Coto del Golf has the enviable position of being a first floor frontline apartment facing south, with stunning uninterrupted views across the North golf course. It has a very large private terrace with its own pool, al fresco dining area, barbeque and sun loungers, the ideal location for all day sunshine and relaxation. The interior is extremely light and spacious, has three very large bedrooms all with their own luxurious en-suite rooms, air conditioning, central heating, under floor heating to the kitchen and bathrooms. It is one of La Manga Clubs’ most recent and sought after developments, with no expense spared, using beautiful marble flooring and tiling, with quality materials and fixtures and fittings throughout. It has its own covered dedicated parking area and is situated within a gated development, therefore ensuring a high degree of security. The area is blessed with a Mediterranean climate with more than 300 days sunshine, making it an ideal destination all year round.

Family Holiday
As a family of 4 with older children, we enjoyed a great week in this fantastic apartment. The apartment is large and accommodated us all very comfortably and we made good use of the terrace with pool, sun loungers and excellent bbq facilities. We also enjoyed using the facilities within La Manga Club Resort, padel tennis, golf and the supermarket and restaurants on site. Overall a fabulous week enjoyed by all.

Spacious Apartment with Amazing Views
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Ruth and Peter are the perfect hosts and attended to any requirements promptly and efficiently despite the odd hick up. My family of 5 loved the patio and the views over the golf course. The apartment is located on the outskirts of the resort so we had the best of both worlds namely easy access to the resort and the ability to drive to the many local towns on the coast and along the Mal Menor. The Spit of La Manga was an interesting find with beaches on both sides as was the costal town of Cabo De Palos with its lovely harbour and sea food restaurants.

Perfect in every way
We have just returned from our holiday in La Manga. The villa is amazing with every comfort you could need, and the added luxury of a pool. Clean, spacious and very well equipped with pots pans crockery etc. We had a small issue of a broken aircon unit, but a visit to the management team new pipes were fitted and it was back up and running within 5 hours. We had some lovely meals but you do need to book. La Barras tapas restaurant lovely atmosphere Dante’s steak La rusticana outside of gated area perfect location Canela based at the stables Couldn’t fault any of the above. Taxi to and from main la manga site was €10 which as we were with another party we got an 8 seater taxi to share. Always in time always reliable. The spa was sadly closed on site so didn’t experience this. Overall we had a great time and can highly recommend.

We live in a secluded farm house within Exmoor National Park, with numerous horses and dogs, and greatly enjoy the outdoor life. We purchased this apartment in the 5*La Manga Club to enable us to enjoy a little sunshine and luxury not too far from home! Living in the heart of Exmoor, we are not blessed with the best climate! so it is ideal to have almost guaranteed sunshine within a 2.5 hour plane journey. We now feel very privileged to have the best of both worlds, having peace and tranquility, in top class surroundings in both England and Spain. We hope you too will enjoy and be as enthusiastic as we and many others are about this beautiful apartment and its' surroundings.

Why they chose this property

It is both a stunning and beautiful location which has not been spoilt by over development. It is very peaceful, yet easily accessible from both Murcia and Alicante airports. The surrounding areas too are quiet and not over populated.

What makes this property unique

The property is very private, and has the added benefit of being within a gated community which makes it very safe. It has the benefit of being on the first floor, and frontline to the golf course, therefore with stunning views across the golf course. In addition, it is one of only very few apartments in La Manga Club which face south and has its own pool.
