Casa Momo is a charming, exceptionally private villa situated in the heart of the 'Golden Triangle'. It is perfectly located for all that the area has to offer in terms of beaches, sports, shopping and dining, while enjoying a unique sense of being 'tucked away'. Newly refurbished in simple and elegant style, it retains it's original Portuguese character. The accommodation is spacious, the bathrooms are large and bright and the kitchen modern and well appointed. The garden is exceptional, very spacious and private with established trees and ample areas of both sun and shade. There is a large heated pool with electric cover. Next to the pool is a generous open terrace with BBQ and sink and shaded seating. Just outside the house is a sunny patio with table tennis table. Large areas of lawn provide space for games while paths meander to quiet and shady spots to withdraw to with a book or for a snooze!

We are an active and social family who love to enjoy Casa Momo and the beaches around with the kids, but also love to partake of the golf and tennis of the area.

“We have spent many summers in the Algarve and were tempted to buy there because of the great year round climate, the facilities and the ease of living there. We looked for a long time before falling in love with Casa Momo which we feel is a unique and magical property. It is unbelievably private but right in the hub of all the Algarve has to offer. There we can be as sociable or as private as we want. We can be sporty or lazy. We can host parties or hide away. We have been with family in the high season, with granny in the early spring or with sporting friends for weekends and have loved it all year round.”
Activity and Interests
The property lies approximately 1km from the beach. Once there the beach stretches uninterrupted for miles in either direction with numerous bars and restaurants dotted along it's fringe.
The nearest airport is Faro, approximately 20 minutes drive away. Car hire is easily available and is recommended to fully enjoy all the facilities available in the area.
Quinta do Lago 1km. Val do Lobo 1km. Beach 1km. Almancil 5km. Loule approx 10km.
There are an extensive array of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and banks, all within a few km of the property. Loule has a daily market and colourful history. The area is famous for it's golf and tennis facilities.

- Notes on accommodation: The property has air-conditioning throughout. It also has heating and a log fire for chilly nights. The garden is fully fenced in with electric gates. The pool and garden are not overlooked and the pool is heated and has an electric hard cover making the garden an idyllic haven for children and the perfect location for hide and seek! Outside: The large private pool is heated and has a hard electric cover. It is approximately 15 metres by 8. There are large patios around the pool area and a gas BBQ and outdoor sink area. There is a large seating area with coffee table and two great sunshades. There is a covered terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs. Six sunbeds are provided and numerous sun chairs. There is a table tennis table with bats and balls Utility Room: Fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, double sink.
