This modern self catering duplex ski apartment in the centre of St Gervais with fabulous views of the Mont Blanc Massif - it is only 250m from the tramway du Mont Blanc making it perfect for hikers and mountaineers. Apartment size 70sqm on level 2. Sleeps up to 8 in 3 bedrooms and lounge: 2 twin/ double bedrooms, 1 small bunk bedroom, 1 double sofa bed in lounge. Fully equipped luxury kitchen with conventional & microwave oven, dishwasher, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, halogen-hob, washing machine. Large double-height lounge with flat screen 40 inch satellite TV (with UK freeview), CD and DVD player, 2 comfortable sofas, large dining table and chairs, double French windows leading onto magnificent balcony. This luxury apartment is situated in the centre of the famous ski resort and spa town of St Gervais in a new development built in 2008 - Domaine de Crespin. It has been constructed to a very high specification. The location is fabulous, right in the centre of town and it is now only a 5-8 minute walk to Le bettex ski lift via a newly constructed bridge built in 2012 or if you do not want to walk, a 2 minute bus ride. It is also only a 5 minute walk to the famous Tramway de Mont Blanc - where hikers can enjoy fabulous trails in summer and mountaineers start their ascent of Mont Blanc. It has unrivalled access to the numerous other ski resorts of the Mont Blanc Massif - you can be in Les Contamines, Megeve or Praz sur Arly in 10 minutes or up in Chamonix in 20 minutes! The resort is less than 1 hour from Geneva making long weekends possible. Despite its central location, Domaine de Crespin enjoys its own private grounds set on the hill-side and commanding fabulous views but enjoying peaceful surroundings. It has all amenities within 5 minutes walk - boulangeries, cafes, restaurants, ski hire and supermarkets.It is a second floor apartment and finished to a luxurious alpine standard. The furnishings are in the traditional alpine style, produced by local craftsmen. The basement includes a large private lockable garage for both car, bike and ski storage (which is included in the price). The apartment offers spectacular views up the valley towards the Mont Blanc Massif and, from outside, some of the best views of Dome de Miage. The kitchen is fully equipped with a conventional oven plus a separate microwave oven, four-ring halogen hob, dishwasher, extractor fan, fridge-freezer and plenty of cupboard storage full of utensils plus coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Large French windows leading to the balcony overlook the valley and ski area. The lounge has two very comfortable sofas (one converts into a sofa bed) and a large fluffy rug to stretch out on plus several coffee tables. There is a flat screen Sony TV (32 inch) which has UK satellite channels (freeview) plus a CD/ DVD. The dining area has ample seating with a large dining table with two long benches - can seat up to 10 people. Bedroom 1 and 2 have twin beds that can be pushed together to form doubles, ample storage space, clothes hooks, plus a mirror and shelf each. Bedroom 3 has full size bunk beds - this is a tiny room ideal for children, although it can sleep two adults comfortably since it has full size bunk beds. All bedrooms have chests of drawers, coat-hooks, pleasant pictures, shelving, modern lighting and controllable heaters. All bedrooms have their own doors so you can sleep noise-free from other guests or need a quick apres-ski nap! there is extra storage in the lounge for those if sleeping there to keep their clothes. There is 1 large family bathroom with a full size bath, shower, wash basin, cupboard space, heated towel rail plus a washer-dryer. There is a separate WC with a wash basin, large mirror and more storage space. The apartment also comes with a free wireless ADSL internet connection. The chalet apartment easily accommodates 6-8 people, ideal for a family/ 2 families or a group of friends. There are other apartments in the same building making larger groups possible.

