking and is just a short walk left to the marina or right to the beach. Shops are nearby. The seating on the balcony is perfect to just relax and stare out to sea. Comfortable big bed with lots of storage space in the bedroom and the sitting room. Everything you might need is here. We can totally recommend it.

Total relaxation

This was our 3rd stay in the apartment and there has always been some updating of the facilities between visits. The property is always clean and well maintained to my high standards. The pool is regularly cleaned. It is an easy 1 hour drive from the airport. with plentiful parking opposite the apartment.

The location is quiet, with beautiful views towards the marina and out to sea. There is a beach with all facilities a few minutes walk away and many restaurants of all price ranges within walking distance.

Brilliant apartment in a great location

The apartment was very comfortable with beautiful views from the balcony. The apartment comprised of a lounge area with satellite tv and kitchen with everything you would need to prepare meals if you wish. The homely touches throughout the apartment make gives a lovely home from home feel so you can't help but instantly relax here. The bathroom is very clean and bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space with very comfortable bed. The balcony is gorgeous with lots of seating and a table where you can enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset. The complex has an outdoor swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers so you can top up your tan. There is also a b&q area and roof terrace where you can get stunning views of your surroundings.

The owners were very helpful and could always be contacted if you had any questions. When we arrived the owners had left an information pack, with everything you need to know about the apartment and local amenities and attractions.

The apartment is in a brilliant location with shops just a few minutes walk away. The marina has brilliant section of bars and restaurants with a great atmosphere and this also is a stones throw away. The nearest beach is approximately 5mins walk and there are plenty of other coves and beaches to explore in the area. The main town of Cala Dor has an array of shops and boutiques and lovely cafes and restaurants to enjoy.

This was a brilliant holiday in a lovely apartment in a great location and I would recommend this to all my family and friends and would definitely stay here again. So much so I am going back this year.

the moment we saw the terrace with a view of the sea and the boats coming in and out of the marina we new this was the right place for us.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Palma at 70 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Doughty's at 50 Metres Nearest Restaurant : rincon at 100 Metres Nearest Beach : cala Pou at 400 Metres Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

Cala D'or is an area of several bays the nearest being Es Forti a few minutes walk. From this bay you can also catch the glass bottom boat which visits all severn bays at Cala D'or and the national park at Mondrago. Alternatively a land train stops near by taking you to Mondrago beach, the Marina and Cala D'or centre.

Travel:

Palma Airport 45 mins drive. Car hire not essential as there is a good local transport system and restaurant, bars, cafes and beaches are all within walking distance.

Distances:

Cal D'or centre is a pleasant walk around the marina and takes about 20 mins, or a couple of miles by road.

Pretty fishing village of Porta Petra 30 mins walk.

Santanyi is 10km a typical Mallorcan town with a lovely market on Sat and Wed morning.

Mondrago Beach is the largest beach in the area with a lovely cafe approx 5km.

Further Details:

Local shops and supermarket are within walking distance. Cala D'or is well known for its low rise white washed buildings small sandy coves and a wide range of restaurants, bars, cafes and boutique shopping.

The area is very quiet almost part residential, the complex is small and all owner occupied, a mixture of nationalities. The beach is a 3 minute walk down the road, you can enjoy a lovely welcome at the local bars and restaurants, or a short stroll around the Marina to enjoy the lovely restaurant's in this area. you have shops in Cala Ego's or a nice 30 mins stroll up into Cala D'or with a vast array of shops and restaurants..
