This detached luxury villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with its own drive-way. This new property has been tastefully furnished with a rustic feel. The property boasts a large private swimming pool and walled garden area with sun loungers and BBQ, in addition there is a spacious roof terrace from which you can enjoy panoramic views of the island. It is approximately 2.5 km from the centre of Corralejo and the famous sand dunes. Bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are all within a short walking distance.

I have lived in Corralejo for ten years now with my wife and two children. We have made many friends here, we love to meet people from all over the world and exchange experiences. . My wife and I dedicate lots of time to our terrace house and villas,you can visit us in our own website www.villasdefuerteventura.com, making sure it is clean and of a high standard. We also ensure the upkeep of the swimming pool and outside areas. I am Spanish from the south of Spain (Andalucia), I am a Spanish coastguard. When I am off work, I dedicate my time to property development, I have built my own villas in nice places with great views and with first quality materials. We relate directly to our clients, there is no intermediary between the two parts (clients and owner). We have another similar property available in the same area. This location is in a peaceful zone, it is about 200m to banks, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes and bars and close to the Corralejo beaches. The house is very comfortable, I am sure you will enjoy your stay. It's situation is away from the crowds and it is easily accessible.The villas has a security alarm.

What makes this villa unique

The property is just 15 minutes walk from the fabulous beaches of Corralejo. Enjoy all of our water sports on the island (surfing, windsurf, surf kite surf, fishing, jet -ski, scuba-dive, snorkel, cycling, quad bike rental). Sample our traditional food dishes and learn about the islands culture. Visit the old town and harbour. There are daily trips to the lobos island on glass bottom boats (3 nautical miles from Corralejo) and other maritime excursions, also you can take a ferry to Lanzarote for the day. There are several traditional museums on the island. The owner can give you information on all of it. You can also find good prices for car rental if you contact the owner. Relax in our beautiful villa. Enjoy our sun, sea and beautiful beaches.

Notes on accommodation: This beautiful villa is all on one level so is perfect for young families and the elderly alike. The living areas are light and spacious. The furniture is of high standard and the villa is equipped with everything you should require for a comfortable stay. There are dining tables inside and out. The pool area is gated. Outside: Villa Angeles has its own private gated pool area, ideal for families. The pool features Roman style steps. The large terrace/garden areas include 6 sun loungers, 1 large table with 6 chairs for dining alfresco. The stairway from the garden leads up to the sun roof terrace which has stunning views looking out to Lanzarote and lobos Island. The pool is arranges of a conditioner,if you desire to contract it,it price is 70 euro a week.It also arranges of a policarbonato telescopic cover. Utility Room: Separate large utility room with washing machine, ironing board and water heater. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are provided and are laundered once a week. Additional services are available if requested. Other: There is a little store near to the swimming pool where you can find all the swimming pool equipment.

Awesome stay lovely villa

Lovely Holiday

Just returned from a week in Villa Celia. We had a great stay. Villa was better than expected, clean, tidy and spacious. Our granddaughter loved the pool and the pool table and had a fabulous time. It's around 10 to 15 minutes walk into Corralejo town so probably not suited to anyone with mobility issues - unless you use taxis or car hire - but it was fine for us. The only tiny issue was the lack of shelves in the oven which made cooking for a family a bit tricky but as we ate out every night but one it didn't really matter. Overall a great villa well worth the money.

Fuimos 8 quedarnos en esta casa, y todo paso perfectamente. La casa tiene todo lo esencial. Esta súper bien ubicada: cerca de todo pero afuera del centro en un barrio tranquilo. Ademas, el dueño nos atendió de manera increíble.

Recomiendo esta casa a cualquier persona que quiere relajar en corralejo.

Fabulous villa

I am so pleased we booked this villa, it far exceeded our expectations, it's very spacious, beautifully presented and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped, like home from home. Pool was cleaned whilst we were there. Wifi worked consistently throughout the villa. Only 20 mins walk to the centre. Taxi cost about 3.50 euros, they can take up to 8 passengers for the same price. Juan the owner was fantastic. I was nervous sending the deposit by bank transfer but Juan replied to all emails promptly and provided all relevant information and instructions right up to the moment we arrived, we hope to return again one day and wouldn't hesitate to book the Angeles villa.

Travel:

Fuerteventura airport is approximately 40 minutes by car or taxi. If you are interested in renting a car, contact the owner to get a cheaper price.

Distances:

Approximately 20/25 minutes walk from the centre of Corralejo and the famous sand dunes, the best beaches in the north of the island. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets all within a short walking distance and it is only 5 minutes walk to the Baku water park and markets. It is also near a bus route that could take you on a day trip to el cotillo (an old fishing village which also has beautiful beaches).

Further Details:

This villa is ideally situated in a sort after area of Corralejo within walking distance of all amenities. Corralejo Market open Monday and Friday mornings is also close to hand as is the new shopping area 'El Campanario' which holds a Craft Market every Sunday morning with traditional Canarian music played live in the courtyard. The villa is ideal for couples or families.
