Apartment in Puerto Pollenca, Mallorca - 2 minute walk to Beach, next to Church in Town Square

The apartment has easy access to all amenities, and many excellent restaurants for eating out. The supermarkets are within very easy walking distance. A 10 minute drive takes you to the old town of Pollensa which is lovely to explore and has a great market on Sunday mornings. Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with views across the pedestrianised town square, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. There is also a fantastic golf course about 15 minutes drive from the apartment. It is not necessary to have a car in Puerto Pollenca as everything is easily accessible on foot, it depends how much exploring of the island you want to do. There is lift access to the apartment or stairs.

Wonderful apartment in a superb central location

The apartment was lovely, beautifully clean and maintained. It's just off the main square but far enough from the main bars and restaurants not to be effected by noise. Communications with owner was excellent and prompt - would definitely stay again.

Fantastic apartment great for families!

This property was far beyond our expectations. Larger than it looks in the photos very spacious perfect for two families. Very clean and well equipped. Even a cupboard full of toys for the children my son was even able to borrow a scooter to go to the beach. I will be back.

Great Value - Unbeatable sqyare/port location

We like this apartment so much, this was our fifth stay.Originally we booked the three-bedroom option but as soon as the fourth bedroom became available we were able to bring along more family members.

Its location is amazing - right on the town square, Plaza Miquel Capllonch. The apartmeny'’s two double bedrooms, two twins, three bathrooms well-fitted kitchen and big living room make it the perfect family space.

As it enjoys a prime corner plot, its, balcony is huge and offers impressive views of the church and Serra de Tramuntana Mountains. Eating and drinking on the balcony while watching life unfold below is magical. This particular apartment couldn’t be more convenient for all the restaurants and shops and it takes no more than three minutes to amble down to the seafront.

Mallorca is the preferred destination for thousands of cyclists and the location and facilities of this apartment are great as a base. A private garage under the apartment building secures the bikes and equipment.

The service from teh owners is excellently efficient and reliable.

I and my family/friends can't recommend it highly enough

Yet another amazing stay!

We have stayed in this fantastic apartment year after year, and have already reserved dates for next year. We love Puerto Pollensa, and would not want to stay anywhere else. The position overlooking the main square, the church and the mountains is second to none- the large corner balcony is perfect for any time of day. The accommodation is exceptional - a real home from home furnished to an amazing standard. Added to all of that, the swimming pool is perfect, especially in the afternoon, combining required shade with a glorious sun -trap area. Everthing is on your doorstep - restaurants, bars, shops,the local supermarket is just round the corner and the gorgeous Pine Walk and the beach only a 5 minute stroll away. We will keep coming back!

Our 5th stay in this fabulous apartment!

We have been to Puerto Pollenca 7 times, and have stayed here the last 5. It is a true home from home, with everything you need for a fabulous holiday. The accommodation is of a really high standard, and extremely spacious and well maintained. It is situated in an ideal spot overlooking the church square with its lovely restaurants, and is less than a 5 minute walk from the famous Pine Walk and the sea.The large balcony overlooks the square and has fabulous views of the church and mountains. The shared pool is an added benefit, especially as we have a 7 year old son. Staying here is an absolute joy- we will be back next year!

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

There are several stretches of beach nearby, literally about 2 minutes walking. Umbrellas are available and sun loungers on some parts.

Travel:

The airport is Palma de Mallorca and is about 45 minutes to an hour driving from the apartment. Taxis are also readily available from the airport. Buses are an option with a change in Palma.

Distances:

Pollenca is the nearest town which is a lovely old market town.

Alcudia is a nice port about 20 minutes drive.

Being an island, there is the option to explore nearly everywhere!

Further Details:

Great for beaches, plenty to watch in the harbour, lots of cafés and restaurants with a friendly vibe.

The majority of streets are pedestrianised making it perfect for lazy strolling.

Pine Walk is a great area with plenty of choice for eating or relaxing on the beach.

The sheltered horseshoe bay is set amongst the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range.

You can also drive up to the lighthouse which has amazing views out to sea.

Changeover Day:
Saturday is our preferred changeover day but this can be flexible.
Occupation is from 15.00 on day of arrival to 10.00 on day of departure (can be discussed).
