Self-catering Spanish villa, just two minutes from the beaches. Private pool, barbecue and alfresco dining area. Ideal for families seeking fun and relaxation. Sporting activities galore, including quite a number of golf facilities 10 mins away. Total plot area is 1158sq.m, with the built up area occupying 143sq.m. The house is made up of large kitchen, large dining room/living room with fireplace, five double bedrooms (one of which has en-suite bathroom), plus one extra bathroom. It also has external toilet shower. There is a drive which fits at least 4 cars. Pool measures 10 x 5m. The remaining area, approx 850sq.m, consists of lawn and mature trees providing shaded areas.

We knew that Roche is a lovely place to stay, but our stay in this villa was a real treat. Everything is on a higher level than we had exrerienced before in other accommodations. A lovely place, a safe and large fenced pool, a very short and pleasant walk to the beach or to the local facilities. Last but not least we experienced a very warm welcome by the owners: a very personal approach made us feel at home. We hope to come back!

Great family holiday villa

We had a fantiastic week in this beautiful villa. It's in a great spot, just a short stroll from a wonderfully quiet beach. Our booking experience was excellent. Lizanne was prompt and helpful with her responses which proved invaluable the day we travelled as we were seriously delayed and had to rearrange our arrival time. The villa is spacious, clean and so well-equipped. The well-kept landscaped garden and large clean pool were wonderful. The outside patio area with the barbecue lends itself to long evenings relaxing over food and drink in the peaceful setting. Roche has a small but well-stocked supermarket for essentials but we found the larger supermarkets in Conil better if you like to self-cater (large fresh fish counter etc). It's a 10/15 minute drive through lovely scenery. There's a good choice of restaurants there too and a large beach. Further afield is Seville which we managed easily as a day trip by using the fast toll roads. Our children really didn't want to leave the villa (neither did we in fact!) and I'm sure we will make a return visit before too long.

Great hosts and fantastic place. Pool and garden are very good for the kids, nothing missing inside either. Just like home - but better.

Really enjoyed the walks buy the beach, highly recommended!

Fantastic, amazing place

The property has everything you need and more. It has its own fenced off pool and it is only 100 meters from a beautiful beach cove. The Villa is also close to a beautiful river and is great for walks. Chiclana and Conil on either side means that there is plenty to do and see too. There is also a tree adventure ground and an aqua park close by .

This part of Spain has not being spoilt by property exploiters. La Costa de la Luz is a beautiful rural part of Spain with some of the best beaches. We love the area because there is so much to do: Quad biking, sailing, surfing, golf, scuba, rambles,walks on the beach, amazing cuisine, shopping, horse riding, tennis, paddle, football etc the list is endless.

Special interest holidays:

Horse riding, quad biking, surfing, sailing, scuba, paint balling, sherry drinking etc...This area of Spain enjoys an excellent year round climate. You can relax on the stunning Costa de la Luz, visiting several of the nearby towns such as: Tarifa 50km away; Cadiz, San Fernando, Puerto de Santa Maria all less than 50km away; Conil 10km; Chiclana 20km. From Cadiz you can take a ferry to North Africa and spend a day in vibrant Tangiers. Novo Sancti Petri is located at the southernmost region in Spain, at the heart of Andalusia, and it will surely capture yours with its traditional wine cellars where its world-wide famous Sherry wine is produced, its flamenco, its thoroughbred fighting bulls and noble dancing horses, its radiant white towns and its breathtaking natural and national parks. Horse riding schools in the area make full use of Santi Petri's beautiful landscape.

Coast/Beach:

5 mins walk to some of the best beaches in Spain. Let yourself be captivated by Andalusia’s coast, where you will find a succession of unspoilt beaches, majestic cliffs, salt marshes teeming with wildlife and a little-known underwater world just waiting to be discovered. You'll find it a veritable paradise for your holidays. With pleasant temperatures no matter what the season, Andalusia's outstanding beaches are a gift to any traveller. Small coves and immense golden-sand beaches. Paradise.

Travel:

Fly to Jerez airport - La Dolche Vita is less than an hours drive from the airport. Gibraltar (BA and Easyjet from Gatwick) is about 70 mins by new motorway. Malaga is about 2 hours 15 mins away, Faro (Portugal) about 2 hours 30 mins.The Cota Donana, the largest wetlands and bird reserve in Spain are located north west of Cadiz.

Distances:

This area of Spain enjoys an excellent year round climate. Further Details:

Roche has a church, mini market, newsagent, chemist and cafe with Wi-Fi. There is also am amazing chiringuito restaurant within walking distance from the villa which hosts one of the best views in the area. Dinner at sunset must be experienced in this place. There is a lovey children's park right next to the shop and cafe. For the fitness fanatics and sports enthusiasts there are fitness trails, circuit training areas, 4 floodlit tennis courts, 4 paddle courts, as well as basketball and football pitches. There is a horse riding centre 5-10 mins drive away in Novo Sancti Petri. Surfboard hire/wet suits can be obtained at the surfer paradise beach at El Palmar just 15 mins away. There is also a church (RC with Sunday morning services). The urbanisation has 24 hour security patrols and has a secure entrance. At Chiclana or Conil there are numerous shops and large supermarkets. Then theres the well known Bahia Sur shopping mall which has a large Carrefour, a Corte Ingles, Mango and many more well known shops. Novo Sancti Petri is only 5 mins away by car and must be explored. It is a new urbanisation with plenty of amazing restaurants. The cultural villages of Vejer, Medina Sidonia and Arocs are near by. Roche urbanisation has its own information website with further information, maps, activities, and weather forecast.
