Traditional house surrounded by 1 Hectare of private land in the middle of the Tramuntana Coast, with large private pool and breathtaking views of the mountains. The house benefits from original features (including traditional stone walls and antique tiles) and direct access to one of the regions best loved hiking trails, running from Soller to Deia overlooking the coast. The house is surrounded by a beautiful private garden with olive trees, fruit trees and mallorqiune terraces. The casita sleeps 4/6 people over 2 floors and the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private terrace on the top floor is separate from the rest of the Casita, accessed from the terrace below but with its independent entrance and balcony. The casita is equipped comfortably, including: TV, DVD player, dish washer, wood burning stove, all sheets and indoor towels included, room fans, sun loungers barbecue.

What makes this villa unique

The House is located at the top of the Soller Valley, is nestled in a garden of olives trees, close to some of the most beautiful ancient Fincas on this side of the island: Son Morroig, Xeretat, Can Carabaseta, Can Bleda all visible in the distance from the garden. The house is extremely relaxing, quite and private. Villages and beaches are all a 10 minutes car ride. Soller and Deia are both accessible by foot through the ancient walk connected to the property.

Perfectly! The Finca was absolutely our expectations and also the description. Two separate double bedrooms with bathrooms (plus a single bed and a sofa in the living room), it is perfect for small groups, couples or families. The views of the Tramuntana Mountains is truly breathtaking. The location between Deia and Soller is to make central enough to fresh daily purchases (eg for breakfast), and secluded enough to just enjoy the tranquility. The adjacent footpath it is a perfect for hiking and biking tours.

Filippo and Deia Home Service Team are extremely friendly and professional. A minor problem with the pool was fixed within a few hours.

If you value- WiFi and TV, one should clarify precisely this before departure. For a WLAN USB stick is available but needs to be charged and a computer connection is required. The TV does not worked (for lack of signal in the area?). But that did not bother us. A DVD player is available.

The equipment of the house is simple as for description and "rustic". We did not use the oven because it must first be fired, a great oven for the colder days. Otherwise, BBQ and to the toaster for everything else.

Water in the area is scarce, please use with consideration. Outside: Large ground floor terrace overlooking mountains and pool (Table, outdoor chairs and parasol provided). Upper floor balcony with own furniture including table, chairs, parasol. Next to terrace on ground floor, tiled walk through tended garden with olives, lemons, figs and pomegranate trees, leading to pool terrace, overlooking the garden and with absolutely stunning views of the Tramuntana Mountains. The salty water chlorinated private swimming pool measures 4.30x8.50mt. The salt water chlorination is healthier, more natural and better for skin and hair. Parasol, reclining chairs, table, cushions and separate shower included. Above the swimming pool terrace, shaded by ancient olive trees, is a quiet area with hammocks, ideal for afternoon naps. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and indoor towels provided. Extra charge of 120 euros for final cleaning, payable in advance. Mid stay cleaning and laundry available on request only for rentals of 2 weeks , price on application. Extra charge of 80 per week euro for heating on winter rentals

Wonderful place, we will be back!

My wife, myself, and thirteen year old daughter have just returned from a fantastic holiday in this charming villa. We have had the best holiday and will definitely be returning for more. It has a very traditional style and is perched in the tramuntana mountains in its own large amount of land which has terraces of olive and fruit trees, with the addition of a really nice pool.

The villa is set in its own part of the mountains overlooking the gorgeous area of Soller. This is a really amazing location if you want peace and tranquility, and also within ten mins of Soller. Soller is a great place, a perfect blend of Majorcan culture which caters well for us tourists without losing any of its traditional feel. Wonderful restaurants, markets, bars, shops and people. Beautiful old architecticure within some narrow stunning roads as you get into the centre. This place is a jewel. An old fashioned tram can be taken from here to the port/ beach (10mins away)which is an amazing place,with huge yachts and hundreds of boats at one end and a really nice beach at the other. There are all the shops, bars, and restaraunts you need and although this part is very touristy it isn't like your average resort, no Jimmy men selling fake watches here, It's Classier than that, relaxed, pleasant and pretty much has everything you could want...unless you want seedie and loud drunk people and clubs everywhere.

The villa is well equipped and cared for and we were fortunate to stay there at the same time as the owner. Filipo, and his family were staying in the next villa. They couldn't be nicer and genuinely care you've had a great stay and about the villa, and though I had no problems, I'm sure if I had they would have been sorted immediately by either themselves, or Halina that takes care of the villa, if they weren't there.

The pool is salt water, which I've never been in before so didn't know what to expect. It's not strong salt water like you get in the sea and also has no chlorine so doesn't sting your eyes or leave a nasty taste, it's really pleasant to swim in and has the most amazing views of Soller and the mountains which are breathtaking.

If you want calm, quiet, relaxation, and privacy this villa is for you.
