About the property

Holiday Home near Newquay, Cornwall, England - This is Garden Terrace house, rates do not include use of the leisure facilities. Newquay 6 miles

Rates include full leisure facilities from January 2018. Premier accommodation "Garden Terrace" it has 2 double bedrooms.. The kitchens are fully equipped with full sized fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, On the ground floor is an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with LCD, TV and DVD player. On the first floor there is one double and one twin bedroom, both share a modern shower room. The houses are positioned on the popular Atlantic Reach Holiday complex, just 1 mile from the A30 and 8 miles from the centre of Newquay. A high quality health spar is available for the girls, whilst the guys have a hack around the 9 hole on site golf course. Kids are not left out, there is a large children's play area. The availability calendar may show no bookings, we have 2 units which are idenitical. Please email / call to confirm availability. Rates stated do NOT include use of the on site facilities.

Dogs are welcome at £50 per week + £50 refundable deposit.

About The Owner

We bought this holiday property for our own use and rental. location makes it an ideal base to explore Cornwall.

As its on a complex so you get added activities should you wish to stay on site. These need to be paid for as you wish.

The Owner purchased this house in 2008

Why The Owner chose Colan

We loved the complex and position of the house.

It is just like any two bedroom house.

Great children facilities.

I also own and manage other rental properties in Newquay that cover different needs.

Notes on accommodation: Cots and high chairs can be provided. Pets are welcome again at an extra cost of £45 per week. The house has full central heating. Outside: Each house has its own patio area with outdoor furniture. 9 holes on the golf course cost £5. Good Health spar is on site, treatments are extra, they can be booked online prior to holiday. If you choose not to pay the weekly leisure an Indoor swimming can be found at Hendra complex 5 miles from the house. But with the great Cornish beaches you may not need it. Great pubs are just down the road. Newquay has great pubs & restaurants. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bedlinen supplied, towels are not. Other: The rates do not include the use of the In-door pool or certain times in the club house. Large play parks around the site are available for all. Golf costs £5, treatments in the spa are as advertised.

Fantastic Holiday Home with good access to all attractions.

Property is well maintained and has free parking space.

Centrally located hence providing easy access to all attractions in North,Mid and South Cornwall.

Kitchen is equiped with all necessary appliances and cutleries.

Supermarket,Lidle.Spar is about 5 mins drive away.

Provides safe and comfortable stay for a family of four.

Rent is very reasonable for the facilities provided

Good and prompt communication/support from the landlord.

We had a fantastic time while we stayed there recently.

Nice place to stay

A really well maintained place to stay, the house was just about an hours journey to most of the places I wanted to visit, with pool and spa as well in the holiday park. Minutes away from A30, its the best place to stay for the amount I paid. The kitchen floor is tiled, its a bit cold to walk bear foot, but then its not white sand to walk bear foot. Enjoyed the stay in Cornwall, Thank you Clive and Sue.

Great place to stay

Great holiday accommodation at a very good price ( over £220 cheaper than booking through the complex ). Well equipped and comfortable. Located right by the park so great spot for families with young children. Good customer service from the owner . would definitely recommend to friends and stay there again myself.

Modern house in a great locatiin. superb

Very impressed, modern well equipped house. Well maintained great layout, clean and tidy. Met my expectations, exactly as described. Excellent location on the holiday park. Facilities on the park are great. Owner provided excellent customer service. Would reccomend anyone to stay there.

Great central position for exploring Cornwall. Only 3 minute drive off the main A30 and 10 minutes from the centre of Newquay. There is a regular bus service to Newquay.


Newquay and it's world renowned beaches are 8 miles away. Truro is 14 miles. Eden Project 10 miles.


Newquay airport 9 miles, 20 min drive.

Plymouth ferry port 45 miles, 1hour drive.

London 260 miles, 4.5 hour drive.


Newquay 8 miles. Truro 12 miles. Plymouth 48 miles. Eden Centre 10 miles.

A deposit of £75 is required with booking. Remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to departure.

If you find identical accommodation on Atlantic Reach complex I will try and beat it.

Changeover Day:
Saturday during peak school holiday season. Weekend breaks Friday to Monday and Mid-week breaks Monday to Friday available. Please note that the check-in time is 4.00pm or later and the check-out time is 10.00am unless previously arranged with the owners.

Notes on prices:
If you would prefer the use of indoor pool and gym than please add £101 + VAT per week for off peak and £143 + VAT for peak / school holidays. (not my rates but the managements) This includes up to 4 guests. This can be booked up to 2 weeks prior to holiday.
Golf, and spar treatments can all be paid for on an as used basis.
Large Outside play park is available to all children.
Bars and restaurants on site are open to all guests.

100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
