A secret hideaway in Nice port. It has the winning combination of outside space, with room to sunbathe, barbeque and relax in the Jacuzzi whilst still being within walking distance of Nice Port and all of its life. Two parking spaces, one of which is inside secure electric gates. There is a spiral staircase onto the flat roof deck which for sun lovers is a must - it gets the sun all day and the sea view is fantastic. Only a short walk from Nice Port, the Old Town and the Promenade des Anglaises. There is a small beach only one minute's walk away, with additional swimming spots and access to bus routes and bike hire almost on the doorstep.

I have lived in the vicinity of Nice for 10 years now and love the Cote D'Azur. I really enjoy hosting guests and helping them to have the best possible time in this area. I have run 3 properties for 10 years now, which means I have the experience to ensure guests have a good stay. Having two small children now and not working full time also means I have the time to help guests if they need me as well.

I love the location of my house. It is really easy for guests to find their way around the best bits of Nice, but with the outside space the can really enjoy the sunshine. As it is in a quiet spot you also don't have to worry about noise at nighttime, which can be a problem in the Old Town area.

Notes on accommodation: The house has flexible living space with an open plan sitting room, kitchen and dining areas inside and out. There are 3 bedrooms that can be adjusted to suit any guests needs, as well as a downstairs sofa bed for occasional use. No expense has been spared on modern conveniences. It is fully air conditioned / heated throughout. There is an American style fridge with water and ice dispenser. There is a 42' TV with surround sound and UK channels and a stereo system with Ipod connectivity. Outside: There is a jacuzzi in the main garden area, which fits 6 people. It is heated/cooled as you like and lit at night. There is plenty of space to BBQ and the sliding doors onto the garden can be opened to create one large space. The jacuzzi has a heavy childproof cover. Please note, if you book in the winter there will be an additional, small charge for use of the jacuzzi. The roof terrace is reached via a spiral staircase, where there are five sunloungers and a parasol to enjoy the view. Utility Room: Tumble dryer, steam Iron and full size ironing board, (washing line outside). Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels changed weekly. Cleaning included before and after stay only. Additional cleaning can be arranged separately.

Second time we've stayed. Tamsin and Christian are brilliant 'hosts'. Wouldn't bother booking anywhere else. The roof terrace, hot tub, all accessories a mum needs to make our break easy in the kitchen/laundry Would thoroughly recommend. Organised pick up from the airport cheaper and far better quality than we could have for a group of 6 with a tonne of luggage. Have replaced items that obviously get a bit worn with no quibbles. To be honest was amazed we actually managed a repeat booking as amazing value. Thank you for making our holiday. Only 15 mins from town in a lovely residential part of the port. There are some great family restaurants too without going into the main town.

Lovely property in ideal situation

Tamsin was excellent in all her dealings and organised our taxis to and from the airport. We used the U minisupermarket in Rue Stalingrad for all of our shopping as it was only 5 minutes walk, also there was a boulangerie.

We ate out on the Port several times which is reasonably priced. We had a boat trip to Cannes which was excellent for €40 return. We also went to Menton on the bus for €1.50, Villafranche and spent an afernoon on Castel private beach sipping wine.

Unfortunately, we were caught up in the tragic Bastille day events which saw our teenagers running for their lives without realising what was going on at the time.

Both Tamsin and Owners direct were incredibly concerned and couldn't have been more helpful.

Please come to Nice and stay here you will not be dissappointed.

Loved it!

As a family of 6 covering 3 generations, this property suited us well. Plenty of space in the living area especially with the doors wide open to the garden. Easy walk to the port and a bit further to the old town which was beautiful. Thanks, would certainly return.

Beautiful House & Great Location

A fantastic little house with everything you need - a jacuzzi, roof top terrace, TV, stereo system etc. It was clean and was well kitted out with utensils, towels etc. Tamsin couldn't have been more friendly and obliging. It's in a quiet peaceful location and a 5/10 min walk to the port and a 10/15min walk into the old town, which is perfect. I would recommend it to anyone.

Perfect for a group holiday.

We booked this villa for our anual family holiday. We live all over the UK and this villa was the perfect place for us to get together and catch up. The location is fabulous. Yes you could get somewhere right on the beach or with a pool but you would be paying A LOT more. The lounge area was perfect for evening get togethers and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The notes left by the owener were really helpful and saved us time in finding them out ourselves. If you dont mind a bit of hill walking the bus is a short distance and 1.5 euros no matter how far you go. We spent many days at the beach in Monaco and also a couple of days at the water park in Antibes. Every day we used the hot tub, and as we have 2 small children I am glad we picked this over the pool as it was much safer for them and could be covered up when not in use. They had as much fun in the hot tub as they would have in the pool! Would definately return here!

Great 50th Birthday!

6 of us stayed in this property for my 50th Birthday. The property was in a great location, well situated for exploring the town centre & surrounding areas. You could go almost anywhere on the bus for 1euro 50 cents & our trip to Monaco was fab! We didn't need a car & you could even get your shopping delivered from the local Carrefour Supermarket!

The property itself was brilliant, well equipped with lots of little extras. Tamsin the owner couldn't do enough for us & she was brilliant. I would highly recommend this property if you are visiting Nice.

Car: not necessary


There is a small beach only one minute's walk away, with additional swimming spots. The main Nice beach on the Promenade des Anglaises is a 15 minute walk.


The nearest airport is Nice Cote D'Azur. It is 20 mins drive away. The port of Nice itself has ferries to Corsica and Sardinina. A car is not required at all, and the public transport is very accessible, with excellent and cheap bus services on the doorstep and a train station 15 mins walk away.


The house is 5 mins from Nice Port itself and a 15 min walk to the Old Town / Cours Saleya / Promenade des Anglaises. There is bus links to the train and bus station from the doorstep and from there one get travel anywhere along the Riviera.

Further Details:

There is a main supermarket within 5 mins drive and local shops/restaurants/bakers/banks/pharmacies are within a 5 minute walk.
