Situated just a short distance to the beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and golf courses 'Casa Diana' is in a secluded and private location. With views to the village and the pool, garden areas and various terraces, offers total relaxation with both sun and shaded seating and dining areas. The spacious villa has a large lounge, 2 kitchens with 3 double bedrooms and 1 single – 1 Jack and Jill (shared) bathroom and with 2 additional 1/2 Showers and a 1/4cloakroom. The pool area is laid to lawn and is provided with sun beds. The villa offers superb sea and mountain views. Whether it is golf (4 courses close by), fishing, bowling, tennis, walking in the beautiful mountains or water sports that take your fancy; or simply relaxing on an uncrowded beach soaking up the sun, you will find it all and more in and around Mojacar. WIFI is available throughout the Villa. A PC computer is also available for our guests use.

My partner & I are both retired I was an English teacher & my partner was a building surveyor. We always wanted to retire to Spain we consider ourselves extremely fortunate to live our dream. Mojacar is a beautiful part of Spain with a mixture of old and new to suit most visitors.

We have owned this villa since it was built in 2000. Back in 2000 Mojacar was a sleepy little coastal town. The property boom has made the place more commercialised. However we still love the area. We live in the villa part on the year. However we like to get away in the High summer season. To visit family in the UK & further a field.

Outside: The 8 x 4m swimming pool is surrounded on all sides by lawns with ample space for sun loungers with the choice of sunshine or shade. There are 3 terraces all with tables and chairs, the back terrace is shaded and quiet, the upstairs terrace overlooks the pool and garden area and enjoys mountain views of the village as well as sea. The villa gardens and surroundings all have sea and mountain views as well as a peaceful haven for a quiet relaxation with a good book. Pool terrace lighting has been installed as well as outside lighting all around the villa. Both levels have gated access for the safety of children. Utility Room: There is a Washing machine on service patio. with a clothes line for drying clothes The pool area has a folding clothes /towel airer. There are Ironing facilities on both upper and lower levels. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided and changed weekly for visitors staying over 10 days. There are beach towels supplied on lower level. Extra Bed pillows are available on demand/spares in dressing area. Management can do extra cleaning service if required. Other: Lower level /Family room /easily converts to Bed sitting room as it has TV/, Video , plus table for Board games, and so on. There is a cot available/playpen, for a younger child/baby to be monitored/involved when indoors.

A Superb Holiday in a Wonderful Villa!

Before we set off from the UK, Diana contacted us and was so keen to make sure that we were comfortable about arrangements. Her personal touch was evident right from the start. This villa is Diana's home for much of the year, so it is beautifully appointed, quite luxurious and seems to have at least double of everything you could possibly want - even a grand piano should you feel inspired. As our adult children and my wife are musicians, we did take advantage of that. The villa is simply stunning - cooled by air conditioning, the lovely balconies look out over the sea, there is luxury and comfort in every room and the place is so well tended, the gardens watered and the pool sparklingly clear. In so many ways, this villa reaches 'outstanding.' We are keen to return and we advise anyone looking for a spelndid, relaxing villa near the coast in Mojacar to look no further; 'Casa Diana' is heaven on earth!

Stuuning Gardens - Lovely Villa

Casa Diana is a lovely 2 storey villa with gorgeous, well maintained gardens. The rooms a spacious and well equipped and there are load of places to sit on the patio and enjoy some sun or some shade. The pool is great and the kids loved it, it is all very well looked after. From the kitchen you can step out side onto the breakfast terrace which has an awning so that you can eat outside but be in the shade and there is also a table for eating downstairs by the pool so plenty of choice. There are lovely views to Mojacar village from the villa especially as the sun is going down.

Mojacar is great with the old town full of character with some great bars and restaurants. The playa has everything you could want, restaurants of all types/nationalities and plenty for the kids to do from bowling to trampolining, crazy golf and karting is also available. The beaches are wide and not too crowded. We really enjoyed the icecream bars for a treat after dinner.

I would definitely visit again, a great villa and location for a family holiday.

Great pool

The house was very nice and well equipped, and the garden and the pool area were absolutely spectacular - but it's not 5 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. A car is a must.

For many years Mojacar has been a favourite destination and inspiration for artists and writers to practice their craft.


The villa is in the enviable position of being quiet and peaceful yet close to all the local amenities including the beach, shops and restaurants. The beach is 15 minutes walk away so no need to worry about parking, there are a variety of beach bars as well as local attractions geared towards children. Activities on the beach include banana boat rides, pedalos,surfing and diving. Crazy Golf, Swings, slides and play areas. Shops for inflatables, Hats and beach wear are close by.


Almeria Airport is 80km from Mojacar Playa approximately 50 minutes drive. Murcia (San Javier) Airport is 100km, approximately 90 minutes drive. Alicante Airport is 190km, approximately 2 hours drive. Car hire is available at all of these airports, and with some companies you can fly into one airport and leave from another.Car hire is recommended to enable you to explore and make the most of this dramatic south east coast of Spain. Mojacar has several Carhire companies on the Beach road.


Supermarkets, banks and shopping are nearby. To explore the region and to see it at it's best a car is recommended, however we are within walking distance of beaches, bars and restaurants.

Further Details:

The picturesque old town of Mojacar, with its whitewashed houses, is 3km inland. A haven and inspiration for artists and writers. The pretty fishing village of Garrucha Port with marina is 3km. There is an aqua and theme park in Vera about 6km. Mini Hollywood is a 45 minute drive away, great for the kids. There are numerous excellent restaurants, bars and beach bars within easy reach, and perhaps one of the most popular and sophisticated nightspots in the province is on the beach, 2km away. Mojacar Playa is a low-rise cosmopolitan resort which has developed over the last two decades and which appeals to all tastes and age groups. The long sandy beaches of Mojacar are ideal for swimming or simply enjoying the sun and are well appointed with 'chiringuitos' (beach bars), children's playgrounds and activity areas. There are a few late night club and disco bar venues but the majority of evening entertainment is generally low key. If its history that you crave, the ancient Moorish town of Mojacar Pueblo sits high on the hill above the Playa. The Pueblo has developed over many centuries and is a maze of small streets and alleyways just waiting to be discovered and explored. Here you will find many small bars and restaurants where you can sample the tapas with a cool beer before taking a short stroll to the Plaza to enjoy breathtaking views across this part of Andalucia.

Booking Notes:
Rreturnable deposit of £300 paid into UK bank account – due on confirmation of booking dates. Please note there is a customary £300 'damage deposit' to be paid by cheque 8 weeks prior to your stay. Subject to no damage occurrence the deposit is returned to you within 2 weeks following your departure. Balance due together with damage deposit 8 weeks prior to arrival date (to be paid into UK bank account).

Changeover Day:
Ideally Saturday's, but we can accommodate different days if it is possible, just ask. Also we do expect clients to leave by 11.00am and new arrivals can check in from 4.00pm, but again if we can be flexible around this we try if you ask.

Notes on prices:
The prices for off season rentals are negotiable with the owners for the Apartment on the lower level. Golfers enjoy it as there is a mild and sunny climate.. Off season is also good for Walkers and Ramblers. Or for those wishing to get away from the hustle and bustle, looking for relaxation,or a quiet and a peaceful break. We are happy to consider short breaks.
The upper level is usually occupied during the Winter months.
