Villa Zen Vida is a detached spacious villa, located on the front line in the exclusive (non tourist) small town of Palm Mar, now becoming a hot spot for gourmet restaurants, together with friendly bars, 3 supermarkets, a bank, fitness centre and a contemporary beach bar. All within walking distance of the villa. The promenade (1km long) very conveniently situated just outside the front gate, ideal for an early morning jog or a quiet leisurely evening stroll, taking in the lovely sunsets and the gentle breeze of the Atlantic Ocean. The natural unmade beach also features rock pools great for children to explore at low tide. The villa is quietly situated at the end of a no through road, hardly any traffic noise at all. The villa also enjoys beautiful views via an outside staircase to the extensive 100sq mtr roof terrace to the island of “La Gomera” making a fabulous backdrop to the wonderful sunsets.The spacious contemporary villa, has a huge double height ceiling to the kitchen/living area. Bedroom 1 and 2 both have direct access to the terraces and swimming pool beyond. Gardens surround the villa that also meet the large terrace that surrounds the private 8 x 4 meter swimming pool. Very private walled garden with front and back gates.

Groups of young people cannot stay, this also applies to same gender groups.

Lovely villa

Went for a week with some girl friends. The villa is stunning and well equipped. Lazed around so did not bother with a car. Taxis cheap enough when we needed them. Small supermarket just up the road with a larger one still in walking distance. Lovely and hot and villa was as advertised. With definitely go again.

Initial booking deposit of £400 to secure booking & breakages.This is reimbursed after your departure, once an inspection of the villa has been made, and the keys returned as requested. Final payment of the complete rental is paid 55 days before departure. Normally paid into UK bank, but euros can be paid into a Spanish bank.

Changeover Day:
Flexible changeover day. Arrival to the villa will be 4pm departure 10am.
Notes on prices:
An additional £10 per day for pool heating.
Groups of young people cannot stay, this also applies to same gender groups.

Outside: The detached villa is walled all around with lockable front and back gates. Recently planted landscaped garden. Large wide paved terrace with private heated (Oct-April suppliment applies) swimming pool 8 x 4m (for guests use only) poolside shower and sun loungers. Also an aliminium glass topped table with 6 chairs for dining in the sun, plus a covered alfresco dining area with large rattan/teak glass topped table and 8 rattan chairs each with a cream cushion pad. Completing this lovely area is a 40 year old palm tree that doubles up to make a fantastic parasol, an ideal place in the shade to curl up with a good book or just relax to the sound of the sea crashing against the cliffs whilst taking your siesta. Utility Room: The utility/laundry and store is located to the side of the villa with access from the terrace, this is where the washing machine separate tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are to be found. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen and towels plus pool/beach towels included. Cleaning throughout your stay must be pre arranged at an additional charge. Pool and garden maintenance included.
