Master bedroom has one double bed, fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning/heating. A patio door leads onto the large top floor sun terrace which catches all day sunshine.

2nd bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning/heating.

3rd Bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and electric fans to keep it cool.

Bathroom 1 on the 1st floor comprises sink, new large walk in shower, toilet.

Ground floor has a new wet room with sink and toilet.

Utility Room has a sink, washer, drying area.

Kitchen has a washer, oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, iron all crockery, glasses, pans and a pantry.

Lounge/dining room has a spacious lounge area with 2 sofas, TV with satellite channels including BBC and ITV, DVD player. Large dining table seats 6. Air conditioning/heat.

Outside Covered Dining Terrace, - Table seats 6 with a built in BBQ area + an additional sun terrace that catches all day sun.

We have a luxury 3 bedroom spacious apartment spread over 2 floors with 2 new bathrooms with walk in showers and 3 large sun terraces - all 3 terraces attract all day and evening sunshine. Also there is an adjoining 2 bedroom ground floor apartment situated in an exclusive residential area manned by automatic gates. Parking for 2 cars is by the apartments or further spaces are within 30 mtrs. There are three communal pools within 50mtrs The beach and marina are approx 400mtrs at the end of our street where you can have a glass of wine at the bar overlooking the sea, enjoy some tapas in the restaurant or a morning coffee. There is also a small child's playground on the way to the beach. There are numerous bars and restaurants with nightly entertainment within a 10 minute walk (less than 10 mins if taking the shortcut out the back gate) which allows for a great night out and afterwards you can return to our quiet complex leaving the nightlife and noise from the bars behind. The nearest restaurant away from the strip is just 2 minutes walk at the back of our complex.

The apartments are situated on a corner plot therefore have an abundance of space. The 3 bedroom is a luxury apartment covering two floors with 3 sun terraces and affords all day sun. This luxury apartment is spacious throughout with a large covered outdoor patio area, a marble dining table seating 6 and a built in brick BBQ for alfresco dining. There is also a separate sun terrace by the dining area and a 3rd sun terrace on the 2nd floor - both are south facing and enjoy all day sunshine. Sun beds are provided for the terraces around the house.

The master bedroom opens out onto a south facing top floor sun terrace.

The 2 bedroom apartment is below on the ground floor. It is on one level and opens onto a patio area with table and chairs for alfresco dining.

There are sun beds for guests to use.

There are 3 communal pools, the first pool is within 80 mtrs of both apartment.

Please bring your own beach towels.

A travel cot can be provided.

We decided to buy a property in Spain in 2001 and we purchased one in an Aparthotel on the now famous `strip`. Over the next few years the strip became busier and noisier so we sold up and moved down by the Cabo Roig beach which is still near to the nightlife, shops etc but is much quieter. Our property is on a corner plot and has a 3 bedroom which covers 2 floors and a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment. We are in a lovely complex near to the Cabo Roig beach and marina with 3 swimming pools.

The 3 bedroom has more outdoor living space than you would usually find in an apartment. It covers 2 floors and has 2 bathrooms. It has 3 sun terraces, one is an undercover dining terrace with a brick built in BBQ area. All three terraces attract all day and early evening sunshine. The ground floor apartment has a small sun terrace and parking for 2 cars. Families can book both apartments and enjoy holidaying together but still live totally separately.

I have been meaning to get in touch all week but have been busy in work. We had a wonderful time in your lovely apartments and we loved Capo Roig. The whole family were delighted with the accommodation and location. The weather was great and the children spent most of the day on the beach at Cala Capitan. The apartments were ideal for our large family group and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. Balance required 8 wks before arrival. Refundable security deposit of 150 UK pounds payable for the 3 bedroom and 100 for 2 bedroom apartment, refunded (subject to breakages or damage) 14 days after departure. Minimum length of stay is 7 nights. No bookings will be taken from groups of youths.

We are flexible on changeover days. Arrival time is after 3pm and departure time is 11am.

A cleaning charge of 60 Euros is payable on arrival to our management company

A taxi service can be provided by our management company - please ask for details at the time of booking.

LATE ARRIVALS: If any guests arrive at the property after 10pm there will be a meet and greet charge of 20 Euros payable direct to the meet and greeters.

