3 bedroom, first-floor apartment with air conditioning sharing a large swimming pool with lovely gardens and parking. Master bedroom with en-suite, twin bedroom and third bunk bedroom, plus shower room, kitchen and utility room. Lovely views from west-facing balcony. Close to many good local restaurants and shops. Two minutes walk to the beach. 5-10 minutes walk to town along the Pine Walk. Cyclists welcome.

About The Owner

The apartment is family owned (we have 2 children). My husband and I have had an apartment in Puerto Pollenca since 1997 and have owned this one from when it was first built in 2003. We take our own family holidays in the apartment.

Why The Owner chose Pollenca

We have been holidaying in Puerto Pollenca since the early 1990s and since having children in the late 90s found it to be an excellent destination with or without children. The beaches and sea views are superb, the people are friendly and the restaurants are excellent.

What makes this apartment unique

It is very close to the beach, Pine Walk and town. It has a lovely shared pool and plenty of room for sun-bathing or shady relaxing. There is a Spar shop/cafe just minutes from the apartment.

Great apartment in Port de Pollenca

Great location just two minutes walk from the sea and the "pine walk". A well appointed spacious modern apartment which is ideal for families with good sized pools for both the little ones and the adults. Super view of the mountains and nature reserve from the balcony. Had a super holiday and looking forward very much to our next visit.

Coast/Beach:

Two minutes walk to the beach. 5-10 minutes walk to town along the Pine Walk

Travel:

Palma de Mallorca is the airport. About a 45 minute drive by car / taxi. Also good bus service from airport to Palma and from Palma to Puerto Pollenca. Car hire not essential.

Distances:

Pollenca old town (5k), Cala St Vincente (4K), Alcudia (5K), Puerto Alcudia (6K)

Further Details:

Many good local restaurants and shops. Market every Wednesday in Puerto Pollenca and every Sunday in Pollenca.
