This beautiful large family apartment, setup perfectly to accommodate 6 adults or your family comfortably with large open plan living area, the indoor entertainment includes TV, with digital box connected via wifi allowing you to watch all your english channels such as; BBC, ITV, C4, etc and you can select music or even the latest movies! (Wifi Is an optional extra £25 per week, but no tv stations without it).

kitchen has all your usual utilities for cooking the perfect meal to enjoy either in the dining area or on the large veranda . You can enter this via kitchen & living area with sliding doors a great place to relax and dine - whilst sipping a glass of wine.

The apartment also boasts 3 good sized double bedrooms all with built in wardrobes & an en-suite to master with double Bed, bedroom 2 & 3 have twin single beds. family bathroom and separate Wc. The apartment minimal & clean and is well looked after.

The garden can accessed via kitchen & living room sliding doors and Bed 2 has patio doors a small veranda overlooking the communal area, which consists of Playground area for kids which is fenced off from the swimming pool once again a fantastic area to chill out in the Cypriot sun and when it gets a little hot cool off in the large swimming pool on offer and if you have little ones there is a splash pool for them to enjoy!

This apartment really is geared up for that perfect family holiday with very competitive pricing for its size and location!

A lovely apartment to stay

We had a lovely holiday, the accommodation was very comfortable. Everything you need lovely pool that is quiet and not used by many people so it was like having it to ourselves.

One thing you do not need to take are adapters as all the plugs are English version.

You do need a car as you would be stuck without one.

The air conditioning is a must well it was to us going in August.

We ate out so I can not comment on the cooking facilities but it all looked ok.

A lovely patio to sit out on especially first thing or late evening which is what we did.

The people who live in the other Apartments seemed to be mostly English and all very friendly if you need help with any issues.

I would recommend this as a lovely holiday base to stay in Cyprus.

Great apartment

We had a lovely stay in konia. The apartment was great big enough for our family of 5 and more. Quiet relaxing and great for the kids. Pool are was great and the neighbours so kind and helpful. Thanks again for a lovely stay we hired a car visited family and and various beaches thank you again.

very peaceful but near to action if needs

Clean and spacious with everything catered for, pool and surrounds immaculate but not used as a little cold on visit in march, lemons on tree went nice in gin and tonic.

Nice apartment and a very good price!

I especially recommend it for families with children – there is a cot, high chair, trolley and playground. The kitchen and bathroom equipment as expected, nothing missing. Television and the internet worked great, the kids could watch cartoons even in Polish. Owner / manager provide very good customer service. I can recommend to everyone.

Fantastic Holiday

Found the apartment to be clean and comfortable with all the amenities you would need for an enjoyable stay. We used it as a base to explore the island. The pool was great, had it to ourselves, a great place to chill and soak up the sunshine. We will definitely go back and will recommend it to friends and family. Wish I was back there already.

Ideal for whatever type of holiday

The apartment is located in a quiet village, Konia, which is 10 minutes drive to Paphos harbour and all the holiday amenities. This apartment gives you the best of all worlds, quiet and relaxing, or within minutes you are at the beach or in the many bars or restaurants.

The main thing that you require from any holiday is a place to stay, it is no good if the resort is great but the accommodation is substandard. We love this apartment because it is three bedroomed/bathrooms, well furnished with every requirement for a perfect base, The apartment was extremely clean and tidy, furniture is well maintained ,there was a new TV, plus WiFi. is available.The lounge/dining area and kitchen are very spacious. The apartment is on the ground floor adjacent to swimming pool, children's pool and play area, which my twin 5 year old boys love. As many of the other apartments are permanent residents you do not get lots of rowdy holidaymaker to spoil your holiday. All amenities are within a 10 minute drive, Hospital 3 mins, MacDonalds/KFC 5 mins, two main supermarkets 5mins, Paphos town, Water park, beaches and harbour 10 mins.

I have recommended this apartment to a number of people, and the best recommendation is that in April 2016 I will be spending my third consecutive year at the property.

We went out to Cyprus to buy a property in the Paphos District as we liked it so much and the apartment we got shown was an absolute must such a fantastic little area with large communal pool and childrens splash pool with kiddies playground. It just ticked all the boxes!

Coast/Beach:

For the nearest beach your are looking at a 15 min drive down in Paphos with the beautiful harbour with many restaurants, bars and shops to enjoy. & with only a 20 minute drive Coral Bay is a must, with glorious sandy beach, with plenty of water sports and activities for the whole family. Which also includes Cafe, ice cream van and a bar for the refreshing beverage in the hot sun!

Travel:

Paphos Airport is a 15 min drive with all car hire services there. Also Paphos has Plenty of car hire companies which is 5 min drive!

Distances:

Konia village is like a small hub with everything surrounding it! The town of Paphos is 5 min drive, golf 10 min drive, Tomb of the kings 15 min. The famous Aphrodite's Rock only 20 min drive. Airport only 15min.

Further Details:

Konia villages has its mini markets and tavernas within close walking distance. Further from that is Paphos, which has main shopping centers, large shopping mall, Next, Debenhams, plenty of restaurants, bars, nightclubs and not forgetting the beautiful Paphos harbour.

One of our main benefits has got to be having Paphos on our door step as its just 5min drive away theres so much to do shopping, restaurants, bars harbor! but above all which I think our site in particular has to offer is the neighbours in the other apartments at least two of them are English couples who now run the site, look after all aspects including cleaning etc, Two of them look after our apartment they are very friendly and will greet you on arrival & will give you all the info you can possibly need! I can't thank them enough!

  • Notes on accommodation: Air-con is an extra charge £5 per day this can also be used for heating in the winter months when it gets a little cooler in the evening. Outside: The apartment is ground floor with a landscaped garden with lemon & lime trees perfect for your beverage, with white stone ground with a large veranda includes table and chairs outside so you can dine in the evenings whist watching the sunset and with a glass of wine. The family friendly landscaped communal area has a wonderful large pool, Child friendly zone with kiddies splash pool and playground. The playground is fenced off from the main pool, to stop kids running straight in! So there's plenty for the kids to keep entertained, whilst Mum & Dad can relax on the sun lounges provided! Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels will be provided. If you stay for two weeks or more linen can be changed weekly at an extra charge of £10 each time. You must take your own beach towels. Other: Master Bedroom is beautifully laid out with double bed two solid wood side units, built in wardrobes and comes with DVD player, ipod (3 up to 4s) dock tv.
