The Villa is a tranquil rural hideaway yet only an 8 minute drive from the nearest bar/restaurant "Antonio's" who with his Family will welcome you personally and look after you during your every visit.

Malaga airport and the "Costa del Sol " is only a 40 minute drive away.

"Casa del la Buena Vista" is registered with the Andalucian Authorities as a "Vivienda Rural" which means it is maintained to a very high standard and checked regularly.

The Villa is ideal for a getaway from it all break and is an ideal base for walkers and climbers being close to the unique 'El Torcal' mountain and the 'El Chorro' gorge featuring the unique "Caminito del Rey" which is a spectacular cliffside walk and is one of Spain's top Tourist attractions.

Not to mention the beautiful blue lakes of the Ardales district, where you can spend the day swimming from the side of your hired boat while enjoying the Spanish sun before relaxing with a Sangria and Tapas at one of the lakeside restaurants.

"Casa del la Buena Vista" is perfectly positioned to take in all the typical Andalusian flavour of the fiesta season (July/August) being very close to 3 small villages each putting on fantastic typical Flamenco or Verdiales dances throughout the night.

The villa is only 30 minutes away from Antequera a very typical and beautiful Spanish town, Antequera is famous not only for it's week long fiesta but also for it's unique July Blues festival featuring some of the biggest blues names in the world.

After enjoying all the local attractions coming home to your Lovely Pool with walk in Roman Steps and shady poolside Bar / Lounge is the perfect way to relax.

"Casa de la Buena Vista" was my home from 2007 until 2011 , however business required I move back to the Uk hence the Villa being now available for rent,

I now maintain the Villa on my frequent trips to Spain and make sure it is prepared correctly for the Holiday Guests.

The Villa is registered as a "Viviende Rural" with the Junta de Andalucia which means that the very high standards required by the Andalucian authorities are rigorously maintained and checked.

I purchased this property mainly because of it's spectacular position and beautiful views of "El Torcal" mountain and the surrounding countryside, I then spent 2 years refurbishing the Villa and installing a lovely swimming pool on the rear Terrace.

My Husband and I stayed at "Casa de la Buena Vista" in June 2016, the views were spectacular and the hilltop position gave the Villa a lovely feel, we enjoyed the local Restaurant and were always made to feel very welcome by Antonio the owner.

For us the Villa was paradise no noise, just lovely weather and a refreshing pool to cool off in whilst enjoying the views.



Malcolm the owner was extremely helpful and supplied our shopping in advance of our arrival. Everything was perfect , can't wait to go again.,

Stunning views together with peace and quiet

Just spent a week at this lovely villa. It's quite a rural location so fantastic if you want to get away from the rat race and avoid the typical commercial areas of the costa, lots of peace and quiet, fantastic views and scenery. It's at the heart of real Spanish culture ( not a McDonalds in sight!), there's a lovely restaurant ( antonios) about a 15 minute drive, very welcoming and fantastic food. The pool area at the villa was lovely and the outside shaded areas and bar area were super comfortable. I had my 2 teenage boys with me and wasn't sure if there was enough for them to do but between the pool, cable tv, Wi-Fi, walking and exploring there was plenty! Malcolm the owner could not have been more accomodating and the welcome pack was much appreciated, we'll definitely be back!

stunning and peaceful

we had an amazing week in this beautiful villa, malcolm met us personally and showed us around. the villa had everything we needed was very clean and tidy. the area is stunning and so peaceful in easy reach of lots of interesting places such as Antequera and the Ardales. A Very Special Place

We spent an idyllic week in this lovely villa. Set on top of a hill side the villa must have the best views in Spain. The outside space is fantastic: great pool; a bar area; complete privacy and numerous areas to relax.

Inside the villa is well equipped with satellite tv, aircon and wifi. The owner, Malcolm, left the best welcome pack we have ever had.

A magical place, we will be back
