This apartment is the upper half of owners villa. Completely self contained, very private and secure. Carport parking for one car. There is a glimpse of the sea from the very large sun terrace. Ten minutes walk to the village of Els Poblets, eight minutes walk to the beach. Cycles are available for use free of charge. On bus route to Denia about twenty minutes away. Lots to see and do!

We chose Els Poblets because we like the quite life but you don't have to go very far for things to do.
The benefits of this property are the lovely long walks on the beach, not far from the town of Denia which has a harbour and marina boats go across to Ibiza daily. There is also a train station. Trains run all along the coast so lots to see. There is a bus service nearby to take you into Denia.
Stayed for 1 week. Mike met us close by to take us to the location as it is tucked out of the way. Apartment was perfect for our stay. Good facilities with large sun terrace and a BBQ. Well fitted out with all we needed. Good air con which was needed for the week we were there. Came and went as we pleased. Very friendly hosts. Perfect for our needs as it was very quiet. Would recommend a hire car to get around although it's within striking distance of some bars and places to eat. Would recommend this for anyone who wants a quite and peaceful base, but close enough to the more busy places such as Denia. Would certainly consider a return visit sometime.
We stayed at this apartment recently and we have to admit it is one of the best we have ever stayed in. Everything you could possibly want is in the apartment and the very large sun terrace is so private it was a pleasure to dine and sunbathe on. No noise, just the gentle humming of a few birds. We hired a car so went out and about a few days. Denia which is very close by is really lovely and all the beaches along the way are lovely too. Mike and Sandra made us very welcome and were only downstairs if we needed them for anything. If you are looking for a relaxing break away then this is defiantly a great place to stay. Thank you Sandra and Mike and we hope to see you both again someday.
This was just what we was looking for, peace and quiet, home from home, everything you could have wanted as there. Very Clean when we arrived. Will recommend to family and friends and will be using again.
we got lost trying to find flat. a phone call to mike Collins who came out to rescue us.on arrival we found that tea. milk, coffee. sugar. all laid on. The flat is well laid out,and is within easy reach of the beach ,two bikes to get around on,(next time we will hire a car)Mike and his wife made us very welcome There is a small shop on the main road which sells all you will need.flat is small but very clean. Towels and bedding
supplied .would I go again YES! rental of flat is very reasonable
The property is located in a fantastic position for the beach (8 minute walk), restaurants (10 minute walk), bars and supermarkets.
The apartment is beautiful with some wonderful views. The owners are on hand if anything goes wrong and are very helpful.
This really is a wonderful place if you want to get away from it all.

After initial booking a £100 deposit will be requested. The balance is due 6 weeks before travel. Monies can be paid by bank transfer or cheque. Euros also accepted.
Changeover day is flexible. The apartment should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure and be available after 4pm on day of arrival.
