This is a lovely apartment and is only 150 meters away from the sea and the famous Pine Walk. 60km from the Palma International Airport. Air-conditioned.

My name is Miguel and I'm married with Laura. We have 3 children. A 4 years old daughter called Lluch and 4 months old twins called Pau and Miguel.

I'm an Engenier and my wife is a Lawyer.

We bought the studio apartment as second residence and we expended 3 summers there. On 2008 we decided to buy another apartment because we wanted to have children. When we bought the apartment, we deceided to rent the studio. Now as we are 5 in the family, we have moved to a villa in Puerto Pollensa and we rent the studio and the apartment.

The apartment is in a perfect location, just a short walk from the main cafe bars and restaurants and also the beach, but far enough away to be quiet, The pool was in sun all day although no sunbeds, the front porch got the sun in the afternoon with the side providing shade, I would recommend for couples with young children, older couples, or couples without children . The owner was very helpful, met us on the day of arrival, and answered all our quires . We have just completed our 17th visit to this beautiful island and Puerto Pollensa

and the apartment has been one of the best locations;,Perfect and the weather wasn't too bad either. Our favourite restaurant is Guru just off the beach front lovely selection of specials as well as pizzas and burgers.

I have always enjoyed my summer time in Puerto Pollensa because my parents own a fantastic apartment in the famouse Pinewalk. When we got married, my wife and I bought the studio apartment ref: b2363 and we enjoyed there 3 fantastics summers and weekends. 5 years ago we bought the apartment ref: B4297 because we wanted to have a bigger apartment (the family was going to grow). We live in a Villa in Puerto Pollensa with all the family and that is the reason to rent my apartments to holidaymakers.

Activity and Interests

Car: not necessary


150 meters to the beach and the famous pine walk.


60km from the Palma international airport. Shuttle bus transfer from the airport available all year. Taxi available on the airport. Car hire available at the airport. Regular bus line from the airport to Palma and from Palma to Puerto Pollensa.


Alcudia 7km. Pollensa the old town 7km. Inca 25km. Famousse formentor beach 15km.

Further Details:

All local amenities nearby. There is a supermarket within 50 meters opened all year including Saturdays and Sundays.

From the Owner

The apartments are in a very quiet area but close to the sea (100 meters) and all the amenities. The main town square eith all the restaurants and bars is also 5 minutes walking through the sea front walk. Both apartments have communal pools only for residents use.
