Tramontana comprises of 25 privately owned terraced villas in Sol Del Este estate, they are surround by quiet well kept communal gardens which offers a large private pool with a separate baby pool attached all overlooking the sea, and while relaxing in the peaceful gardens you can watch boats and cruise ships of all sizes pass (some very close!).

The Villa comprises of three floors, the ground floor has a well equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher etc. A bathroom with over the bath shower. The living area is modern, bright and airy with a dining table and chairs, satellite TV and wifi, this leads out to a private terrace with sea and pool views. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with a sea view balcony, a twin bedroom with wash hand basin and balcony, and a family bathroom. There is also a cupboard on this landing which houses the washing machine. The spiral staircase leads to the second floor which is the third twin bedroom with sea views. Both bedrooms on the first floor have air-conditioning. There is an excellent cafe /bar "Cafeteria Sol Del Este" 1 minuites walk from the villa very friendly family owned with great food, you can eat in or order take out. Further up the street is a small shop where you can stock up on essentials (wine!!) You can also order croissants and pastries for the following morning. The small town of Es Castell is about 10 minutes walk from the villa, where there is a local supermarket and banks. Also enjoy the near by many waterfront restaurants and bars at Calas Fonts.

Mahon is only10 minutes by car or bus with a variety of shops, also its historic harbor with a large selection of bars and restaurants.

  • Notes on accommodation: The two first floor bedrooms have air-conditioning which is available between 7pm and 8am. the top floor bedroom and lounge have fans. Wall mounted and free standing electric room heaters are available. For customers free Wi Fi is avaliable at Sol Naciente restaurant/bar, which is situated 300 yards at the top of the road. Outside: The living room opens onto a private patio which overlooks the bay and has outdoor furniture and 4 sun loungers. The large pool is shared between the 25 private houses. There is also car park. Utility Room: Cupbard on first floor contains washing machine. Each balcony has drying lines available. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included, which will be changed mid stay.Beach towels are not provided. The property will be cleaned for your arrival and on your departure. Extra cleaning or linen can be provided on request from the villa agent.
