Why The Owner chose Benalmadena
I'd spent many happy holidays in the area prior to purchasing the apartment. It's easy to get to from Malaga airport which has flights to all parts of the UK and it's in easy reach of the major facilities of the Costa del Sol and south eastern Spain. And the weather is always warm and sunny - so different from south western UK.

this was the second time we have stayed at this apartment. we have stayed at different appartments for the last 6/7 yrs and we have found this one to be perfect for us. 3 spacious bedrooms good sized kitchen and lounge. the pool is a 30 second walk from the apartment. the marina is a 10 min walk. it is also handy for all the amenities . will be using this apartment again soon. thankx for a great stay.
A Gem of an apartment in Belanmadena
This apartment is spacious and great value for money. I have stayed at the apartment before and had a lovely holiday with my family. This time round the apartment was exactly how I remembered it-it is in a fantastic location-the amenities are to hand-and for a self catering stay it is a diamond in the right region . Would highly recommend.
Home from home
My 2nd visit to this apartment. we find it home from home and relaxing. it's spacious and always very clean on arrival. It was nice to see the handyman again who showed us around on arrival. it is comfortable and has everything you need. we loved the fully fitted kitchen. The living room is comfortable with a new flat screen T.V and two big sofas. The swimming pool is spotless and gardens is well kept with beautiful flowers. The apartment is in an ideal location being convenient and need the shops. bars and beach but the apartment is surprisingly peaceful. Good value for money and we would recommend it to all age groups . The apartment is very secure with a grill on the veranda that can be open or closed and locked. The owner has always been helpful and friendly with us and we will return again next year gods willingt

Activity and Interests
Benalmadena beach and Marina is 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
Malaga, the nearest airport is 20 minutes by taxi.
The area is well served by a regular bus & train service so a car is not necessary. However should you require it Car Hire is available at the airport & Los Porches benefits from a secure covered parking area. We can arrange airport transfers if needed.
Malaga town is 30 minutes by train. Puerta Marina. a beautiful marina and beach complex with its abundance of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants is 5 minutes walk. Boat trips and Dolphin safaris start from here.
Tivoli Amusement Park is a short bus or car drive.
Fuengirola which has a weekly market and Sunday flea market is 20 minutes by bus.
Torremolinos is a 30 minute stroll along the front.
Benalmadena is on of the most important resorts on the western Costa del Sol offering a variety of options: firstly the village itself, located in the upper part of the municipality features traditional architecture reflecting its origins, and beautiful panoramic vies; Arroyo de la Miel, where most of the population lives has a wealth of tourist facilities including Paloma Park, home to a diversity of birds & animals, is 10 minutes from the apartment; & Benalmadena Costa where most of the facilities for sun & sand tourism are concentrated - hotels, a casino, golf courses & a beautiful marina complex.
The Coast of Sun has approximately 300 days of sunshine per year. July & August are the hottest months.
The area abounds with markets which normally run from 10a.m. til 3 p.m. although they may start to pack up earlier in the winter. On Wednesdays there is a car boot market at Paloma Park. Flea markets are held on Saturdays at Fuengirola & on Sundays at both Fuengirola & Torremolinos.
For the more energetic as well as golf there are many tennis courts & green bowls lawns. Water sports & horse riding are readily available.

We require a separate cheque for £100 as a refundable key deposit with your booking. This will be refunded after your holiday upon safe return of the keys & with the apartment being left without the need for excessive cleaning or repairs.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required in the form of a separate cheque at the time of booking with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. Deposits can be paid by Debit/Credit cards. The balance can also be paid by card as well.
Changeover day is flexible.
