Superb large, duplex, top floor apartment with amazing views from very private 40' balcony. Excellent location in a beautiful, well-maintained complex (Parque Santiago 2) in Playa Las Americas surrounded by numerous bars and cafes. Complex is situated on the sea front. Beautiful outside pool (heated in winter). Very quiet private complex (families or older adults only). Los Christianos with huge beach and beautiful marina of Puerto Colon are nearby.

great for just watching the world go by. The air-conditioning was a blessing

What a beautiful penthouse suite, every detail has been considered here. Simply could not ask for better.

Spacious and modern. Excellent balcony - biggest and best I have ever seen in Tenerife. Has sun right up to the afternoon.

We had a fantastic holiday in Las Americas. The appartment is absolutely stunning. It was spotless clean & very well equipped. It is very centrally located with lots of bars, restaurants & supermarkets on your doorstep. It is lovely and quite but lots to do within a 5-10 minute walk either way. The beach is straight out the back of the appartments but a short walk of about 10-15 minutes there is a beautiful part of the beach for sunbathing. The only downside was that the pool was closed for refurbishment & having to use the 1 next door & having to pay for the sun chairs & umbrellas which worked out at €84 euro for 1 week for 4 of us which i though was abit steep. Being away every year on holiday this was the 1st one ive every had to pay for the hire of sunbeds at the pool. But as i say this was the only downfall. We would definately return to Las Americas & to this appartment.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your excellent review. The pool is now fully refurbished to the latest EU standards The private complexes like Parque Santiago 2 should always have a qualified lifeguard and this is the reason there is a small charge for the sun beds. as it pays the lifeguard's wage. As you say, there is a beach right behind the apartment complex, and some guests just take their towels to the beach instead.

Excellent choice

We made an excellent choice, apartment in excellent location near supermarket, shops beach and night life.

Apartment has everything you could possibly need and more. Balcony is an added bonus has sun loungers and table and chairs and gets the sun on it most of the day. We will be going back for sure.

Lovely Apartment

Just returned from a week in the apartment. Had a lovely time, apartment nice and clean and well equipped - location instructions very clear, so found it very easily. Large balcony was great when we just wanted to relax in the sun or have a meal. Wifi and Air Con very welcome.

Location perfect for walking either way along the sea front. Some very nice restaurants close by. Had a couple of snacks at the bar by the pool, run by an English family, reasonably priced and generous portions.

Pool area kept clean with plenty of room without sitting on top of each other.

Had a late return flight on Saturday night and as apartment was not being occupied for couple of days, the owner very kindly let us have the apartment for the whole day.

Excellent Apartment in Great Location

This was a Top Floor Penthouse apartment in Parque Santiago 2 . Very nicely furnished and spacious 2 bathroomed apartment equipped with everything you need (including hairdryer and room safe) and a very large balcony. The owners instruction sheet was very clear and useful. Really nice saltwater pool that was surprisingly warm with an attractive pool terrace. The location was excellent - just a short distance from the airport and very close to all the amenities (reasonably priced supermarket next to the reception entrance and there is a money exchange offering good rates) and super close to the beach. The area strikes a good balance between being ideal for relaxation whilst maintaining a lively buzz. A big choice of restaurants and bars are just a short walk away but not too close to be in your face and noise/revelry was not an issue. This was our first visit to Tenerife and we would definitely like to come back.

Clean central apartment

€25 from airport to apartment which was good. Arrival instructions for apartment were very easy to follow. On entry the first thing you notice is that it's clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the 3 rips/tears on the leather sofa was a bit off putting. Sofa and chairs could be renewed as very well used. Great balcony with great views, apartment is situated very central and everything on your doorstep, supermarket is right at the entrance to apartment so it's great for popping down for few bits and pieces. Air con is very effective and just €1 a day. TV has BBC1, ITV and UK Gold as well as other European channels including sky sports. A big disappointment was the wifi, if you were lucky enough to

Pick it up you would get 1 bar signal and by the time you opened your webpage your were thrown out so it didn't work. Kitchen is modern and well equipped if you wanted to dine in.couldnt have a bath upstairs as the plug didn't fit the hole! The balcony walls could do with a paint as it's coming off and just needs freshened up.

However, this is a great apartment in a fab location with a lovely big balcony and views. I would go back if the wifi was working and living room furniture upgraded.

Owner's Response: New settee suite now arrived 28/11/2014. Wifi booster now fitted inside the apartment for full wifi signal throughout. Please note: all the local bars also have free wifi. New plug now fitted in bath. Painting is done once a year in the Spring. Thank you for your feedback. We are able to maintain the highest standards when guests report back after their stay, like this. All guests seems to enjoy the location and balcony views and several book with us every year.

The location is unbeatable; next to the sea, surrounded by dozens of cafes, restaurants and bars to suit every taste.

Nearest Airport : TFS at 12 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : bars everywhere! Nearest Restaurant : Restaurants all around Nearest Beach : outside the back gate Car: not necessary


The complex at Parque Santiago 2 is located right on the seafront close to the area known as 'The Patch', in Playa las Americas with numerous beaches nearby. The rear entrance to the property opens right onto the seafront.


Only 15 minutes from the airport - Tenerife South (TFS). Taxis are around 25 euros, or car hire from less than £90 per week. Please contact owner for special rates on minibus transfer for 6.


Los Christianos with its huge beach and the beautiful marina of Puerto Colon are just nearby.

Further Details:

Lots of local shops a short walk away, near Parque Santiago 4 for gifts, electronics, jewellery, fashion, etc and restaurants/bars galore in and around the complex itself or on the sea front. Bank on site and money exchange at reception offering good rates.
