There are two apartments in this lovely Victorian Villa. This conservation area of Bath , Oldfield Park, is quiet, residential and has amazing views over Bath. It is just a 10 minute walk from the city centre and Bath Spa train station. One apartment sleeps 2 people and the other sleeps up to 5 people. There is off street parking for both apartments free of charge.
The smaller apartment, Bath View Two, is in the lower ground floor of the property. It is beautifully designed with all modern conveniences required for a holiday stay. All fully equipped to a very high standard with high quality fixtures and fittings. There is a king size bedroom, a walk in wet room with large shower. There is an open plan lounge, kitchen and breakfast bar. Three windows give lots of light into the apartment. This is perfect for one or two people - and there is room for a cot if a baby or toddler is in tow!
The larger apartment, Bath View Four , is to be found on the 3rd floor of this building, accessed by a beautiful stone staircase. It has amazing views over the whole city of Bath. This apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed, the second bedroom has 3 single beds. There is a modern bathroom with shower over bath, and WC and basin. There is a second shower room with basin and WC. The large lounge has great lighting and wall mounted modern fireplace and comfortable seating for 6 people. The kitchen is bright and modern with table and chairs for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences.
This property is not suitable for very young children, although babies are accepted. Dogs not accepted.

Please note that we will accept a 2 night stay over a weekend - this can only be Friday & Saturday. The total price is £440 throughout the year. We will also offer special rates for 4 ,5 and 6 nights.
Mid-week and Bank holiday weekends require a minimum of 3 nights stay. Easter Weekend requires a minimum of 4 night stay.
As a deposit we require 50% of the total amount due. This deposit is non-refundable unless the property can be resold. The final balance is due 4 weeks before arrival.Payment accepted by credit, debit card,or bank transfer. 2% charge for credit cards. American Express not accepted. Cheques not accepted. Confirmation details sent on receipt of initial deposit.

“The location of Bath View Apartments is excellent. It is only 10 minutes walk downhill to the centre of Bath and Bath Spa Station. Also near by is a small shopping area providing everything you need for your stay. The onsite parking is a real bonus in Bath. Infact you do not need to use the car at all during your stay unless you venture out of Bath. The surrounding area has a huge amount to offer from the Cotswolds to Bristol to South Wales. Bath is an excellent base to explore the South West.”

- Notes on accommodation: Bath View 4/5 is located on the 3rd floor of a Victorian Villa accessed by Bath stone steps. There is an internal staircase leading to a central landing from which all rooms open on to. The apartment is not suitable for under 5s unless immobile. Heating is with night storage heaters and additional electric heaters and under floor heating in the bathrooms. Bath View 2 is accessed by 4 steps at the front of the building leading to the basement of the property. 3 good size windows give the apartment plenty of light and a view of the garden. Free wifi broadband internet can be accessed in both units. One free parking space per unit. Linen and towels are provided. Linen changed on a weekly basis. A welcome pack of tea,coffee,sugar, dishwasher tablets,oil provided. A breakfast pack can be provided for an extra charge. Please ask for details. Outside: One parking place per unit is provided in the driveway of the property. Additional parking is available with a residents permit on the road outside the property. Owners can supply this at a charge of £5.00 per day except Sundays and Bank Holidays which are free.
