This semi detached home "Kelston Villa" is located in Durlston, a quiet elevated area overlooking Swanage bay and adjacent to Durlston country park. The Jurassic coast cliff walks begin approx 300m south of the property. The town centre is approx 500m north down the hill, so you get the views of the bay and are away from the bustle of the town. Local attractions include Swanage beaches, Swanage steam railway, Swanage Victorian Pier, Corfe Castle, Studland Beach, Monkey World, Bovington Tank Museum and Lulworth Castle.
Local family with two children and a Labrador providing quality accommodation. I have tried to make our house comfortable and cosy with all you need for your stay.
We hope you enjoy Swanage as much as we do.
Happy Holidays!

Denise, Just a quick message to thank you for providing such a lovely house. We all really enjoyed it. We are already considering whether to book for the same week next year. You seem to have catered for everything (a full length mirror would be a good addition). Finally we were all very pleasantly surprised to find out just how luxurious your house is and fell the photos on the website dont do the house or the views justice. But we did have the benefit of being there when the weather was fantastic. Many thanks Suzy and Andy Tookey (May 2010)
We had a great stay in this lovely cottage. The house is well-appointed, there is everything you could expect and even more! The fireplace in the living room gives a warm and cosy athmosphere. Plus you can enjoy the sea view! We were 12 people including a little baby and we had everything required.
Thank you very much to Denise who was really nice and welcoming.
A very good house for a large group, we were 2 families of 5 plus a dog. Beautiful views and well located. Denise was very easy to communicate with and met us on arrival. I would highly recommend the house and would definitely return.
We had a great week, House was ready early for us and Denise was very welcoming and extremely helpful. Lovely views from living room and we loved the open fire too. A great house, well equipped and with easy access to lovely walks. We thoroughly enjoyed seeing in the New Year here. Thank you, Denise.
Wow, what a fantastic house. Catered for all of our needs. Denise let us in early and was waiting at the house to give us a warm welcome. We had an amazing time, nothing negative to say. Thank you so much Denise, we will certainly be recommending your house to everyone we know. Hope to come back soon
We really appreciated the efficient emails prior to arrival and amazing flexibility for our needs. The welcome was good with flowers, milk and biscuits and the house was very clean and well appointed. The views were stunning and we were able to enjoy the BBQ and also the log fires!
