Whether you are looking for a relaxing beach holiday, a quality golfing trip or a romantic weekend getaway, this modern two bedroom apartment, is located just outside Torrevieja Town in a delightful Spanish region.

Inside, the main lounge area is modern and comfortably furnished with a corner sofa bed, coffee table, flat screen television and freeview digital box. The dining area has a large table suitable for four people and there is a separate kitchen fully-equipped with modern appliances. In addition, there is a roomy traditional Spanish bathroom.

Outside, the apartment has a large balcony, table suitable for six people overlooking the communal swimming pool and garden area - perfect for viewing the beautiful evening sunsets while enjoying a refreshing evening tipple.

Important information:

Meet and greet:

Meeting times are between 8am and 8pm. Outside of these hours a charge of 15 euros will occur between 8pm and Midnight and 25 euros from Midnight to 6am. Charges are to be paid to to the key holder on arrival/departure.

Electricity:

In addition to the property costs the electricity operates on an meter. A complimentary 10 euros will be credited on arrival. A family of 4 people should be able to live off 10-15 euros per week during the summer season. Top up cards can be purchased from the key holder.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service:

Linen and Towels are included. A cleaning charge of 50 euros comes in addition to the prices (For a party of four). For parties of more than four, an extra 5 euros per person will be charged

Nice clean apartment

This is my second visit here and the apartment was very clean. The only thing I would say is that it's 3 years since my last visit and everything was the same, same bedding, all the same things in the kitchen, just feels like it could do with a bit of a revamp. It is a great apartment and the balcony is lovely to relax on, just needs a little life putting back into it. Could also do with new sun lounger as one of them didn't work properly. It's close to the bars and supermarkets. We did hire a car and glad we did so we could go to different beaches. I would recommend this apartment as the air con in all rooms is a god send. Pool area is lovely and clean.

Nice little apartment in ideal location and great pool area.

Apartment was clean and for what we wanted donin the area it was ideal. Close to La Zenia boulevard, supermarkets and bars. As well as Maxx Gym.

Just wish I'd paid more attention to the write up because I took it for granted that the apartment would have wifi.

Excellent stay

Although the apartment is a little remote everything we needed was within walking distance a car would have made all the difference as the bus system is unreliable. The Apartment was lovely, we had a relaxing stay everything we needed was there it was spotless on our arrival and we were pleased overall, we would recommend this apartment it was good that there was a space to relax by the pool as there was no sunshine from the balcony that was the only thing that we could say was disappointing thanks for a great stay lovely apartment and helpful people who manage it x Cheryl & Billy

second time at this apt, really nice apt in a good location overlooking a very nice quiet pool.

shops and bars in walking distance, would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday.

Very basic and not very clean

Location was fine but the apartment was not very clean. Sofa thankfully we did not require as a sofa bed or we would have moved. I would not recommend this property.

Coast/Beach:

Punta Prima (Blue Flag) Beach Resort is approximately 15 minute walk. You will find a sandy beach and the Nautilus restaurant overlooking the sea. There are also many other beaches within a 5-10 minute drive, including Torrevieja and La Zenia.

Travel:

Taxis can be located outside both airports. The journey should take 40 minutes costing approximately 45 euros. Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.

Distances:

Torrevieja is the nearest town about 4km away. The towns of Alicante, Elche, Orihuela, Murcia and Cartagena are all within a comfortable driving distance.

Further Details:

Local Restaurants - There are lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance from the apartment. These include the complex Via Park 3 which has a variety of English restaurants and bars as well as a Chinese restaurant, Indian restaurant, Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Butterflies tea room and Maddison’s Sports Bar.

You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has two Chinese restaurants including Dinastia (Chinese, Japanese and Wok), Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Rogues carvery, Puccini’s Italian restaurant and Patio Andaluz - a very good Spanish restaurant.

Punta Marina - The Punta Marina complex is just a short walk from the apartment and has only recently been completed. Above this small shopping complex there are six restaurants including an all-you-can-eat Chinese restaurant and others covering traditional English fayre.

Booking Notes:
A non-refundable booking deposit of £50 is required to secure booking. The balance is required 4 weeks prior to arrival.

A refundable damage deposit of £50, is required at the booking stage and will be returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

You will be met at the property with the keys and shown around should you wish. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
