Aldea Blanca (The White Village) Enjoys a perfect location in an exclusive area of Nueva Andalucia The quite but central location set in beautiful mature sub-tropical gardens with choice of four swimming pools in an Andalusian style complex. Covered dining terrace plus separate sun terrace. Well equipped apartment with baby cot and high chair available. Lifeguard a main pools in high season Always quiet at night even in the high season with Private car park 24 hour security. About the Owner

My wife and I have owned our apartment at Aldea Blanca since 2001. We fell in love with the complex after looking at many other apartments. Not only because of it's position beautiful sub-tropical gardens and pools but because its a well run and established community. With some owners living here on a full time basis. Easy excess to all amenities and beaches. Since retiring from business we divide our time between our home in Yorkshire and Nueva Andalucia.

We were surprised by location and atmosphere of the apartment. Well maintained sub-tropical gardens. Easy local shopping for groceries. Beautiful beach under 3km. VV, Netherlands.

We had a smashing holiday at Aldea Blanca/Apartment was spotless and fresh decor. It felt like home. Web photos don't do it justice. We used both patios at different times of day. We will be back. RH, Belfast NI.

The apartment has two really nice patios. We had dinner and sat out until 11.00 at night. Even had toys for our kids. Pools and gardens are fantastic. SP, The Wirral.

Perfect place to relax

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Terry (owner) communicated very well with us. Prior to our arrival Terry emailed detailed information relating to the apartment and surrounding area. On arrival at the apartment no issues collecting keys. We found the apartment spotlessly clean. Welcome pack was left for us at no extra charge, which consisted of bead, milk, water, tea, coffee etc. We were delighted with this as we didn't need to go to the supermarket immediately. Short walk from the apartment brings you to a small supermarket, restaurant and tapas bar. In the opposite direction, another sort walk, you will find a variation of restaurants and bars. Saturday market is a 'must' which is about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. We found the apartment very clean and comfortable with beautiful gardens and pool areas. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to potential holiday makers.

Really friendly letter who goes the extra mile

We arrived at the apartment with the intention of dumping the cases, and heading straight out to fill the fridge and to get food for the kids... We entered the kitchen and found bread, butter, crisps, ice lollies, cava, wine and larger among other things... This meant, we could feed the kids and have a relaxing drink before tackling the cases and leave the shop till the day after.

The resort is just beautiful with a choice of bearby pools and very helpful neighbours and staff.

The location is fab too... Just a 15 minute walk into Puerto banus and near a lot of shops and restaurants.

We will definitely be back in the future...

Our holiday stay

Yet another fantastic stay at the apartment. Weather was again exceptional which always helps, however the apartment and location are excellent.

The facitlies within the apartment are ideal for any family member, whilst english tv and wifi isnt an essential for some have teenagers it's a must and helps for a more relaxed adult holiday.

Within walking distance of the busy port the location means you are close enough to enjoy the nightlife but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet the area gives.

The pools are always clean and considerably quiet.

Looking forward to our 2017 holiday!!

Perfect for our needs

The property was in a great location and very quiet. There are restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. The walk to the port was slightly further than we thought it would be and was along some busy roads. Probably around 30 mins walk.

Facilities in the apartment were excellent although I cannot comment on the TV as we didn't feel the need to switch it on!

There were two bathrooms both with bath, shower and twin sinks. Our only minor gripe was that the hot water was only times to comes on for a couple of hours in the morning and evening and with four of us wanting showers the last one in was sometimes rinsing in cold water.

The outside area was a real treat and it was lovely to eat outside.

The owners were extremely thoughtful and left us a welcome tray with basic food essentials (bread, milk, butter etc) and several bottles of wine. Very much appreciated after flight delays!

We wouldn't hesitate booking this apartment again.

Think you may have missed notes on information pack on back way into Puerto Banus via tunnel in Casino Grounds which brings you our on West side of the Port by the Beach Club and boardwalk into the Port. Hope you will come back again and try this way which avoids all traffic You can relax on the beach see Gibraltar and on a clear day the North African Coast. Kind regards to you all Terry & Sheena

Fabulous apartment and great location

The apartment is spacious and well furnished and equipped. The pool is lovely and a 10 minute walk gets yo to the heart of Puerto Banus.

Good local restaurants and bars.

Terry provides hugely detailed information and assistance and has been a pleasure to deal with.

I would highly recommend Aldea Blanca to anyone.

Fantastic Apartment

Fantastic apartment in a great location. The weather could have been better but it was made better by having a great place to stay. Just a short walk to bars and restaurants or a 10 minute walk into Puerto Banus. There was an array of food and drink left in the apartment for us which was most welcomed as we arrived quite late. The pool areas and gardens were lovely. The owner called to see us whilst we were there to check everything was ok which was a lovely thing to do. The apartment was really well equipped a real home from home.

After a lot of research we decided to purchase our apartment because of position to Puerto Banus and the coast.Knowing that the community at Aldea Blanca is well run with many residents live there on a permanent basis.Superb local facilities with everything in easy walking distance.

Puerto Banus and its beaches are about a 10 minute walk away. For a good coast walk try the walk to Marbella from Puerto Banus along the beach and promenade -lots of pit stops or simply catch the ferry from Puerto Banus into Marbella. San Pedro Beach and promenade are always well worth a visit with easy free parking and lots of cafes.


Malaga Airport 28 miles via toll road - 45 minute drive. Gibraltar Airport 36 miles via toll road. Car hire from Gibraltar and Malaga airports. Marbella bus from airport €3.50 each way to Marbella bus station then change to Estepona bus getting off at Casino and walking up hill to Aldea Blanca.

Puerto Banus 10 minute walk away. Marbella town centre and beaches/promenade /Old Town about 10 minute drive away. Gibraltar allow 90 minutes via toll road. If you require to take your car over border then allow up to 45 minutes to cross, or simply leave car on La Linea and walk across. Bus into town via Morrisons from Gib side of border Remember to take your Passport!

Further Details:

Central Plaza 2/3 minute walk away hosts a good range of cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarket along with a bank and cash machine. Opencor supermarket is situated on the road from the security entrance by the large swimming pool open 365 days a year from 0800 to 0230. Good in house bakery, newsagent and cash machine in English as well as Spanish.
