Located in the residential area of Siller, this little rustic villa stands by the foot of the mountains, thankfully away from any noise. Within walking distance of the shops, bars and restaurants of Puerto Pollensa and only one kilometer from the town´s long golden beach. Boquer Nostro is the ideal escape from the busy daily routine and the perfect place to rest, relax and recover from the stresses of the outside world. Equipped with air-conditioning from June 2015 which makes it even cooler. A traditionally decorated self-catering villa in beautiful well maintained grass garden with swimming pool, big terrace and a built-in barbecue for dining alfresco, all surrounded by fruit trees. Overlooking the pool, a shady furnished veranda runs across the whole of the front of the house, leading through a door into a modern fully fitted kitchen with an adjoining utility room with a washing machine. Up a step from the kitchen is a wood-beamed lounge/diner where there’s a small bathroom tucked under the stairs that lead up to the mezzanine area.

All check in will be from 12 am and check out all will be before 10 am.

Great time

Lovely villa in beautiful surroundings. Very well equipped and once you know the shortcut very close to the shops and beach ( Closer than the hotels along the pine walk). It is quiet and private and the owner was very nice. We loved it and would go back again. Good for a couple or a family of 4, not 2 couples. Resort is easy to get to and if you don't want to hire a car we found the buses cheap, regular and on time. Large supermarket close by, but note its closed Sundays.

Lovely Villa

Beautiful private villa in a great location, we absolutely loved our stay but expected a bit more for the money. Paid 2325 euros for 10 nights. The villa was well worth it, but a welcome pack would have been a nice touch. Only 1 bottle of water and 1 toilet roll provided. Have staid in Villa's before and have arrived to a welcome pack of essentials (toilet roll, milk, bread, wine). There wasn't even a cloth or a sponge for washing up, not really the sort of thing you want to be shopping for on holiday. Was also a bit disappointed that our clean bedding and towels were delivered mid way through our stay and we had to strip and change our bed ourselves and bag up the dirty towels. I would love to stay in this villa again but the service needs improving based on the price.

Beautiful villa, great location, all amenties are there including a hairdryer, washing machine and wifi!!! We had such a relaxing time and so close to the beach and restaurants! We will be returning

A JEWEL IN A CROWN

THIS IS TRULY THE MOST AMAZING VILLA WE HAVE STAYED IN. ALTHOUGH ADVERTISED AS A 1 BED VILLA IT IS SO SPACIOUS AND THE STANDARD OF THE DECOR IS BEAUTIFUL. THE GARDENS ARE IMMACULATE AND SO QUIET. THE LOCATION OF THE VILLA WAS JUST PERFECT SO CLOSE TO THE PORT YET ONCE INSIDE THE VILLA AND OUTDOOR SPACE YOU FELT LIKE IT WAS A MILLION MILES AWAY FROM ANY NOISE. I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS VILLA HIGHLY ENOUGH. MIGUEL THE OWNER WAS SO HELPFUL AND WAS AT HAND IF WE HAD ANY PROBLEMS....THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS HAVING TO LEAVE.......

Because it is lovely, because it does not need a car to go shopping, go to restaurants or the beach is very near the port. Because it has a pool and a well kept garden. Because it has a parking area equipped with containers for organic waste, cans, plastic, cardboard, paper and glass for recycling. and because it is equipped with air-conditioning from June 2015 which it makes it even cooler.
