'Can Gat' is without doubt one of the most traditional country houses in the village of San Carlos, dating back to the 19th century. It was completely reformed in the year 2000. The owners have tried to conserve the authentic flavour of the old Ibicencan houses, hence the wooden beams, staircases, doors, windows and dense walls etc. 'Can Gat' is situated 500m from the quaint and tranquil village of San Carlos, 8km from the town of Santa Eulalia, 22km from Ibiza, 27km from the airport, 6km from the beach of Es Cana, 5km from the beach of Es Figueral and from the famous nudist beach of Aguas Blancas. The outside of the house is also very picturesque with a large terrace, barbecue area and swimming pool with Roman steps (4 x 9.5m and 1 to 1.90m deep) surrounded by a lovely green lawn and fruit trees. Outside is another bathroom with a shower and there is laundry room. Important note, 'Can Gat' is a vocational touristic property legalised by the 'Tourist board of Ibiza' VTV-0223-EIF.

Outside is another bathroom with a shower and there is laundry room. And new padel tennis. Utility Room: Complete equipment in the rooms. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: There is a cleaning service every 3 days, there is a general clean (except the kitchen), and change of towels, the sheets are changed once a week. Other: Bedroom 1 with small dining room and TV, alarm and safe box.
