About Terry Hannam

My wife and I have owned our apartment at Aldea Blanca since 2001. We fell in love with the complex after looking at many other apartments. Not only because of it's position beautiful sub-tropical gardens and pools but because its a well run and established community. With some owners living here on a full time basis. Easy excess to all amenities and beaches. Since retiring from business we divide our time between our home in Yorkshire and Nueva Andalucia.

After a lot of research we decided to purchase our apartment because of position to Puerto Banus and the coast.Knowing that the community at Aldea Blanca is well run with many residents live there on a permanent basis.Superb local facilities with everything in easy walking distance.

What makes this apartment unique

Convenience to shops restaurants banks. Superb gardens, choice of four swimming pools. Easy walk into to Puerto Banus but always quiet at night even in the high season. 24 hour security easy parking. Small private garden covered dinning terrace with table and seating for six persons. Community WIFI.

We had a smashing holiday at Aldea Blanca/Apartment was spotless and fresh decor. It felt like home. Web photos don't do it justice. We used both patios at different times of day. We will be back. RH, Belfast NI.

The apartment has two really nice patios. We had dinner and sat out until 11.00 at night. Even had toys for our kids. Pools and gardens are fantastic. SP, The Wirral.

Small swimming pool just four apartments away. Large pool down steps in sub-tropical gardens. Lifeguard on duty during main Summer months. Utility Room: Contains hot water system (Electric), clothes dryer, brushes and cleaning products etc. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linens and apartment towels included. Changed weekly for guests staying more than one week. Apartment cleaned prior and after use. Extra cleaning available on request and at extra cost. Other: Community WIFI Printers etc .(Private room available if required in Community Office.)

Unfortunately for us we were all poorly, but the apartment was superb with an exceptional welcome pack.

Thank goodness it was such a lovely environment ,as we weren’t able to go out and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

We would definitely recommend Terry’s villa and hopefully return under better circumstances.

Beautiful, well maintained complex. Great location, no need for a car. Excellent welcome pack.

Lovely complex with beautifully landscaped gardens. Very peaceful when we visited in April. Security gates and security guard on vehicle entrance so felt very safe. Helpful concierge, Alex who organised taxi to and from the airport for us. Fantastic location only 10 mins walk down the hill to Peurto Banus and the beach. We found some great local restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk of the apartment and a couple of supermarkets also within walking distance. There was everything that we needed for a comfortable stay and apartment was very clean. Great to have the two bathrooms with double basins in each. There are steps to access pool area and street which was not a problem for us but worth knowing if you have very young children or have difficulty walking. We used the beach more than the pool area due to having a lively 10 year old who enjoys kicking a ball around and splashing about on inflatables, neither of which are permitted in the pool area. However there is no shortage of pools with several dotted around the complex including shallower areas for toddlers, 2 jacuzzis and a fantastic central pool area with plenty of space for loungers. We would definitely use this apartment again and found Terry extremely helpful and easy to deal with.

Lovely apartment and beautiful well kept gardens.

We had a lovely weeks holiday, apartment had every thing you could need. Welcome pack was excellent and much appreciated, especially as we arrived very late at night. Very peaceful and quiet sat on the patio having breakfast, also a very nice pool area.

Fantastic apartment in beautiful grounds

Fantastic apartment, clean and very well equipped, a home from home. We arrived to find an amazing welcome pack to get our holiday off to a great start, wine, bread, milk, fruit, yogurts, cheese, water to name just some of it.

The grounds are very well looked after and just beautiful for a relaxing holiday.

The pools are great too with well kept surrounding gardens. Nice to have a choice of pools too.

A lovely walk into Puerto Banus using the route via the underpass described in the information pack.

All in all a great place to stay for a relaxing holiday.

Puerto Banus and its beaches are about a 10 minute walk away. For a good coast walk try the walk to Marbella from Puerto Banus along the beach and promenade -lots of pit stops or simply catch the ferry from Puerto Banus into Marbella. San Pedro Beach and promenade are always well worth a visit with easy free parking and lots of cafes.


Malaga Airport 28 miles via toll road - 45 minute drive. Gibraltar Airport 36 miles via toll road. Car hire from Gibraltar and Malaga airports. Marbella bus from airport €3.50 each way to Marbella bus station then change to Estepona bus getting off at Casino and walking up hill to Aldea Blanca.

Or Taxi from Marbela Bus station.

Puerto Banus 10 minute walk away. Marbella town centre and beaches/promenade /Old Town about 10 minute drive away. Gibraltar allow 90 minutes via toll road. If you require to take your car over border then allow up to 45 minutes to cross, or simply leave car on La Linea and walk across. Bus into town via Morrisons from Gib side of border Remember to take your Passport!

Further Details:

Central Plaza 2/3 minute walk away hosts a good range of cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarket along with a bank and cash machine. Opencor supermarket is situated on the road from the security entrance by the large swimming pool open 365 days a year from 0800 to 0230. Good in house bakery, newsagent and cash machine in English as well as Spanish.
