Bungalow at The Palms, Golf del Sur, Tenerife - Peaceful Location on Gated Complex with 4 Pools

A one bedroom bungalow within a secure gated access complex with a large lounge, American style kitchen, bathroom, cloakroom and three sun terraces allowing you to follow the sun all day. Large lounge with comfortable sofa and sliding door access to large terrace equipped with sun loungers and table and chairs. Lounge with cooling fan has dining area with table and chairs for four people. Fully fitted kitchen and sliding door from lounge leading to small drying area. Full bathroom with twin wash hand basins, bath, wc and walk in shower. A digital code operated safe is provided to help secure your valuables whilst sun bathing. Bedroom with king bed and deep memory foam mattress, 2 double wardrobes and dressing table plus bed side units and large cooling fan with French windows leading to a sun terrace which is West facing and views of Mount Teide.

The bungalow has three terraces, Garden terrace which is quite private and south east facing for morning and mid day sun, Roof terrace which is private and good for most of the day sun bathing and Front Terrace which is west facing and great for watching the evening sunsets.

There is a private off road parking space in front of the property. The complex is served by an onsite bar and restaurant serving both Canadian and English dishes.

Frank and Vicky - we both work but spend our sunny holidays in Tenerife. We bought the property on the Palms complex in 2005 after staying there to test it out. Since then we have used it 2 or 3 times every year. We are home owners in the UK and treat this property as our second home and hope you enjoy it the same.

Why Frank Iveson chose San Miguel de Abona

The area is very quiet and peacful with easy access to golf, crazy golf, bowls and tennis. Some night life is available locally but the area is well removed from the hustle of Los Cristianos and Playa las Americas. There is a nature reserve within easy walking distance and the sea is less than 10 minutes stroll with its long coastal walks either east or westerly.

What makes this bungalow unique

We enjoy sun bathing either on our own terraces (front, roof or garden side) or by one of the 4 pools and we always play golf. We alternate between eating in and enjoying some of the local restaurants.

Home from home everything you need we loved it .

24 The Palms, we had a great stay , the complex is beautiful ,4 pools and all lovely and clean ,the club house we liked ,lovely home made meals at a reasonable price and most nights entertainment we couldn't fault it . There is a local Irish bar called O'Donnell s with live entertainment everynight and food only a 5 minute walk away .San Blas is a center where there is bars , restaurants, supermarket ,a few shops and entertainment everynight in the square ,we like this place alot ,we would walk which takes about 20 minutes at a nice pace ,but we would always have a taxi back at € 3.50 . There is another Irish bar called Wild Geese this too has good food and entertainment ,just cut thru The Winter Gardens and turn left it's opposite Aquamarine appartments , if you like boats you've got the marina if you walk to the end there is a bar high up and it overlooks the sea ,it's got a lift so no problem, that's where the yellow Submarine is, there is also lots of restaurants and bars left of the marina which is quite pretty ,I hope this as been helpful to you .We loved 24 The Palms and would stop there again no problem .Bert Turner 71 I would just like to say there isn't much of a beach for small children !

Great holiday x all you could need

Had a great relaxing stay x. All you could need within easy walking distance x. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever had away from my own x Great bathroom and lovely having shower and bath . Can't wait to go back again. X

What a relaxing break

We really enjoyed our stay at The Palms. The accommodation was clean and exactly as described on the website. We really appreciated having our own sunbeds and barbecue on the terrace of the property - it was nice to not have to go out to eat every evening. The complex is clean and quiet but just a short walk from restaurants and a great supermarket. We hired a car but the bus stops just outside the complex so it's not a necessity. The bar and restaurant at The Palms was great - we had a lovely breakfast our first morning there. The fishing village of Los Abrigos is worth the walk on an evening as there are some really nice restaurants there, serving fab seafood dishes. However, if you don't fancy a walk there are plenty of good places to eat just a short walk from The Palms.

We will definitely visit again.
