Villa in El Portet, Moraira , Costa Blanca, Spain - 5 Minutes Walk To El Portet Beach, Restaurants And Supermarke

This lovely south facing 4 bedroom villa with wonderful sea and mountain views all enclosed in secure walled and gated gardens with mature trees, orange, lemons, palms, bougainvillea's and secluded relaxing areas. The pool is surrounded by large terraces with new sun beds and garden furniture and built in barbecue ,also a very large covered terrace with L shaped settee to enjoy outdoor living. The exclusive El Portet cove is only a five minute down hill walk away where you can enjoy a drink or meal at the popular beach bars , restaurants , or new small boutique hotel with a fabulous cocktail terrace and often live music over looking the sea. A mini Supermarket and chemist are also in El Portet. The town of Moraira is only a 15-20 minute stroll along the beautiful coastal walk past the large marina and into the village with all its shops, squares and restaurants. If location and open views are your priority then "this is your villa"!

Notes on accommodation: Casa Bebbi is a non-smoking villa. Outside: private 10x5m pool with large terraces and dining area. Sunbeds and built in barbecue. Surrounded by mature enclosed gardens. A full size table tennis table is available for your further enjoyment. The pool can be heated early and late season at a cost of £200 a week. Utility Room: Separate utility room with washing machine and a large storage area. Full size Table Tennis. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Supplied are towels and linen which are changed each week. Cleaned for arrival and departure, further cleaning by arrangement. Other: The villa has a very large covered shady terrace with dining area and modern comfortable patio furniture.

Lovely house! Nice pool.

Two families shared this house. Lovely pool and porch! A short walk to el portet beach.

Moraira city is a 15-20min walk, little to long and hard with children.

Averall a great place and small but nice city!

If the annex we're the second family stayed in the house had been a little bigger and more bright ( it didn't show in pictures of the house,) it would definitely been a 5 star.

Beautiful villa in a wonderful location

The villa was clean, tastefully decorated, spacious and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The pool was big, with lovely views of the sea and hills around as we ate our lunch on the covered terrace. The views over El Portet as we walked by were beautiful as was the marina in Moraira where we ate every night. The villa was perfect for us - our tick list is always: space with excellent views and the ability to walk to a choice of restaurants in the evening without being in the thick of a built up area. Perfect! We would definitely recommend it.

Just Brilliant!

A lovely spacious and well appointed and well maintained villa with surprisingly large grounds and fruitful trees (own lemons on site!). Walkers will enjoy the exercise of the fairly steep but shortish hill from the local shop - excellent fresh bread baked on site - and the superb beach and local restaurants with a brand new hostelry close by. Moraira is a 20 minute walk away.

We spoiled ourselves with just the two of us but it would take a fair size family with ease. Highly recommended although if anyone has mobility problems you will need a car because of the hill. We didn't bother with a car, just used taxis which are quite reasonable.

Excellent villa - a few minor touches would make it perfect!

We stayed as a family of 7 for a week and had a fabulous time. The villa is magical and location and views are superb. Nice touches were the abundance of thoughtful extras, eg tea towels, foil, washing tabs, first aid kit, ping pong, balls, pool inflatables etc.

Only negatives were minor. Outside furniture tired - cushions need a good clean or replacing in seating area. Not enough toilet paper provided - one roll per bathroom, ie 2 in total for 7 people (whilst expecting to purchase some it was rather stingy).

Air conditioning is lacking which is a real shame. First villa we've stayed in without and we felt it! There are fans in 3 of the 5 bedrooms, but they aren't sufficient in high temperatures. The room with bunk beds is very small and was absolutely boiling. We phoned Danielle the following day and she immediately brought a stand up fan to us which was a godsend.

It is walking distance from the local supermarket and beaches, however the walk up to the villa is particularly steep and unsuitable for those with any walking difficulties, so a car would be advised.

All in all, though, we enjoyed our week at the villa very much! Danielle was very helpful was able to make the villa available for check in a lot sooner than the time specified. Thank you!

Could be better.

Lovely villa. Clean and well appointed. Great outdoor space. Pool fabulous. Couple of problems the wifi doesn't work in the annexe. On the last day had been raining heavily and bad smell was apparent from main villa toilet. Very strong. Possible drain issue. The person who was looking after the rental "Danielle " was pleasant but had absolutely no knowledge whatsoever about anything. Asked about beach towels, local restaurants etc but the stock answer was I don't know. Real shame as she did not point out any benefits of location or villa. I would certainly not employ her. Overall our stay was good but mainly due to cleanliness of villa,view and outside space. Should really state in information that the villa is at the top of a very steep hill leading up and down to beach not really suitable for anyone who may have difficulty with this.

We've previously not had issues with the drains but following your comments we have ensured this has been looked into. I was sorry to read you didn't find the information we provide about the locality which includes details about restaurants.This info is on our owners direct web page and in a folder we have prepared which is available at the villa, I do appreciate how helpful this can be for guests. Looking at the information available online I can see that we do mention that beach towels are not provided however in your case I was pleased also to read that arrangements were made for you to have use of my own beach towels. Thanks again for taking the trouble to let us have your comments.

There are two sandy beaches, EL Portet 5 minute walk from villa here in the summer months they have Kayaks for hire .In Moraira there are jet ski tours or for hire and on the beach they have Pedelos and banana boat rides .


Alicante airport is a one hour motorway drive.

Valencia airport is one hour fifteen minute drive.

Both airports have low cost airlines operating.


Moraira 1 mile. Javea 7 miles. Calpe 10 miles.

Further Details:

El Portet has a mini supermarket a chemist and three restaurants two beach bars and a new Boutique Hotel over looking the sea. Moraira has a wonderful harbour ,restaurants, shops, beach bars and open roof cocktail bars. There is a weekly market on a Friday. Moraira also has a mini fun fair and 2 lovely childrens play areas.
