This ground floor 2 bedroom apartment has a terrace dining area with table and chairs for alfresco dining. The terrace leads into the properties open plan lounge and kitchen area which has air conditioning/heating. The lounge has 2 large sofas, dining table and chairs, TV with satellite channels including BBC and ITV, DVD player and air-conditioning/heating.
There are two bedrooms, bedroom one has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning/heating.
Bedroom two has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and fans to keep it cool.
The bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet, bidet, large sink and hairdryer.
The fitted kitchen has a cooker with extractor fan, hob, fridge/freezer, washer, toaster, microwave, iron and ironing board, crockery, glasses, pans and breakfast bar.
This is a no smoking apartment.

We have a luxury 3 bedroom spacious apartment spread over 2 floors with 2 new bathrooms with walk in showers and 3 large sun terraces - all 3 terraces attract all day and evening sunshine. Also there is an adjoining 2 bedroom ground floor apartment situated in an exclusive residential area manned by automatic gates. Parking for 2 cars is by the apartments or further spaces are within 30 mtrs. There are three communal pools within 80mtrs The beach and marina are approx 0.5 km at the end of our street where you can have a glass of wine at the bar overlooking the sea, enjoy some tapas in the restaurant or a morning coffee. There is also a small child's playground on the way to the beach. There are numerous bars and restaurants with nightly entertainment within a 10 minute walk (less than 10 mins if taking the shortcut out the back gate) which allows for a great night out and afterwards you can return to our quiet complex leaving the nightlife and noise from the bars behind. The nearest restaurant away from the strip is just 2 minutes walk at the back of our complex.
The apartments are situated on a corner plot therefore have an abundance of space. The 3 bedroom is a luxury apartment covering two floors with 3 sun terraces and affords all day sun. This luxury apartment is spacious throughout with a large covered outdoor patio area, a marble dining table seating 6 and a built in brick BBQ for alfresco dining. There is also a separate sun terrace by the dining area and a 3rd sun terrace on the 2nd floor - both are south facing and enjoy all day sunshine. Sun beds are provided for the terraces around the house.
The master bedroom opens out onto a south facing top floor sun terrace.
The 2 bedroom apartment is below on the ground floor. It is on one level and opens onto a patio area with table and chairs for alfresco dining.
There are sun beds for guests to use.
There are 3 communal pools, the first pool is within 80 mtrs of both apartment.
Please bring your own beach towels.
A travel cot can be provided.
We decided to buy a property in Spain in 2001 and we purchased one in an Aparthotel on the now famous `strip`. Over the next few years the strip became busier and noisier so we sold up and moved down by the Cabo Roig beach which is still near to the nightlife, shops etc but is much quieter. Our property is on a corner plot and has a 3 bedroom which covers 2 floors and a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment. We are in a lovely complex near to the Cabo Roig beach and marina with 3 swimming pools.
The 3 bedroom has more outdoor living space than you would usually find in an apartment. It covers 2 floors and has 2 bathrooms. It has 3 sun terraces, one is an undercover dining terrace with a brick built in BBQ area. All three terraces attract all day and early evening sunshine. The ground floor apartment has a small sun terrace and parking for 2 cars. Families can book both apartments and enjoy holidaying together but still live totally separately.

BOOKING NOTES AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. Balance required 8 wks before arrival. Refundable security deposit of 150 UK pounds payable for the 3 bedroom and 100 for 2 bedroom apartment, refunded (subject to breakages or damage) within 14 days of departure. Minimum length of stay is 7 nights. No bookings will be taken from groups of youths.
We are flexible on changeover days. Arrival time is after 3pm and departure time is 11am.
A 45 euro cleaning and laundry charge is required by our cleaners on arrival at the apartment.
A taxi service can be provided by our management company - please ask for details at the time of booking.

We stayed in an area we have enjoyed many times & once again we chose a nice apt. that suited our needs...simple in style but with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Even thought of a few things that make a nice touch eg: matching wooden hangers!
Everything worked, nothing broken or worn out!
Apt. Is local to everything & we had a car, which is handy but not necessary. With beaches, shops, bars, restaurants all walking distance.
Would definitely use it again! 😎
Lovely holiday at this apartment with plenty of space. Stunning grounds looks exactly like the photograph. Easy access to all local amenities, walking distance to bars etc on the strip, supermarkets. We also walked to La Zenia shopping centre in 20 minutes. It was a clean and comfortable apartment and well equiped. Owners kept in touch with clear arrival instructions. Would highly recommend.
Plenty of room for me and wife, clean, tidy in good location. Rained two days didn't spoil visit had plenty of bars and restaurants to visit. Had a good dinner / dance at Rianxiara, recommended by owner. Retail therapy in La Xenia Boulevard. Would recommend.
We booked a short winter break in Cabo Roig to get a bit of sun and chill out. We had a lovely week. The apartment was very comfortable and was well equipped. We were near to the beach and had some lovely walks on the beach . The restaurants were near by too. Great value and location. Would book again. Thanks
