About the Owner

We are a couple with 2 children living in London (aged 16 and 13 at time of writing). We fell in love with the beauty of Montenegro after a visit 7 years or so ago and bought the apartment off plan. Having stayed in all sorts of disappointing accommodation with babies/toddlers/young children over the years, we decided that if we were going to enjoy holidays abroad, we needed to - at the very least - have the home comforts that we enjoy in the UK. We are a lively couple who love to spend relaxing time away from work, focused on the kids, but we also like to have some fun when they finally so to sleep! We have achieved that balance in our apartment and have decided to rent it out to cover the maintenance costs. Time goes slow in Monty but after relaxing there is so much to do.

The apartment was great and really met our needs - the views were stunning by day and by night (lots of fights over who got to lie in the "starlounger" chair on the balcony at nights!). Many thanks for the restaurant recommendations. We loved the Boka area but also our drives up into the mountains to Lovcen etc and a well-earned pamper by the pool in Porto Montenegro.

Just to let you know we had a brilliant holiday. Your apartment is perfect! -The layout is so easy, Loved waking up in the morning to the bedside view, brilliant verandas, roomy bathroom....one of the best we've stayed at.

Stunning views across Kotor bay

A lovely 2 bed apartment with fantastic balcony views across Kotor Bay. This apartment has the best of both worlds - quite and secluded, yet a short walk down to Prcanj village for the brilliant bakery and restaurant. Only 4 Euros for a taxi into Kotor itself. Swimming in the bay nearby and now that Easyjet flies to Tivat it's only a short ride from the airport on the other side of the peninsula. Hoping to return here again soon.

Fantastic location with incredible views

This property is set back in the mountain to give you that spectacular view and believe me it is spectacular. We were a group of 5 and the apartment was very spacious and very clean. The apartment is up a hill so I would recommend hiring a car to get around. There is a local mini supermarket and restaurant at the bottom of the hill. The food is amazing and the people are really lovely. It's very cheap to eat and drink out too. We occasionally took taxis to the old town and it only cost us €5 (for 5 of us!!!). There is a pool attached with the apartment and it was spotless. It great for a quick dip to cool off. Definitely a great apartment in a stunning location - I'm going back.

WOW!!! Absolutely Mesmerising Apartment

Firstly I want to thank the owners for allowing us to share this fabulous apartment. The views from the balcony take your breath away. The apartment has everything you need, bed was comfortable and the apartment is very tastefully furnished. It was fantastic to get up in the morning throw open the windows and step onto the huge balcony and take in the mountains and cruise ships sailing into Kotor. We spent most mornings relaxing on the balcony before heading down to the village for lunch and a swim in the sea which you can do from various puntas. There is a supermarket at the bottom of the road where you can get essentials and a fantastic taverna to the left which done amazing steaks and seafood. Further along another couple of tavernas where we had freshly caught seabass and turbot both coked to perfection it was truly wonderful to sit at the side of the sea and enjoy the food.

Kotor town is five minutes in a taxi and is a great place to stroll around the maze of streets. Restaurant here were abundant and we had a two extremely good meals, be warned huge portions and the most wonderful wines.

We had the most amazing relaxed week and look forward to returning.

I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone, the owners were quick to respond and very helpful in recommending places to eat as was the agent on site. Many thanks again.

Superb penthouse get like we were in a bond Movie

Fantastic property in a idyllic location. Spent a week here and would go back again in a heartbeat. The areas beauty is something to be marvelled at and the apartment itself is so stunning, comfortable and views are amazing. Felt like we were in bond movie!!! 😎

The local town is great, had a great night in the disco!!! Locals are great craic and you have to climb the hill - bring a bottle of fizz and watch the sun set - super romantic.

Booking was a since, owners very pleasant and everything was as described.

I highly recommend this you won't be disappointed.

A Taste of Paradise

My partner and I spent just short of a week in this wonderfully modern apartment set in the tranquillity that is Kotor Bay. We were instantly taken with the breath taking views that engulf the balcony area which was perfect for morning sunbathing and all day relaxation when the mood took us. It really was the perfect sun trap! The apartment was very well facilitated, spacious and we honestly felt at home right away. We loved the quaint pool located just at the foot of the apartment that really was perfect for cooling down. The owners were more than helpful in their recommendations on where to go for food, music and atmosphere. We loved the little tavern restaurant located less than a 5 minute downhill walk from the apartment where we indulged with delicious cheese boards accompanied with the most beautiful wine at very reasonable prices. The taxi service to and from the town of Kotor Bay was more than efficient, taking us to the front of the old town gates in less than 5 minutes where we enjoyed strolling through the old cobbled lanes that were lined with great restaurants, bars, shops , markets and live music at night (to suit all tastes). We would love to go back again next year!

Nice apartment, stunning views

As a couple in our 30s we had a great time here. The apartment is well-appointed and comfortable and the local agents could not have been more helpful.

Waking up each morning and opening the shutters to an unobstructed view of the stunning Bay of Kotor was a clear highlight of our trip. The local area has plenty of beaches to visit and places to explore though I would recommend a hire car. The only reason we have not returned is that we now have small children and the 6th floor location/balcony is not ideal. Just try to stop us when they are a little older.

We stayed for a just shy of a week before moving onto Dubrovnik but I can comfortably say we preferred Kotor Bay - just as picturesque but more unspoilt, less crowded and less expensive.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the Prcanj waterfront. Prcanj is on the Kotor Fjord (Boka Kotorska) which is an inlet of the sea. Numerous sandy beaches on the open coast are approx 15 minutes drive away.


15 minutes drive from Tivat airport. 90 minutes drive from Dubrovnik airport in Croatia. 90 minutes drive from Podgorica airport, capital of Montenegro. Car hire is widely available at airports, and recommended for stays of more than one week, but there are good local buses to Kotor and taxis are inexpensive. Airport pick-up and drop-off can be arranged, from 20 euros Tivat, 60 euros Dubrovnik (each way) per taxi.


Kotor 5km. Tivat 15km. Perast 18km. Budva 25km. Sveti Stefan 35km. Cetinje 60km. Skadar Lake 70km. Dubrovnik 85km (shorter by ferry). Podgorica 90km.

The apartment block also has a 5000 gallon water tank which should protect you from the water supply cuts which occur occasionally in Montenegro in high season. Outside: The 6 apartments share a small swimming pool (4.4m square and 1.5m deep). Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Property managed by British property agent. Towels and linen changed once a week, property is cleaned before you arrival and after your departure. Two feather pillows per person. Please bring your own beach towels. Other: Large L shaped terrace that runs the full length of the apartment, with lounger, table and 4 chairs. 180 degree views of the Kotor Fjord. Swimming pool shared by 6 apartments.
