Penthouse Apartment in Tersefanou, Larnaca District - Peaceful Location, Centrally Placed For All Activities

This Non-Smoking penthouse is located in a gated community. It is a fully furnished newer one bedroom penthouse apartment (sleeps four) that faces towards the sea and town of Kiti. The extra large (private) rooftop terrace allows for outdoor eating and sunbathing on the lounge chairs. As there are rarely many other owners or guests on site, you will usually have the tennis courts to yourself. There is a covered, secure car parking area under the building. The property is well placed for all types of activities - sunbathing at the beach, shopping, trekking in the Troodos Mountains, visiting galleries, museums, and antiquities, water sports, with restaurants and gift shops nearby. There is no phone; however, there is a laptop available for your use and you can buy WiFi airtime from City Cell Cyprus. You also have access to UK radio and TV stations (via WiFi).

About Sandi West

I am a small business owner who wanted a place to "get away from it all". That's exactly what this penthouse offers. However, since I'm a long way away from retiring, I also want to share my enjoyment of Cyprus and this retreat with friends, family, and other like-minded people. I have even made friends with the other absentee/rental owners on my floor and have made arrangements with them to allow me to rent out their flat if two (or more) couples want to go together, each with their own flat. Cyprus is a lovely island with friendly people and lots of history. We just want to share it all with you, our guests.

Why Sandi West chose Tersefanou

This is located in a quiet village not far from activity when you want it. The extra large terrace is not overlooked by any other property.

The only 6 star PGA golf course complex on Cyprus has been planned just to the valley east of the penthouse so you will be able to overlook the whole complex.

What makes this apartment unique

The whole of Regal Gardens is divided into two halves. The penthouse is in the eastern half which is mostly owned by absentee landlords. This means you will usually have the use of the pool in the western half all to yourself. The view from the rooftop terrace is spectacular, especially in the evenings when you can see the twinkling of the lights of Kiti with the Mediterranean Sea just beyond. It is a 5 minute walk into Tersefanou, a short 5 minute drive down into Kiti, a 10 minute drive to the beach and a 15 - 20 minute drive into Larnaca. The trip to / from the airport is only 10 -15 minutes. There are lots of activities for adults and kids alike. You can go shopping, trekking in the Troodos Mountains, drive to Waterworld, enjoy watersports, and take in local food and drink.

Your apartment was exactly as described. The bedroom was nice & spacious & bed comfy & plenty wardrobe space. The spare bed was comfortable the kids said (2 adults). The patio area was massive & it was lovely sitting out at night. The table & chairs were ideal. The distance to Larnaca & airport was great. It has all the comforts we try to find for a long stay. Terrific view.

We have enjoyed our stays in this apartment. We have been using this apartment on every Cyprus visit for a total of approximately 133 nights over the past four years. It is always clean and well supplied with items that make a long visit very comfortable. The owner takes great pride in her apartment. The only improvement that might be considered is added lighting under the upper cupboards so the resident could see to prepare meals and for dishwashing. The double bed is comfortable, the A/C's work very well, the fridge is a nice size and the deck is extremely large. The equipment supplied is service for 6-8 people and we have combined the two tables for outdoor entertaining on the deck. The washing machine is small by North American standards, but it works very well and we are grateful for its ease of use. Because it is so handy we can avoid bring many items of clothing. I am sum what disabled and the elevator, reserved parking , and the flat surfaces make using the walker so very easy for me to enter and leave the apartment building. In our experience, is Cyprus is just a lovely warm destination and we have been so very happy exploring all it has to offer. This apartment is close to the freeway, the airport, and to the stores. Nicosia is only 35 minutes up the freeway. So central to many of the island historical sites, beaches, coffee shops, and general accessiblity to the charm of this lovely island. A super find in a quiet village

A very well appointed & equipped apartment with a very large terrace. Minutes off the motorway and convenient for sight seeing. A comfortable bed, a decent shower and air conditioned. We had a very relaxing stay and have no adverse comments to make. We would return here.

Very nice comfortable appartment

It was a lovely clean apartment, very spacious. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. A lovely patio private patio area, I use a wheelchair and could easily get out on to the patio. The Apartment was reasonably accessible for a wheelchair but I could not get my wheelchair in the bathroom which was fine for me as I can walk. I am only pointing this out if there are other disabled people who want to use your apartment. The only downside was the swimming pool. I knew my husband and I had to go over the road to the pool, when we saw it there were two pools. The first one had leaves in it and the other one did not look very appealing either, very shallow so could not do much swimming. Also the apartment was not easy to find as there were no road signs. We got a taxi to the apartment which was very reasonably priced. I would defiantly recommend the apartment to anyone who wants a quiet relaxing time away. My husband and I did not hire a car as my husband has a demanding job but enjoyed just relaxing outside on the sun loungers. We found a very good restaurant (Tavana) where we went most evenings.

Amazing house i'm sure you cannot find another with this advantages.

The best place where you can relax and with a nice view.The house was very clean and full of everything.I felt like i'm in my own house.There are a lot of markets near the house and its only 15 min far from the airport.I really loved the house if i had the chance to visit a second time for sure i would rent this house without any doubt.So happy that we spent our vacation in larnaca in tersefanou village.Don't miss the chance to come and visit this beautiful island.

Further Details:

There is a fairly well stocked mini-market in Tersefanou on the main street and a good restaurant/pub (Taberna) just around the corner from the mini-market . There is a large Carrefour supermarket 10 minutes away. In the penthouse are maps, information on local activities and restaurants. We highly recommend two - Tony's Bar and Grill (great steaks and great prices!) in Pervolia and Militzis for wonderful Greek food in Larnaca - details in penthouse.
