Guestbook comments from the owner

I can say that St Michael’s is "Grand Designs" & "Location Location Location" all at once. Lynn and I absolutely loved it, it it so well appointed, you and Margaret have thought of everything. We listened to the waves at night watching the "Eddystone Lighthouse" and that view !!! you just sit on the patio and watch the world with that 180 degree panorama....Wow. So many places to go, but loved our picnic above "Lantic Bay" pub lunches at "Kingsand","Crafthole" & "Polperro". Can't wait to go back, long drive but worth it we think. Richard & Lynn

An amazing sea view house

  • 5 of 5

We very much enjoyed the stay in Seaton but the highlight of the trip was an environment of this beautiful sea view house. I must agree with the previous reciesw that the pictures do not do the justice of this house. Kitchen and living room have a fantastic view and lead stright to a patio which on a sunny day is just a place to be. I can only imagine how great it must be in summer. The kitchen is so well equipped with all staff that you need for cooking the large dining table is perfect for 10 people. The living room was nice and cosy with so many lovely blankets so there is no need to take any extra stuff with you. The bedrooms were good too, the mastr bedroom is realy big, bigger than on pictures and so sunny too. There waz plenty of storage space, towels, extra pillows more than we needed. I 100%would recommend this place to stay in and we would mind to go back there again.

A great property with a beautiful view of Seaton Beach

  • 5 of 5

Was able to comfortably host 10 people with plenty of blankets and pillows available. Really spacious kitchen and sitting room. Had a array of board games available.

Kitchen had all utensils but didn't have a microwave- which was fine.

Three parking spaces which was excellent since we had three cars in total.

Also great communication with the owners who were available to talk via call or text if there were any questions or concerns.

Overall an incredible winter break stay especially because of the close proximity to Seaton beach which was easily accessible by walking.

Thank You x

Great property overlooking beautiful scenery

  • 5 of 5

The booking process was smooth with clear communication from the owner. Our stay was of particularly short notice and I was impressed by the professionalism in dealing with our booking.

The description was accurate, although the pictures really don't do the property justice, the master suite is MASSIVE, as is the kitchen and living room.

Our party was a group of 7, we used all of the rooms and the property was clean and well maintained throughout. Clean towels and linen were waiting for us when we arrived.

I cannot recommend this property enough, it overlooks the sea, is a 2 minute walk from a beach, cafe and Pub. And a short 10 minute drive away is Looe.
