Marbella Beach house is situated in Costabella, a mature area consisting mainly of residential villas. It is located beach side of El Rosario and 4km east of Marbella town. It is within walking distance of local supermarkets, restaurants, bars and tennis club. The house has a roof terrace with breathtaking 360 degree views of mountains and the sea. Gibraltar and and the North African coast are visible when there is no heat haze. The property will sleep 7 people. There are two double bedrooms, and one twin bedroom with house bathroom. Main bedroom has en-suite, balcony with sea views. There is a spacious open plan lounge and dining area leading out to the terrace area. The kitchen is fitted with utility area off. There is also a guest cloakroom/wc from the hallway.

About the Owner

We have owned this house since 2007 and really enjoy our holidays there. We have 3 children and find the area to be safe and extremely friendly. We generally hire a car from the airport as there is so much to see and do both locally and further afield.

However everything you would need is within walking distance .

I have just returned from a short break here and would recommend it highly. The accommodation is more typical spanish and was immaculate. The pool itself is fenced off so really safe for the kids and the beach is literally a 2 minute walk. We ate fabulous tapas in Poco on the Beach and there are lots of other good restaurants within walking distance and much more reasonable than Marbella or Puerto Banus. The weather wasn't great but still warm and sunny enough to enjoy an evening drink on the balcony with beautiful views over the beach. We hired a car but really only used it to go to the large shopping centre - other than that we walked locally. Really relaxing break and we will be back when the weather is better.

It's not the first time I've stayed in this Villa. Have done it previously 4 times.

It's very comfortable, anything you need is there. Nice swimming pool, the beach is just 5 minutes walk.

Very nice and comfortable house for our family

We had a very nice time in your house. We liked the Christmas decoration

and enjoyed your wine from Ronda region.

The layout of the town house was excellent for our family, with the kitchen

well equipped as we like to prepare our own dinners. Good parking place for our car. The food markets were located in the neighborhood.

We had several nice walks on the beach to Marbella and visited some very

interesting places in the region, such as Ronda and

the Picasso museum in Malaga. We enjoy walking and found som good places in the near by Mountains. We can warmly recommend your property in the

nice and quiet area and still closed to the beach.

We have just returned from a fabulous 10 day break. If you want walking distance to beach and restaurants plus great views of the sea this is the place for you. The town house has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Would defiantly recommend and hope to visit again soon ..Thanks

Excellent Property to rent

We have recently returned from this property and the condition of the house, the way it is equipped and the location of the house is excellent. The house was very well kitted out and everything was in very good condition. The location of the house is two minutes walk from the beach and two very good restaurants are within 5 minutes walk. Overall we were delighted with the property.

The house is refurbished so it feels like home - We take on board all guest comments and act on them immediately with the help of Tanya who looks after the property for us.

Activity and Interests


The house is situated 130 meters from one of the best sandy beaches in Marbella. The famous Nikki beach is approx 40 mins walk to the west and Marbella approx 50 mins walk via the beach. Much closer to hand, just less than 5 minutes walk are 2 excellent beach restaurants where you can hire comfortable beds and enjoy good food.


The house is approx 40 mins from Malaga airport. Car hire is best booked in advance from the airport or taxi can be taken. Car hire is not absolutely neccessary as there are a vast array of very good bars and restaurants within easy walking however it can be nice to have a car for exporing the wide variety of things to do in the nearby area.


Marbella town is 4km away and is great for shopping, sightseeing and wonderful restaurants. Marbella Golden Mile is a must with fabulous restaurants to choose from. The famous Port of Puerto Banus is 10 to 15 minute drive and a great place to spot famous faces and shop.

Further Details:

La Canada is approx 2-3kms from the house and offers designer and cut price shopping with a huge range of eateries to choose from. There are wonderful picturesque villages to visit like Mijas, Rhonda, Mondo and Coin all around 30-all year by Spanish.

The pool has been upgraded in 2012 so that a lifeguard is not needed and therefore more freedom of use for all guests and the pool will be open for all of peak season from here on.
