Notes on accommodation: The property is family friendly, no pets allowed!. It is air conditioned both downstairs and upstairs. There are fly screens throughout the property allowing a more comfortable stay in summer months.We operate a no smoking policy inside the villa Both bathrooms have been newly upgraded in July 2015. Satellite TV with english channels in ensuite bedroom and lounge. Outside: Private Swimming pool with jacuzzi. Large terrace areas upstairs with sunbeds and patio furniture and downstairs with chimney bbq and patio furniture and parasol. Utility Room: Galleria with washing machine and clothes line. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided along with iron and board and beach chairs and towels. Please note there is a 65 euros service charge payable on arrival locally

There are local shops, chemist, tobacconist, and small spanish owned shops. Lots of banks and a local church with tapas bars and restaurants/bistro. Panderia for lovely fresh bread and coffee.There is a another coffee shop by the church,and a newly opened coffee and ice cream parlour. Takeaways if required from pizzeria and indian restaurant and Spanish restaurant is convienentally located within a short walk with excellent revues (They also do superb steaks).There are 2 really good supermarkets 5 mins walk - 2 mins drive with excellent opening hours

The balance is required 8 weeks prior to departure.There is a cleaning charge payable on arrival of 70 euros- this covers cleaning of villa on vacating. Any damage will be deducted from security deposit

Flexible changeover subject to bookings.
Arrival after 4pm preferred and departure before 10am. If we can accommodate your requirement we will do our best.
