We welcome you to our recently redecorated luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ground floor apartment (sleeps 4) set in the prestigious Royal Seacrest complex.

The spacious ground floor apartment has two large bedrooms, one double en suite, one twin and a main bathroom. It has a fully equipped modern kitchen, comfortable open-plan dining and sitting area with recently installed Wi-Fi and internet TV, giving access to major UK and international channels and the latest films, for your enjoyment. There are also large outdoor patio areas to the front, side and rear for alfresco dining and sunbathing.

The apartment faces landscaped gardens with easy access to the recently refurbished pool just a few metres in front. It is fully air conditioned throughout with additional ceiling fans and offers high quality oak furnishings with orthapaedic beds to ensure you have a comfortable stay.

The apartment was completed in 2009 and has been maintained to an excellent standard. It is an attractive, modern, secure gated complex with large, lagoon-style swimming pools, Jacuzzi and children’s pool. Superbly located between the harbour, beach and old town.

I live in Hampshire, England with my husband, daughter and our 10 year old cocker spaniel. We both work but spend many of our holidays at our lovely apartment in Paphos. I can't stop adding final touches and keep finding any excuse to go! Royal Seacrest is a fabulous 5 *complex and we have made many friends there. It really feels like home and we have fallen in love with this beautiful island and all that it has to offer. We hope that all our visitors will enjoy it as much as we do. We have provided everything you will need for a perfect holiday and feel privileged to have such a luxurious apartment to share with our guests. We just can't wait to get back!

We had a wonderful holiday! We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. The apartment was 5 star luxury, immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, the beds were so comfy, everything was perfect. The taxi you booked was there to meet us and we paid him to come back which was very convenient for us. Thank you for that.

The whole complex was wonderful, the pool was great for the kids (they were never out of it)! I would also like to say how helpful and kind you have been. Amazing holidays

I just want to tell big thanks to the owners for so nice and confortable stay. We didn't find nothing we want to be better. Apartment is just like your home. You will find everything you need. Sea is just 5min walk,shops,bars,supermarkets,places for walking,running also around apartment. Pool allways clean and lots of sunbeds at any time of the day. Reccomend 100%.

We love Paphos because of the fantastic facilities in the area. There really is something for everyone here, with beautiful weather, clean beaches, ancient historical sights and a great choice of bars and restaurants. The area is easily accessible with Paphos airport less than 20 mins drive away. It is very easy to travel around.

Nearest Airport : Paphos International at 12 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Many on Tomb of the Kings Road at 0.2 Kilometres Nearest Ferry : Limassol at 60 Kilometres Nearest Golf : Minthis Hills Golf Club at 10 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Many on Tomb of the Kings Road at 0.2 Kilometres Nearest Ski : Troodos Mountains at 40 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Faros Beach at 0.7 Kilometres Car: not necessary


The nearest blue flag beach is less than 600m away. You can take a leisurely walk to The Old Harbour along the coastal path which will take you around 20 mins. Alternatively if all that sunbathing has tired you out, you can take the bus, which picks up on the main road and takes only 5 mins to get you there.


Fly direct to Paphos Airport (PFO) - The apartment is only 15-20 minutes drive (12km). You can also fly into Larnaca Airport, which is approx 1.5 hours from Paphos (mostly motorway).

Local buses run regularly between the airport and the town or there are always local taxis available.

Car hire is definitely not essential but will give you the freedom to explore and do your own airport transfer. Driving in Cyprus is on the left hand side of the road and signs are in English!

Further Details:

Paphos has the warmest climate in the EU with over 340 days of sunshine. You will never be short of things to do! There's the Aphrodite Water Park, with its rides, lazy river and the biggest family rafting ride in Europe. The park is easily accessible via a regular bus service. You can also find go-kart parks, bowling alleys and crazy golf. Definitely worth a try are the quad bike safaris, fun for all the family, especially for those children who can drive their own quad.

There are an abundance of trips to enjoy in the area, one of the most popular is the Jeep safari to the Akamas National Park to see the protected Greenback turtles laying their eggs. Many of the parks and trip organisers provide buses which pick up from the Tomb of the Kings road, so access is easy and a car is not necessary:




There are water sports to suit everyone, such as paragliding, windsurfing and jet skis. There are also various scuba diving schools, one of which is located on the Tomb of the Kings road.

From the harbour you can take a wide variety of boat trips, including the popular glass-bottomed boat, fishing trips and you can even hire your own power boat. There are also fantastic day and night mini cruises to enjoy. If you would like to go further afield you could also cruise over to Egypt and the Holy Land.

If you would like to explore Cyprus further there are excellent hiking and cycling trails, wine tasting at the many vinyards, art galleries, monasteries, Greek temples and historic churches to visit.

The apartment is well situated opposite the Tombs of the Kings world heritage site, well known for its impressive underground tombs dating back to the 4th century BC. There are also ancient mosaics and ruins within easy reach.

From the Owner

Our apartment offers us a real home from home experience, with the added benefit of year round sunshine! We've furnished it to an high standard, with leather sofas and oak tables, giving that all important luxury feel for our holidays. We chose the end apartment because it has a lovely view of the landscaped gardens, whilst only being a few steps from the pool, giving us the best of both worlds. We also liked the fact that it has two bathrooms, which means we never have to fight with our daughter to get in there! Being so close to the sea and an easy walk from the centre of Paphos is the icing on the cake. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

This is a professionally managed apartment with friendly English speaking staff providing 24 hour on-call service. A comprehensive guest information pack is available. Please note that the apartment is strictly non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Air-conditioning usage is included in the rental price and maid service can be arranged during your stay at an extra cost. If you have small children, equipment hire is also available. Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged for approx 35 euros each way. Outside: We anticipate that most guests will want to dine alfresco most of the time, so we have provided luxury outdoor dining furniture to accommodate up to 6 people. There are 2 private sun loungers to take maximum advantage of all day sunshine from 3 sides of our terrace/garden! There are ample communal sun loungers around the pool area just a few metres away.