Notes on accommodation: Linen and towels are included but please bring your own beach/pool towels. We allow 15 Euros of electric for our 3 bed property and 10 Euros for our 2 bed. With careful use this should last up to 14 nights unless the air conditioning is switched on for prolonged periods. Additional Meter cards can be purchased at a cost of 5 and 10 Euros from our onsite manager. Cleaning Charges: There is a 60 Euros charge for the 3 bedroom property payable on arrival to our cleaners. This is a direct payment to them towards the cleaning and laundry.

Myself and my sister rented the two apartments for 6 weeks , her family had the upstairs apartment which was fab . My family had the downstairs which was lovely too . The complex is beautiful and well kept and the pool areas are great , some days it was like having your own private pool. Would highly recommend these apartments but book early as people tend to rebook before they leave for the following year

5 star apartment

The three bedroom apartment is very well equipped with everything you need . The outside space is large and is always in the sun and even in March we found it nice sit out. The two bathrooms are a bonus one on each floor with nice big showers. All the bedrooms are nicely decorated with plenty of storage space and a safe in the double.. The walk to market is only five mins and beach 10 so even though we had a car we didn't need it.

Fantastic location; beautiful apartment

We are just back from a one week stay and we were not disappointed. The apartment was all we needed and more! Fantastic size for a large family. It was very peaceful and quiet and the large balconys had the sun all day. We enjoyed sitting in the upstairs balcony at night watching the sun go down. The pool is just round the corner and is easily located. One thing I would like to point out though is , it has no noise policy between 3 and 5, that itself wasn't a problem for us as we just took a walk down to the beach which is less than a ten minute walk.We have kids 6,10 and 12 so I couldn't possibly keep them quiet hence reason we made other plans within that time. Diane the owner was very helpful and professional at all times and kept constant contact as and when required and made us feel at ease as we were new to the area. The keyholder met us on arrival and everything went smoothly. The bars and restaurants near by are of a high standard and we were never disappointed. The supermarket is also just a short walk away which was a bonus. I would definetly return to this apartment and area. Great holiday all round.

lovely holiday

From the very start, to finish our holiday was fantastic, our arrival was earlier than anticipated - not a problem for our meet and greet as soon as notified. We had a great tour of our area, making us feel at home. As for the apartment itself we found it very spacious, perfect for a family with teenage children, total comfort and immaculately clean with everything available you could need, also everything in good working order, the area itself is just beautiful well kept and peaceful, yet also vibrant once up on the strip where the bars and places to eat are many, you are spoiled for choice, beaches, swimming pools and nightlife were all within walking distance, which we thought wonderful. All in all the holiday was enjoyed immensely by myself and our family we would highly recommend this apartment and will be returning hopefully very soon. Thank you Diane and David.

Great family apartment

The location was excellent and the apartment spotless and comfortable. The choice of three pools meant you had no problems with crowds I really loved the second pool.

The nearest beach and marina is approx 400mtrs away. Two other beaches, Calla Capitan and La Zenia are close by. The beaches are cleaned each day and offers beach bars and water sports in summer. The marina has a restaurant/bar and sun loungers by the sea. Above the beach is a 16th century watchtower where you can have a glass of wine or a meal and look out to sea. Don't miss the cliff top walkways above the beaches which offers exceptional views of the surrounding coastline.

We have 4 tennis courts within a 5 minutes walk with its own large swimming pool, restaurant and play area for the small children - open to the public. An open air cinema is on the same street Cine de Verano open during summer season


Murcia airport is 20 minutes drive away, Alicante airport is 45 minutes drive.

It is not necessary to hire a car as the apartments are very close to all amenities. If you do decide you would like a car,

there are plenty of places to visit. More information is given in booklet form in the apartments.

A taxi can be arranged to meet you at the airport if desired. Murcia is 30 euros each way and Alicante 50 euros each way.


Torrevieja is the nearest town, approximately 10 minutes by car or local bus.

Further Details:

An aqua splash park, Aquopolis, is in Torrevieja and has scary water chutes and slides. There is also an enormous Friday market, full of bargains, and the lovely promenade is well worth a visit. Take the kids to the fun fair, also on the seafront and excellent value.

Alicante, Cartagena and Elche, historic cities in the region, are all worth a visit or why not visit Benidorm which has several theme parks, approximately 1 hour away. A new shopping complex has been built nearby, LaZenia Boulevard, with 100's of shops and restaurants, a stage for free entertainment, childrens amusements, water splash etc - well worth a visit, open every day until late evening.
