Welcome to our fabulous home away from home retreat for all your family / couples holidays. We aim to a very high standard to make your stay IS an enjoyable one as we have furnished Casa Suerte with quality furnishing for your comfort. Including WORLDWIDE satellite, playstation2, Wii and a Wii U for the kids so you can relax, internet access for keeping in touch with family and friends if you wish to bring along your laptop/tablet and a comfortable seating area. All bedrooms are great sizes very comfortable beds with 7 zone pocket mattresses. Outside the master bedroom you have a large balcony with seating for those late night glasses of wine. Front and back patios, terraces with garden furniture. You are 3 minutes walk away from supermarkets, banks, shops, bars, restaurant, petrol station. Few minutes drive to La Marquesa Golf Club, country club, water-park and Quesada town with numerous shops, banks, post office, pharmacy, medical service, restaurants, bars etc. Beach about 12 min to Guardamar and Torrevieja.

Tot ongeveer 12 uur heb je zon op het terras achter, daarna aan de voorkant, perfect ! Ook is het fijn om WIFI te hebben.

Notes on accommodation: This is a very child friendly urbanisation with a playground 2 min walk away, safe pool area with toddler’s pool. There is a baby cot and highchair available. In every room there is heating, ceiling and standing fans. No smoking is allowed inside this property all smoking must be done outside on terrace please. No pets are allowed. Unlimited fast internet access available for all our guest FREE. Telephone is also available. Please note that all calls made during your stay will be deducted from key/damage deposit. Outside: Pools are set in beautiful landscaped gardens for relaxing with a good book. You have good sized front and rear gardens, terrace to the front of the house and rear patio area all with garden furniture, parasol and BBQ. Outside the master bedroom is a large balcony with seating area and wonderful views. Parking right in front of the house. Utility Room: Washing machine and laundry facilities, iron, iron board and hoover. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided. Please bring your own beach/pool towels. There is a 50 Euro cleaning charge and an additional 5 euro per person for the laundry charge Other: Baby highchair and travell cot available included in price

Lovely property well quipped quiet area but near to amenities

We had a lovely stay very well equipped and clean. helpful neighbour who looks after propery for owners we ran out of gas on Sunday he found new cylinder very quickly and changed for us .

TV a bit tricky to use but internet brilliant best we have had in many trips to Spain very helpful feedback from Shamilla the owner to all questions we asked before we left for holiday as we were driving from airport ourselves Shamilla explained postcode and number of house postcode took us straight there

Gardens and pool well maintained very nice helpful neighbours around pool area

Lovely townhouse near tofacilities

Stayed for a week at this lovely very well equipped townhouse. The area is nice and quiet yet a few minutes walk you will find a large supermarket and several bars. The communal pool is lovely and clean and obviously well maintained. A 15 - 20 minute walk takes you to the small village centre where there are plenty of bars / restuarants.

Guardamar is 7 minutes drive where you have white sandy blue flag beaches and many different water-sports. Boardwalk with many different bars and restaurants, markets selling many souvenirs. Torrevieja is 10 minutes drive with beautiful beaches, choice of different water sports, marina where you can take boat trips and boulevard with a big amusement park and markets and shops, cinema, bowling. Also known for its salt lakes. All along the Costa Blanca you can find different beaches and watersport


The airports of Alicante and Murcia are about 30 minutes drive away either by the A-7 motorway or the coastal N-332 road. It is recommended to rent a car can be done at the airports but cheaper at aeroautos.net they will deliver and pick up the car at the airport for you. Airport pick ups and drop offs are also available enquire when booking. Welcome packs are available for those with late night flights and is payable on arrival. Excellent taxi service is possible from the airports as well.


The centre of Quesada with its many shops, bars, restaurants, post office, pharmacy, medical services, banks, is just 5 minutes drive by car but if you would like to walk it’s about 20 minutes walking. Quesada has its own water-park. 3 minutes walking will take you to the nearest supermarkets (Lidl, Consum, Eroski), bank, shops, restaurants (wok, subway, fish n chips) and a playground.45 min drive will take you to Murcia, Cartegena, Alicante, Elche. The Sofia playpark in Guardamar is fantastic.

Further Details:

About 10 minutes walk you have a other small shopping centre with more shops, restaurants (Chinese, Indian, Italian), bars and hotel La Laguna with spa worth visiting for a afternoon of pampering. The restaurant at La Laguna hotel serves great lunches and dinner for a reasonable price. 4 minutes driving towards Guardamar you have El Raso a small shopping centre with great restaurants try the steakhouse but note they are always very busy you should reserve a table if you would like to have dinner there. There is a fish and chips a few doors down serves great fish and chips menu worth a try.

1 hour driving to Benidorm you have a theme park great for the kids Terra Mitica Theme Park,Mundomar water-park and a natures reserve zoo. Torrevieja's salt lakes are well known for their healing climates great against asthma, rheumatism and skin ailments. Aquopolis is a large water-park (Finca de la Hoya Grande, 03180 Torrevieja, Alicante. tel: + 34 965 715 890).

From the harbour of Sant Pola or Torrevieja you can take a boat trip to the island of Tabarca.

Off the n332 you have go-carting. In Elche you have a safari park and is known for the worlds biggest palms collection. 45 minutes drive to Alicante with great shops, boulevards, markets and the beautiful harbour. The cities of Cartagena and Murcia are wonderful for visiting as well.

The town of Orihuela is about 15 minutes drive and has some beautiful churches.

Booking Notes:
First fee to be paid at time of booking is 25% and the balance is required 5 weeks prior to arrival with a key/damage deposit of 125 euros, which is returned within 1 week of departure.
FREE WIFI is available at the property.

Cleaning fees:
€50 is required for the cleaning of the house and an additional €5 per person for the washing of the laundry (all linen and towels) and is payable to the housekeepers on arrival by the handing over of the keys.

Changeover Day:
We do not operate a SAT to SAT booking, all dates are flexible so that you can make full use of cheaper flight deals during the week.
CHECK IN: House is available on arrival from 14:00 hrs.
CHECK OUT: Guests are asked to vacate by 10:00 hrs. on day of departure.
(Unless no other guests will be departing or moving in and you may have a early or later flight, times are flexible once agreed with the housekeepers)

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
