An ideal place to enjoy a cooling drink and watch the world go by is the covered terrace that looks out over the main swimming pool, across to pine and olive trees and enjoys morning shade and then sunshine till sunset. The apartment is next to the Santa Maria Golf and Country Club and is just 30 minutes away from Malaga airport and 10 minutes away from the lively towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus. With the apartment centrally located near Marbella you will find sightseeing so simple. Within easy reach are the renowned cities of Granada, Seville and Gibraltar and Villages such as Casares, Gaucin, Mijas and Benahavis or take a trip to Ronda with its ancient Bull Ring and breathtaking gorge. For families there are numerous sandy beaches within easy reach and for fun days out there are Water Parks, Wild Life Parks and Marine Adventure Centre. We now have FREE Wifi for all guests.

We have done everything to make it a very enjoyable holiday and hope that others can also enjoy the same.

We have been ski-ing in the Sierra Nevada mountains and back late afternoon to relax and sunbathe all on the same day.

Notes on accommodation: The apartment has air-conditioning/heating. There are also separate Fans and a heater for your use. The apartment is large and suitable for children. There is an underground car park with secure parking and an allocated space. Outside: The terrace area is directly off of the main living room and master bedroom. Outside glass top table and 4 reclining chairs with 2 footstools and sun lounger. There are two large swimming pools and a children's pool. Terrace overlooks main swimming pool. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen, towels and beach towels are provided and included. For two week lets or more, towels and linen change can be provided at a small cost. Holiday at Los Patios

A lovely apartment which has everything you need. Use of 2 swimming pools for the children. Near enough to walk to bars and restaurants. Would reccommend.

Los Patios - fantastic

I only gave this accommodation 5 stars because that's all it would allow.

The apartment was superb throughout - clean, spacious, comfortable and contained all of the amenities that a family of 4 would require for a stay.

The pools and garden areas were kept in immaculate condition and were beautifully presented.

The apartment overlooks one of the pools - the only one we used as it was perfect for our kids. The pool was clean and there were plenty of sunbeds and shades. The toilets at the pool were also kept in pristine condition.

Such a joy sitting on the terrace of the apartment in the morning with breakfast, or in the evening with a glass of something nice.

The apartment sits on the edge of the Santa Maria golf course which looks stunning. We ate in the clubhouse a couple of times and the food was brilliant.

The area of Elvria is a well kept secret. The square was excellent for food/supermarkets and bars, although not too hectic. Very family friendly. Also the nearby beaches were great to spend a day at. There are a number of bays and inlets not far away in which one can spend a day at the sea - CaboPino being one such - stunning.

Alan was a pleasure to deal with - helpful in both email and on the phone. Recommended car hire as well which worked out well.

The location allows visits to other parts of Costa Del Sol without too much effort, namely Marbella (old town) Fuengerolla, Puerto Banus (a bit hectic!!) and is handy to the airport. The directions etc given were ideal.

For the adventurous a must visit is the Amazon Adventura. Good way to lose a stone in weight in nervous energy!!

All in all, we had a fantastic holiday in first class accommodation which we hope to repeat next year.

Very nice everything you need and more

We had a a great time in this apartment .it as everything you need for us a family 2 adults 2 kids everything ran smoothly from booking to transfers to and from the airport .the complex has choice of 2 pools which we preferred the one to the bottom end of the complex due to have a child friendly pool . The place as good security around the apartment complex so giving piece of mind that no one can just stroll in off the street and kids can play frealey .we made some good friends as there are quite a few regular visistors to the aprtments who own there own so they made you feel welcome and even the kids had friends to enjoy there stay i would defo reccomend this apartment for familys young or old as theres plenty of space to relax in the apartment .we made use of the good bus links to marbella center and to fuengirola the owners are very friendly and guide you every step through youre booking and tranfers .we will be looking to go back next year

Beautiful Location, Lovely Apartment

Received a very warm and helpful welcome on arrival, the apartment was lovely and clean, with fresh towels and bedding! The facilities are brilliant both in and around the apartment. 3 well kept pools, these were checked and cleaned daily, with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. We went to Santa Maria Golf Club (next to the apartment) for a couple of meals and they were very nice. Restaurants,bars and shops only a 10 minute walk away. Nikki Beach only 20 min walk away. Alan was very helpful and gave us lots of information, from hiring a car to places of interest.

I would definitely recommend this apartment.

What a lovely apartment & brilliant location

What a lovely apartment & brilliant location. The kids loved the choice of swimming pools and the evening sun on the balcony was a lovely place to relax after a busy day. The location was perfect to explore the area, nothing is too far away. Being able to stroll down to the restaurants in the evening was great as we could then sample the lovely wine on offer. Thanks Alan & Stephanie for a wonderful holiday.

There are street markets every day in different areas which are easily accessible within a 15 minute drive. The local centre which is 8 minutes walk away has restaurants, bars, banks, supermarkets, pharmacy, laundry, hairdressers and shops.
