This is a beautifully furnished spacious one bedroom 1st Floor apartment with sea views set on the Armonia luxury complex and consists of a spacious open plan living-dining kitchen with a large double bedroom. All fully air conditioned. It has an en-suite bathroom and separate shower room. Both the lounge and bedroom lead out onto a private furnished patio.

Hi, We live in a small town in Lancashire with our two grown up children. One of the reasons we decided to purchase in Cyprus was for the climate. We wanted somewhere we could visit all year and enjoy the sun as Cyprus boasts it has over 300 days of sunshine a year(perfect). We liked the fact that they drive on the left and everywhere is so accessible. There is something for everyone to enjoy in the area of Kapparis. The complex is very peaceful but with every amenity close by from shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, clubs, beaches with water sports.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely location

Just returned from a lovely holiday in Cyprus. The apartment was like home from home with everything in what is needed for a lovely holiday. It was bright, spacious and very clean. It was very hot whilst there and the air conditioning was a godsend. The complex was very nice with a lovely pool and excellent views of the Famagusta area. A 24hr bakery is just along the road and Kapparis has a good range of restaurants to eat out. For good pub food try The Pig and Whistle which is also reasonably priced.

Steve the owner of the apartment was very helpful when booking and whilst there Will and Jacky were on hand to sort out any problems that arose.

For a lovely holiday I would definitely recommend this apartment and will definitely go back myself.

Location

We wanted somewhere that was quiet and peaceful but close to all amenities. Kapparis was the perfect choice for us. The complex has beautiful sea views and has a choice of various beaches close by. All amenities are within walking distance although a car is recommended for those who wish to venture further and explore the island.

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

The nearest beach is Firemans Cove and is approx 20 mins walk. There are plenty of other beaches to choose from in this area which are easily reached by car or bicycle such as Pernera which is 5 mins by car. You can take a lovely coastal walk to the well known beach Fig Tree Bay in Protarus. Nissi Bay in Ayia Napa is 20 mins by car and is one of the best beaches on the island.

Travel:

There are 2 international airports in Cyprus. The nearest is Larnaca airport which is 65km/40 min drive away. Paphos airport is at the other end of the island and is 2 hours drive away. Taxis are available from the airport or you can hire a car to collect from the airport. Alternatively we can arrange personal transfers if required, paid locally.

Distances:

There is a 24 hour bakery close by. Supermarkets within walking distance and the bus stop is close by for all areas. You will also find a large array of shops and eateries as well as the main banks. Kapparis is a lovely resort and there is a good selection of bars and restaurants to choose from. A bit further on there is the town Paralimni with its beautiful church and main square. There you will find plenty of cafe’s and taverna’s to try and see how the locals socialise. Protaras is only 7 mins

Further Details:

There is something for everyone in this location. There is authentic traditional sightseeing but also lots of themed pubs, restaurants and clubs for dancing the night away.

    Changeover day is flexible as long as the dates are available.

    Notes on prices:
    Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds and is based on two people sharing. There will be an extra £10 fee for 3 or more guests. We offer discounts for rentals over 4 weeks.

Our first floor 1 bedroom apartment is easily accessible by lift and/or stairs. The living area is very spacious and leads out to a private patio where we enjoy having our breakfast each day whilst soaking up the morning sun. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything to hand with plenty of work surfaces. We also love the convenience of having an en-suite bathroom (with shower) and a separate shower room (with a walk-in shower) both also have a wash basin and toilet. The bedroom is very spacious and has more than enough built-in wardrobe storage. We love the convenience of also having patio doors in the bedroom to access the patio.

  • Notes on accommodation: This is a no smoking apartment and we do not allow pets. Smoking must be kept to outside. Any breakages will have to paid for and so we will require a £100 refundable deposit. We can arrange for a welcome pack to be there upon your arrival which consists of the basic items such as tea, coffee, milk, water, sugar, biscuits, bread, butter, and jam for the cost of 15 euro's. Alternatively, we can provide whatever you require and you pay the cost of the goods as per the receipt together with an additional 5 euros to cover costs, paid locally. A travel cot and highchair are available to hire for a small additional fee (paid locally). Outside: The apartment has a private patio which can be accessed from both the lounge and bedroom. It is furnished with a patio table and four chairs for you to relax or dine alfresco. There are also two sun loungers for you to use to soak up that Cyprus sun. The complex has a shared pool and children's pool with stunning sea views. It also has the luxury of a gym and sauna plus a children's playground. Utility Room: There is a large utility cupboard in the hall area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bedlinen is provided but we ask you to bring your own pool and beach towels. The apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival but if you require a mid-clean there will be an extra charge payable locally. Other: Fully air-conditioned. A travel cot is available. There are also 2 single Z-beds in the apartment which are suitable for children or teenagers.
