Three en-suite air-conditioned (plus fans) double bedrooms with option to sleep 8 by utilising sofa-bed and 4th separate bathroom. Secure patio area, overlooking very quiet maintained park area. Satellite TV, internet access and all usual kitchen and household utilities provided. Garage and drive. Large well-maintained gardens.

festival fun for family of 5

Easy to book with owner Tony, great communication from start to finish and the contacts in Holetown Heather and Dave were helpful throughout the holiday regarding transfers, checkout, groceries, additional towels etc. the maid service was incredible, the Villa was spotless.

This was a half term, one week holiday, the Holetown festival was in full swing and there was so much to do. Free concerts, stalls, the place was buzzing. The Villa is a 5 min walk to town and beach and yet so peaceful and quiet. The pool is lovely, bedrooms have excellent air-conditioning and the Villa has soo much space to relax that if you do want a quiet corner to read there are plenty of those. The garden and surrounding area is beautiful and we felt very safe walking at night. The streets are well lit and the Villa itself has plenty of security including a safe. Dave will organise airport transfers and can also arrange car hire.

our only regret is that we didn't book 3 weeks!

A tip would be to take a few provisions because the local supermarket is pricy for basics such as tea, coffee, cereal.....especially if you have teenagers. Holetown full of lovely restaurants in all price ranges and the street food & Just Grillin a cheap family favourite.

A brilliant holiday and we intend to rebook ASAP.

Perfect - in every way!

What a delightful find this villa was - it was perfect for us in every way. The facilities in the villa were spot on, the location couldn't have been better and the 'meet and greet' team who the owner's work with made us feel at home straight away. For sightseeing, a gentle stroll to the beach or just a relax by the pool this holiday was great. The airconditioning in the rooms at night and the verandah area with the open space to feel the outdoor but not the heat was very much welcomed. We also loved the pool. If we had been more than 2 I'm sure we would have eaten in more and BBQd. The villa is in walking distance of some great restaurants - offering such a range of cuisines. Well located for upmarket (designer) shopping and also basic supermarket needs. Would wholly recommend and can't wait to go back again soon! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Superb

A great place to stay, within walking distance to Holetown. The three bed bungalow is well equipped & the new swimming pool only adds to the holiday experience. We used the bbq as much as possible & were very lucky to see the monkeys stroll through the garden on a couple of occasions. I would recommend this bungalow without hesitation.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the location facilites and villa were perfect.The booking process and airport transfers made through the owners was simple and straight forward.Local property managers Heather and Dave were friendly and helpful and always available if required I would not hesitate to recommend a stay in this villa to anyone visiting Barbados I hope to return here in the future.

Villa in Holetown, St. James, Barbados

The last two years have seen us visit this beautiful island staying at this villa in Holetown, St. James. Set in superb surroundings the villa has everything to set you up for enjoying the local amenities with spacious living accommodation, complimented by delightful outside dining facilities and swimming pool. Glorious beaches and numerous shops are within easy walking distance along with as cheap a bus service to anywhere on the island as is possible. A wonderful spot with friendly locals and a super villa to come back to - what more could you wish for.

Great Location

Stayed in this very large villa for 18 days and had a great time.

Location was perfect and only took us a 8 min walk to shops and the beach we used. The new pool was a great unexpected bonus,and would recommend the villa to anyone.

To enjoy the spectacular West Coast of Barbados, with its fantastic beaches, restaurants and night life, while being in a super quiet location, just 3-4 minutes walk from the centre of Holetown and the beautiful Caribbean sea.

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

Super beaches and bars/restaurants within easy 5-minute walk, or 2 minutes by car with spacious parking areas. West-coast Barbados beautiful sunsets and Caribbean Sea with lots of happy hour cocktail options, or quiet beach walks. Plenty of water-sport options for all ages.

Travel:

Grantley Adams Airport, Bridgetown approx 30-40 minutes drive from villa. Local buses or taxi options. Island-covering low-cost bus routes stopping within 300m of villa.

Distances:

300m to nearest shops, petrol station, banks, bus services, taxi ranks and major supermarket. 400m to main Holetown bars/restaurants and beaches. 30 minutes to Bridgetown city centre.

Booking Notes:
Please contact by email as above. Email/written confirmation by both parties with a deposit of 25% of the rental fee secures the booking. Deposits are refundable if cancelled in writing not less than 4 months prior to guest's arrival date. The balance of the rental fee is payable 6 weeks before the guest's arrival date, or at the time of booking if within that period. A refundable damages deposit may be requested at the time of booking. Payment by cheque or bank transfer only. No credit cards.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days are flexible. Arrival 2pm or later, departure not later than 11am unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per night in UK pounds, with £90 per night fully inclusive of utilities/maid service being the price for up to 1-4 people, and £110 per night fully inclusive of utilities/maid service for up to 5-8 people, both rates being for periods from April 15th to December 15th inclusive. Rates for the period from Dec. 15th to April 15th (high-season) are higher at £ 120 - £140 per night for similar size parties. Discounts on longer lets are negotiable.

Extended our villa within past 6 years to include new super-size ensuite Master Bedroom and a new large lounge. The property is within very short and easy walking distance to all West Coast commercial points of interest, including the sea and beaches, while enjoying the privacy of a quiet end cul-de-sac location overlooking the tranquil Crater Park from the covered patio and garden areas.
