Very basic and not very clean

Location was fine but the apartment was not very clean. Sofa thankfully we did not require as a sofa bed or we would have moved. I would not recommend this property.

Basic clean apartment

Apartment was as expected. Clean and tidy. Great for a base for looking around local area. Keyholder was helpful and very local. Pool seemed nice but too chilly to use while we were there

Lovely surroundings and great pool

Enjoyed our stay at this spacious apartment which has a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Very

Little sun reaches the balcony which suited us and made it was very pleasant to sit in.

Would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet break away.

Shops/pubs are within walking distance, 10-15 mins, seems longer when walking home a night.

Good transport links to torrevieja and to other resort from their. Only 1.35 euro for local bus.

Overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Lovely apartment

We stayed in this apartment for one week in July. It was comfortable and clean and if we go back to this area we would be more than happy to stay here again. Some people have said in their reviews that you do not need a car but I would strongly disagree with that and think to get around to some of the beautiful beaches and tourist attractions you definitely need a car to do this.

Karen met us on arrival and was helpful and explained how everything worked. Also the people who live in the complex permanently were very helpful on where to go and what to do. All in all we had a great stay and were sad to leave.

The perfect holiday

We had an absolutely relaxing fantastic time in this super secure family friendly apartment.

It had everything we needed, and it was spotless clean and maintained. There were no issues whatsoever and it could not have went smoother! What I loved the most was the secure pool, the kids could not literally go anywhere and when we have two active ones it is so nice to be able to relax. The pool was spotless, the maintenance guys are there all the time. There is a playground right across the street from the apartment and 5 mins walk to a large supermarket. We could not have enjoyed our holiday more! Thanks too to the owner who despite my numerous questions was always so polite and quick to respond. Thanks again Phil, Bruce & Karen

Nearest Airport : Alicante Airport at 50 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Punta Prima beach at 1.4 Kilometres Car: necessary

Coast/Beach:

Punta Prima (Blue Flag) Beach Resort is approximately 15 minute walk. You will find a sandy beach and the Nautilus restaurant overlooking the sea. There are also many other beaches within a 5-10 minute drive, including Torrevieja and La Zenia.

Travel:

Taxis can be located outside both airports. The journey should take 40 minutes costing approximately 45 euros. Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.

Distances:

Torrevieja is the nearest town about 4km away. The towns of Alicante, Elche, Orihuela, Murcia and Cartagena are all within a comfortable driving distance.

Further Details:

Local Restaurants - There are lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance from the apartment. These include the complex Via Park 3 which has a variety of English restaurants and bars as well as a Chinese restaurant, Indian restaurant, Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Butterflies tea room and Maddison’s Sports Bar.

You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has two Chinese restaurants including Dinastia (Chinese, Japanese and Wok), Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Rogues carvery, Puccini’s Italian restaurant and Patio Andaluz - a very good Spanish restaurant.

Punta Marina - The Punta Marina complex is just a short walk from the apartment and has only recently been completed. Above this small shopping complex there are six restaurants including an all-you-can-eat Chinese restaurant and others covering traditional English fayre.

Booking Notes:
A non-refundable booking deposit of £50 is required to secure booking. The balance is required 4 weeks prior to arrival.

A refundable damage deposit of £50, is required at the booking stage and will be returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

You will be met at the property with the keys and shown around should you wish. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.

Cleaning:
A cleaning charge of 50 euros comes in addition to the prices (for a party of four). For parties of more than four, an extra 5 euros per person will be charged. The payment will be collected by the Key holder on arrival or departure.

Changeover Day:
Meeting times are between 8am and 8pm. Outside of these hours a charge of 15 euros will occur between 8pm and Midnight and 25 euros from Midnight to 6am. Charges are to be paid to to the key holder on arrival/departure.

We ask that guests check in after 4pm on the arrival date and check out at 10am on departure.

Electricity:
In addition to the property costs the electricity operates on an meter. A complimentary 10 euros will be credited on arrival. A family of 4 people should be able to live off 10-15 euros per week during the summer season. Top up cards can be purchased from the key holder.
