Parque da Corcovada was a new complex in 2008. Our bright, spacious ground floor apartment offers contemporary, high standard accommodation.

This apartment can sleep up to 4 guests and boasts air-conditioning, a fully integrated kitchen, Wi-Fi, 32" LCD Smart TV (limited channels), selection of DVDs.

3 patio doors lead to a fabulous, south-east facing terrace of 31sqm, with own sun-loungers, situated in beautiful landscaped gardens and overlooking pools. Private underground car parking.

Parque da Corcovada is located approximately 2 miles east of Albufeira town centre and is close to a wide range of quality restaurants and cafes, supermarkets and entertainment. The nearest beach, Praia da Oura, is 1 mile away and the ‘Old Town’ is a short taxi ride away, the location will appeal to all age groups.

Faro airport is 37km away - we can advise on transfers. Close to the famous Zoo Marine & Slide and Splash Water Park.

Notes on accommodation: The main entrance to the apartment is accessed by key, with video-phone door release from inside. All window and door shutters are electrically operated for security and convenience. Safe provided. Pool & garden area are accessible only to key-holders of this block. While living room & bedroom have air-con for summer months, there are also 'HeatWafers' to provide background warmth in cooler seasons. Cot, high chair and 'Welcome' Food Packs are available at additional cost if requested in advance. Our apartment is managed locally by Celia and Terry, who will ensure you are met on arrival to hand over keys and offer advice on locality. No smoking allowed in apartment. Outside: The 31sqm south facing terrace is furnished with table and 4 chairs for secluded alfresco dining, 2 comfortable loungers and parasol offering the opportunity to enjoy sunshine from early morning, while the apartment and terrace offer welcome shade in the afternoon, the pools are just a few steps away where you can continue to enjoy sunshine until early evening. The pool and garden area is accessible only to key-holders of Block 37. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Cleaning service, towel and linen change weekly, or more often if requested by guest (additional charge). Guests should bring their own beach towels. Please note that there is a washing machine provided and an integrated vacuum system. Other: Patio furniture includes table and 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers, parasol & side table. Terrace overlooks children's pool and has direct access to landscaped gardens and pool area.

Excellent apartment. So near to pool it was like it was your own private pool. Very tidy and modern apartment. Was met on arrival.

Great communication between myself and owner. Would highly recommend.

simply amazing.

hilary's apartment is lovely. very clean, spacious and very high spec appliances. the outside area was very large with 2 sun loungers to soak up the rays. kids had a great time in the pool.the block itself was very quiet and at times my kids were the only ones in the pool. terry was a great guy who helped is settle in and is very knowledgeable about the area..absolutely loved our time and will be booking again for next year.

Smart apartment in a nice complex

Had a 3 night stay in this apartment, as a gap filler for a more extended holiday in the Algarve. Wasn't expecting too much given the very reasonable rate compared to hotels, but was pleasantly surprised. Smart, modern, comfortable and very secure, with the added benefit of being on the ground floor a few steps away from the pool. Allowed us to sunbathe in privacy on our own personal sunbeds, but let our son loose at the pool area. The complex is very new and idealy situated within walking distance of the strip (if thats your kind of thing). Couldn't have asked for more, and would consider renting again. A hassle free and perfect beginning to our holiday. Big thanks to the owners, and also to Terry who manages the apartment.

Lovely apartment, home from home.

Arrived early evening to be met by Terry who showed us around. The apartments is lovely and clean and had everything you would need. We particularly enjoyed breakfast out on the patio enjoying the peaceful sunny mornings. The bedroom had lots of wardrobe and drawer space. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and would definitely stop their again when visiting Albufeira.

Lovely, just perfect.

Lovely apartment, very modern and catered for everything we needed. Very good customer service from the owner and terry was a star, such a nice man. Pool area is just perfect as is the outdoor area of the apartment just a few steps away from the pool. Used this appt twice and hoping for a 3 rd time later in the year. Highly recommend !!! Very good location

Great place to stay!

We were so glad that we booked this fantastic apartment and at first we were unsure about being on the ground floor but thankfully it was SO secure and having a spacious patio was great to spend time on our own sun loungers but still close to the pool for a quick dip! The apartment is in a great location to hit the beaches, walk to the old town (25 mins walk) and about 5/6 mins walk to 'the strip'' where all the bars and restaurants are. The apartment has everything you need to give you that home away from home feel and there is also a TV with English channels but remember to take your sky card if you want to access more channels! You will not be disappointed if you stay here and Terry who manages the property is helpful and available if you need anything. We also used Yellow Fish Transfers to take us to and from the airport they were great, very helpful, spoke english and it was great to book and pay prior to our holiday.

There is a guest book in the apartment which gives you lots of advice of places to go and where to eat. Will definitely recommend this apartment to our friends and family.

Booking Notes:
Deposit of 30% payable to secure booking with balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. A refundable deposit of £200 is payable to cover accidental damage and this will usually be refunded within 2 weeks of departure upon confirmation of no damage. Bank transfer is preferred means of payment although cheques will be accepted.

Changeover Day:
Our apartment is available for rent throughout the year. We aim to be flexible regarding departure/arrival times on changeover day but clients should expect to vacate the apartment by 11am.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
