Villa Atlantico has been beautifully renovated and furnished with every thought to provide luxurious, charming and spacious holiday accommodation of the highest standard. The villa is ideal for couples looking for a romantic break although it can sleep up to four people comfortably with both bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms. The villa is air conditioned and complete with all the home comforts to make your holiday experience as relaxing and comfortable as possible. There are overhead fans in both bedrooms for the hot summer months.
We provide free WiFi (300MB) and UK TV channels. SmartTV 65", Netflix ,Disney, Youtube, etc.
The villa is ideal for those who want to 'relax'. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and the nearest bars and restaurants.
The outside space has recently been refurbished too. The surrounding pool area is covered with turf and there is a pool table for this who like to play. Walls surrounding the properties have been raised to provide total privacy, so one can relax and enjoy the terrace space without being overlooked. The villa is idea Ideal for those seeking comfort and tranquility.

Lovely 4 person villa

Lovely villa. Welcome pack was a nice touch. Well equipped for everything you may need. Our only disappointment was with the beds which all four of us thought were way too hard and all woke up with aches and pains. A wonderful stay otherwise

Fantastic villa

Our stay at villa atlantico was fantastic, the villa has everything you could want , great facilities and the outside seating area and pool was great. It is very private and quiet apart from some aircraft sound ( which didn’t bother us). Check in was easy and Kirsty the owner was very helpful . The villa is only a short walk to the local shops, bars and beach and is ideally situated. I would definitely recommend it

We are a family of 3 Just back from a brilliant sunny and hot week stay in Villa Atlantico Matagorda The Villa was the best we’ve stayed in to date in Lanzarote. Matagorda was an area we as a family had not discovered before but it is truly beautiful. The villa was immaculate and the welcome pack from Kirsty was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. The villa is also very private as described with no one overlooking the immaculate pool which was cleaned twice during our stay Everything is also within walking distance and we ate out 4 of the nights in the nearby Matagorda shopping area where we didn’t experience one bad meal. We also taxied 2 nights into puerto del carmen which was a short inexpensive journey. The taxi rank is 5min walk away from the villa Close proximity to the airport was really handy regarding transfers no car required just jumped in a taxi . You can hear the planes but the villa is not on a direct flight path. We were treated one day to a military jet doing some manoeuvres which was amazing. To summarise we will definitely be returning to Villa Atlantico and give it a 5/5 star rating

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the villas, situated in a quiet, tranquil area of Matagorda. Only a short distance from the beach and easily accessible, with Arrecife airport less than a 10

What makes this property unique

The villa is situated only a short distance from the beach. You can enjoy the restaurants bars and walkways with excellent views along the coastline.
For those of you who have late departure home we will try and accomodate you. Providing we have no other arrival you can stay on in the villa. Should we have another arrival then you are welcome to come and use the facilities, snack bar, swimming pool etc of the nearby Costa Sal apartments.
Also, if you'd prefer to rent an apartment here for the day they can be rented at a very special price.