Set right at the foot of Mont Blanc, the French ski resort of St Gervais Les Bains has access to over 490 pistes and 300km of skiing. Linked to Megeve and St Nicholas de Veroce, together they make up the largest inter-connected ski area within the Mont Blanc region and with much of the skiing above 2000m, it is reliably snow sure. All levels of skiing are catered for here, but particular favourites of ours are the sunny blue and red runs across to Megeve for some superb quality mountain restaurants; and Les Contamines, one of the areas biggest secrets for a good powder day. It's only a 10 minute drive from St Gervais and is included on the same ski pass. From the summit of Mont Joly you get an amazing panoramic view of the Mont Blanc region and on a clear day can even see the summit of the Grand Mottes glacier in Tignes! Local buses also take you between the different areas if you do not wish to ski. St Gervais itself is a beautiful little spa town with a well renovated centre that has retained the charm of its 19th century origins The bustling centre is full of ambience and has a good selection of bars, cafes and restaurants as well as a multitude of sporting and leisure facilities. There is a farmers market every Thursday where you can buy your local ham and cheeses and the St Gervais thermal baths in Le Fayet are also well worth a visit. Access to St Gervais is so easy. Geneva airport is less than 50 minutes drive away or St Gervais/ Le Fayet train station - linked to Paris - is only a 10 minute drive. It is a charming town with loads of ambience and takes you away from the purpose built ski resort. St Gervais is ideal for all types of skier but particularly for families or groups.

The attractive spa town of St Gervais has been a holiday resort since tourists first took waters there in 1806. Lying above a dramatic river gorge midway between the 2 world famous ski resorts of Chamonix and Megeve, it is part of the massive Evasion Mont Blanc ski area. The perfectly groomed slopes and challenging off-piste terrain, with 125 ski lifts, 312 miles of downhill slopes and 5,400 feet of vertical drop, offer skiing and snowboarding for all abilities. Non-skiers can enjoy several miles of high mountain footpaths, spectacular views of Mont Blanc and many of the on-slope restaurants with a pedestrian lift pass. Megeve, France's most elegant and upscale resort, is just a cable car ride away from Le Bettex. Everyone will want to take a ride on the Tramway du Mont Blanc, one of only three remaining rack and pinion railways in France. A scenic ride takes pedestrians and skiers through forests and snow-covered pastures to the Bellevue/ Les Houches plateau at the foot of Mont Blanc. St Gervais has a lovely renovated town center with a good selection of bars, restaurants, bakeries and creperies (not to mention the chocolate!) and several supermarkets to use for everyday essentials. Just above St Gervais, at the first stop of the cable car is the small hamlet of Le Bettex, the birthplace of skiing in the region. Here you will find a charming restaurant, a ski school and several shops. Facing Mont Blanc, St Nicolas de Veroce is a typical mountain village. After an invigorating day on the slopes, the best way to relax is with a visit to the hot springs at Le Fayet. Les Thermes de St Gervais, situated in a magnificent park setting. It has been open for over 200 years and is prepared to treat you to the most advanced techniques in spa treatments. The local market comes to town on a Thursday with a range of Savoyard treats. Various festivals and concerts are held in the town throughout the year and it has an excellent theatre and cinema. Free resort shuttle buses operate throughout the area.

St Gervais is less than one hour from Geneva airport - there is a direct road into the town from the airport which remains open throughout the year making accessibility so simple. Geneva is the closest airport to St Gervais (80km) around 1 hour drive, however Grenoble, Lyon, Milan or Turin are all less than 2.5 hours drive away. Then you can book an airport transfer (we can book for you) or car hire. The railway station (SNCF) in St Gervais/ Le Fayet (about an 8 minute taxi drive away from St Gervais Centre) and links directly with the TGV (high speed French rail network). There is direct access to St Gervais via the Autoroute Blanche motorway, part of the European motorway network. The buses and trains to the ski lift areas are free on production of a lift pass or guest card. During the high season the service is very frequent, every 10-12min. There are free car parks at each of the major ski stations.

Linen is the only extra cost not included in the price of your holiday. Linen is £16.5 per single bed and £33 per double bed (note not per person). It includes a full bed set, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel (2 per double bed), bath mat and tea towels. Please be aware that only single linen sets are provided for twin beds since they have single duvets. All beds come made up and end of stay clean is included in the price. A limited number of cots and high chairs available to hire at £25 each per holiday. You will also be required to provide a £400 security deposit in case of accidental damage to your accommodation.

Deposit of 40% on booking, then full payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. We accept credit card payments.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
