Beautiful 4-bedroom holiday villa located in a quiet cul-de-sac, west of Albufeira with a sleeping capacity of up to 8 persons. The villa offers complete privacy for a relaxing holiday, also a favourite for families. Within a very short walk are the beaches of Evaristo and Castello, and only a 10 minute walk to Gale beach which is one of the best beaches in the Algarve. All restaurants are very good and are all within 10 minutes walk. A car is not essential. Casa Ocean View is very tastefully decorated and fully equipped to the highest standards.

Nearest Airport : Faro at 40 Miles Nearest Barpub : Por do Sol at 0.2 Miles Nearest Motorway : A22 at 5 Miles Nearest Restaurant : Por do Sol at 0.2 Miles Nearest Beach : Praia do Castelo at 0.5 Miles Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

Within a very short walk are the beaches of Evaristo and Castello, these beaches have very nice restaurants and you can climb the rocks to find a secluded part of the beach. A 10 minute walk to Gale beach which is one of the best beaches in the Algarve with plenty of water sports in peak season.

Travel:

Car hire is not essential. The the beginning of the cul-de-sac is a bus stop and a taxi rank 2 minutes walk away. Faro airport is a 40 minute drive.

Distances:

The villa is situated 5km west of Albufeira. Algarve Shopping Centre is a 15 minute drive. Vilamoura and Zoo Marine are 20 minutes by car. There are several Water Parks all within 30 minutes drive.

Further Details:

Several restaurants and shops are all within 5 minutes walk. The supermarket is a 10 minute walk with cash point facilities. There are about 10 restaurants all within 10 minutes walk.

There is a hair dryer in the master bedroom. Outside: The garden of the villa is accessible all the way round with off road car parking facilities. There is gates at the front. The private pool is approximately 5 metres by 3 metres. Sun beds and parasols are provided. There is a large covered area with a patio table and 8 chairs. The barbecue is a the west side of the villa. There is a washing line on the east side. Utility Room: There is a washing machine/tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bath towels and hand towels are supplied for each person. Beach towels are not supplied.
