First Class Apartment!

We had a lovely holiday in this apartment. Pedro (the owner) was there to meet us, show us the apartment and hand over the keys. He was also happy for us to text or email him at any time if we had any problems. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and very comfortably furnished. As it is located on the top floor of the building, the views are absolutely stunning! Yes, you do have a magnificent view of the ocean from the lounge, bedroom and bathroom! There is access directly to the beach, although the steps from ground floor to the beach are quite steep. We had rain and mist for our first 3 days, but it was not really a problem as we had the tv, dvd player, games and plenty of books available in the apartment to keep us entertained! When the weather improved, it was very hot. The beauty of being on the top floor was being able to have all the windows and doors open all night without worrying about security! Not that security was an issue as Sesimbra is a very safe place in general. It is about a 10 min walk to shops, restaurants, tourist info, taxi rank and bus station. Public transport is very cheap and punctual. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a peaceful and relaxing holiday, in very comfortable accommodation, directly on the beach with the most stunning views.

No, neve again.

No, never again. The photos do not reflect the real condition of the apartment. Furniture broken, toilet seat wobbles when in use, there was still bird droppings in the cracks on the dining table, the kitchen dirty, the boiling water calcified and germinated. We left after an unavoidable overnight stay. For € 113 a night an outrage. How can you offer something like this to paying guests. Hopefully the apartment will be removed from the listing portal.

Great view, appartment needs upgrade

The view and location are wunderfull. So close to the beach and nice village. We suggest some upgrades; a better bed, a shower that works and some other general maintenance. Then is will be worth the price again.

Enmalige Lage - mit den Möwen über dem Strand

Die Lage ist wirklich einmalig. Man überblickt den ganzen Ort und die Bucht von Sesimbra aus den beiden Zimmern. Bei einigen Wetterlage, die wir elebt haben, schwebt man wörtlich über den Wolken. Der Vermieter ist außerordentlich engegenkommend und nett. Eine überaus empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Stunning view

The best impressions only. Nice meeting and check-in. We've had all necessary information during all our stay. Apartment are very convenient, there is everything you need for a good stay. Amazing view, magnificent sunrises and sunsets, unforgettable sound of ocean. Best balcony and view in Sesimbra. You cannot wish more... So, it was like fairytale. I envy everyone who will be so lucky enough to book there. The desire to return is the best valuation for every traveller.

I work in a bank, so I am always dealing! I love being on deals. Joint together are the words that means "serving for leadership". Also I have a little baby boy at home, born in 2008. Green eyes as father (me) and blond hair as mother (my lovely wife). On weekend I swim in the sea with my father, both taking big waves. This is a ritual and I love to have just 24 years difference from my father and 20 from my mum. So I am living this live with them both together. Sometimes I'm with my little sister because she also loves big waves. I appreciate moto, gastronomy, theatres and music, history and traveling, and blue water. Holiday Properties over the sea were bought to our personal (family) access to the ocean. Without the goal of business, we had started to rent some periods in order to give You the same pleasure ... that We (family) can find every time during weekends properties that are almost inside the ocean ... I just want to give You, serving You this option with the same pleasure that I can find When I am taking the breakfast on weekends watching the magnificent blue ocean and taking the direct waves in the same minute. Every property is inserted just on right the point (on the sand of the beach) and we had made every property decoration very comfortable and vanguardist.
