We live by the Coast in England where the weather is often cold and rainy, this is one of the reasons why we purchased a property in Cyprus, with its lovely climate and over 340 days of glorious sunshine!

Royal Seacrest - certainly worth a visit for a relaxing holiday. The apartment was extremely well appointed, very comfortable with beautiful views of the sea and sunset from the front door balcony. The complex has been thoughtfully developed with two pools, a child's pool, jacuzzis. There was a wide range of local restaurants within a 5 minute walk. P & C Greenwood



We had a great time at Royal Seacrest. Our party of 4 adults went at the end of August. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and modern. The restaurants were only a five minute walk. Fat Mamas, O'Neils and the Chinese were excellent. Definitely recommend the complex! R McNeil - Bridlington

Fantastic

3rd time at the Royal Seacrest and I really can't fault it. The apartment was perfect, everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The icing on the cake would be if there was wifi but that would not stop me from returning next year. The pool area and communal areas are spotless and very well looked after. Minutes away from shops, bars and restaurants, perfect location and perfect apartment.

Very pleased

I was looking for a calm getaway place for my vacation and this apartment was it.

Calm location but at the same time only a 3 min walk, shortcutting via a path over a field, to the main street of kato paphos/tombs of the kings area. 5min walk from a gym, 15min walk from supermarket and 5 min walks to different "kiosks"/minimarkets.

Spaceous apartment, absolutely amazing roof balcony on the building for nice dinners in the sunset.

No troubles whatsoever, Very helpful and kind owner, will definitely consider this for my next visit in paphos!

Excellent Apartment

We had a great stay, family of three with one small child.

A great apartment, nicely appointed and fresh. Excellent value and very clean and tidy. A great base yo explore Cuprus from or simply to relax and enjoy.

Has an excellent balcony from which we enjoyed breakfast from every morning.

The location is excellent, I felt personally very well situated.

The grounds of the apartments are very well kept and the swimming pool looked immaculate. Although the time of year we stayed, early March, was little too cold to use.

I hired a car for the duration but if not then the amenities are just a short walk through. Though at night the path is a little dark.

There is ample parking inside the complex through a secure barrier.

Andrea, the owner is pleasent and easy to deal with and cares about your stay.

We would have no hesitation to return again and enjoyed it.

This is the second year we have stayed in this apartment and another wonderful holiday the apartment is really clean and like home from home a lot of love has gone into it. The pool area is spotless and well maintained. Andrea is so easy to deal with and very helpful. We will definitely be going back.

Beautiful apartment.

This is a beautiful apartment, lovely and clean, modern in a good location near to the Tomb of the Kings roads where there are lots of restaurants etc. The apartment is well situated in the complex overlooking the pool area and does not get the direct sun in the afternoon so its not to hot to sit out on the patio in the afternoons. We ate out every night but the kitchen is well equipped if you wished to cook your own meals. During the pool area was quite quiet so there were always plenty of sunbeds free. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Cyprus. We stayed for only one week so did not bother to hire a car and used the local bus service which is cheap, reliable and easy to use.

Royal Seacrest is a fabulous brand new complex, in prime location. Set in a tranquil position yet only a five minute walk to Tomb of The Kings Road - with an abundance of excellent restaurants, bars, cafes, banks, supermarkets, bus stops.

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

Royal Seacrest is a short walk to the municipal blue flag and the Kefalos Village beach. Beyond that the harbour area is a 20-25 minute walk along the new scenic coastal path and you can reach the old town and market within 5 minutes. There are local air conditioned buses that pass nearby and taxis are easily obtained to Paphos. Beautiful Coral Bay is a 10 minute drive or bus ride away and so is the excellent snorkeling location, St George's Hotel.

Travel:

Flying into Paphos International Airport - Kato Paphos is only 12km from the airport. Car hire not required as everything needed is available within a short walk e.g. beach, shops, restaurants. Taxis are available from the airport and cost approx €30 to the apartment. Our management company can book you a taxi to and from the airport.

Distances:

As well as the main areas of old Paphos town and Kato Paphos, Coral Bay to the west of the town, boasts a lovely sandy beach with friendly and lively restaurants and bars, close by is the enchanting small fishing hamlet of St Georges Bay where you can taste the most succulent freshly caught fish on the Island. The beautiful resorts of Polis, Latchi and Pissouri are all within driving distance. A little further out the Troodos Mountains provides the surroundings of stunning snow topped mountains.

Further Details:

The whole of Paphos is recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The 4th Century BC Tomb of the Kings are only a 5 minute walk away. Nearby attractions include the Paphos Bird Park, the Water Park and go-karting. There is a 5 star PADI Dive school and 5 star ESPA Spa at the nearby Elysium hotel (800m away). Paphos is a year round holiday resort, and an ideal base for visiting all parts of the island. The winter months are just as popular as the summer. Paphos has something for everyone. A wide variety of restaurants, bars and night clubs, historical places of interest, golf courses nearby, beaches and water sports, and a really friendly laid back atmosphere. There are lots for every family member to do around Paphos and further afield, but mainly people coming to the town just want to soak up the atmosphere of the old town, the beautiful harbour area with its mediaeval fort and the House of Dionysus, with its beautiful mosaics.

Royal Seacrest is on Tombs of the Kings Road, the main Paphos to Coral Bay road. English is widely spoken, driving is on the left, electricity is 240V using 3-pin plugs, so no need for travel adapters. It's ideally located for short trips to Egypt and Israel – transforming your holiday to Cyprus into a unique experience. The choice is yours. Take a mini cruise from Cyprus to Egypt, Israel or the island of Rhodes - all of which are your doorstep.

We have an excellent meet and greet management service. They can book your taxis to and from the airport, meet you on the doorstep to show you around and furnish you with all the information you require for a comfortable stay. Any additional needs i.e. car hire, welcome packs, extra cleaning, cot and high chair, shopping etc can be arranged on request. An electronic safe is provided for your passports and valuables. Outside: The complex has 2 outstanding large lagoon swimming pools with a smaller children's pool. There are 2 Jacuzzis and several water features. Outdoor showers and toilets are provided.
