Waterfront villa in Seget Vranjica, Trogir, Croatia - Villa Directly by the Peaceful Beach

The house is in the peaceful small village Seget Vranjica. Seget Vranjica is 4km from old historical city of Trogir. The house is first to the sea with nothing but a garden and the sea in front of it and 4 parking spaces behind it. The traditional Dalmatian garden features stone fireplace/barbecue with a large stone table and many Mediterranean plants. The view from every point within the garden is astonishing. The garden is connected (synergized) with the ground floor apartment with a large sliding glass doors. The upper floor apartment may be used independently of the ground floor apartment or the garden. It has a separate entrance and approach to the beach. The terrace on the upper floor apartment overlooks the islands and a sea in a wide span and that view is one of the best features of the house. The house is fully renovated and decorated in a combination of modern and traditional styles.

The advantage of the position is it's closeness to the airport, access to the sea and numerous sightseeing locations like national parks (Krka, Kornati, Plitvice, Paklenica), historical towns (Trogir, Split, Hvar, Sibenik, Zadar etc.) and yacht harbors where various sea faring arrangements could be made.

In the village of Seget Vranjica there are several restaurant that offer fresh local and international menues.

Tolles Haus an wunderbarem Ort

Wir haben dieses hübsche und saubere Haus im August mit zwei Familien bewohnt. Uns gefiel die unkomplizierte und doch auch persönliche Einrichtung. Alles war vorhanden was man so an dringend benötigten Kleinigkeiten in manch anderen Ferienhäusern immer wieder neu kaufen muss (obwohl doch sicher die Vorgänger noch Reste übrig gelassen haben musste?!): Zucker für den ersten Kaffee aus der vorhandenen italienischen Herd-Expressomaschine, Basic Gewürze, natürlich Toilettenpapier, Spülmaschinentaps, Kerzen, Tischdecken… und ein unverbaubarer wunderbarer Blick über die hauseigene Dattelpalme auf die Adria. Und das alles wenige Schritte vom Felsenbadestrand entfernt, mit ausreichend vielen Liegeflächen und immer einer sehr entspannten Atmosphäre unter den einheimischen und zugereisten Badegästen – einfach super! Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass man überall am Stand laufen kann, da es keine privaten Standabschnitte gibt. Die Hausbesitzer Mico und seine Frau haben wir als sehr entspannte und verantwortungsvolle Gastgeber kennengelernt, jede unsere Fragen wurde innerhalb einer Stunde auf kürzestem Weg beantwortet, die „dos and don´ts“ (über die üblichen Touristenangebote hinaus) der beiden waren äußerst hilfreich. Der Ort Seget ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt um sowohl die Attraktionen im Landesinneren als auch die Inselwelten und wunderbaren (auch einsame) Badebuchten zu erkunden. Ein kleiner Supermarkt mit sonntäglicher Öffnungszeit ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Verschiedenste Ausflüge (Rafting, Inselfahrten, Nationalparks) sowie Wassersport (Bootsvermietung, Jet Ski) konnten wir direkt vor Ort am Stand buchen. Außerdem gibt es ein Fährboot nach Trogir.

Wir haben dieses Haus bereits an gute Freunde weiterempfohlen!

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE WITH SUPERB VIEW

WE CAN GO TO TROGIR WITH THE SHUTTLE BOAT IN 20 MINUTES.

Great stay at the Adriatic Sea

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in this nice and comfortable house located right at the sea, just a few kilometers from Trogir; we as a family with a small child and with grandparents found the house very comfortable (separate 2 apartments within a house) and well equipped, do recommend it a lot.
