This outstanding and luxurious ground floor duplex apartment is situated in Vila Sol Village, on the fabulous and renouned 5* Vila Sol Golf Resort. Located just 20 minutes from Faro Airport this resort is set within 150 hectares of stunning natural scenery which boasts a championship 27 hole golf course, clubhouse. From here you will find some of the most beautiful beaches on the Algarve coast. The resort also offers restaurants, Family Pub, bakery, Beauty Salon, newsagents which are all only a few minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment has 2 bedrooms both with LCD TV’s, en-suite and one with a Jacuzzi bath, a well equipped kitchen, an open plan dining and living area, 42” LCD TV, DVD player, English Channels , Resort Cable, HIFI, Game consoles and WIFI. The patio doors open on to a large fully furnished patio area which leads directly on to the resident’s secure private gardens.

Coast/Beach:

Prestige comfort and tranquillity are the winning factors that make the Vila Sol experience unforgettable. All guests stopping at our Apartment will be able to benifit from the Vila Sol Owners discounts available at the exclusive "Paradise Beach Club", Praia do Garrao which is next to Vale do Lobo. Why not have lunch at the Paradise Beach Club restaurant and relax in a stress free environment. Also worth a visit are the beaches at vilamoura and Quarteira which are a 5 minute drive away.

Travel:

Faro airport is a 20 minute drive to the resort and whilst car hire is recommended it isn’t essential as there is a good net work of public transport passing the resort and taxis are easy to get. The fare into Vilamoura marina or Quarteira is approximately 10 euros. I can arrange transfers from the Airport to the Aprartment and return with a very reliable company which we personally use. This company is cheaper and more reliable than the local Taxis. Please contact me for details and prices.

Distances:

The resort is within a 5 minute drive of Vilamoura, famous for its beautiful marina set around an extensive choice of restaurants and shops; it also boasts an amazing nightlife with a choice of bars, nightclubs and a casino with spectacular nightly shows. The exclusive shopping and beaches of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago are within a 15 minute drive. The beautiful market town of Loule is just a 10 minute drive where you can take in the sights of the local markets.

Quarteira is within 5 minutes away with shops, fantastic beaches, a wide choice of bars and restaurants to chose from and a vibrant nightlife to go with it. Each Wednesday Morning Quarteira holds the famous Algarve gypsy market in Fonte Santa where you can often find yourself a real bargain. The Aqua Park which boasts the largest wave pool in Europe is only minutes away whilst go carting in available in Almancil which is a 5 minute drive. Further away from the resort the town of Albufeira and the Zoomarine attraction is only a 30 minute drive and are worth a visit. A guide book will be in the apartment with information where you can eat and drink, and generally chill out and relax.

Booking Notes:
The Property has an inventory which will be inspected, and any damage or breakages in excess of the deposit will be charged in full. If there are no damages and the inventory is correct the breakage deposit will be refunded back within 14 days of final departure. If you cancel all booking deposits will be retained and not refunded. I can accept credit card payments (2.5% surcharge).

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is usually a Saturday but to accommodate guest’s requirements I am flexible. The apartment must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure and can be only accessed after 2 pm on the day of arrival.

  • Notes on accommodation: Highly recommended For families with children, golfing breaks or for those who simply just want to relax and unwind. The apartment is in a prime, south west facing position overlooking the heated pool and snack bar. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and can be used to heat the apartment during cooler periods. I have also installed a charming rustique woodburner for the cooler periods to give the apartment that extra comfort factor. This is a no smoking apartment and if you wish to smoke please go outside. There is free WIFI internet access available at the apartment. I can also offer free of charge a travel cots, baby high chair for those with young childern. Outside: The apartment has a large sunny private patio area with outdoor table, six chairs and parasol, sun loungers and gas barbecue. The patio leads directly onto the stunning landscaped private garden area which is covered by security guards patrolling the resort. This is fantastic for families with small children whose parents want the peace of mind that they are safe and secure, as you keep a close eye on them and never be to far away. Within the gardens there are 3 swimming pools. The main pool is heated during May - October and situated 50 Meters directly in front of the apartment. Relax around any one of the 3 pools with sun loungers, toddler’s pool, Jacuzzi and pool bar providing drinks and snacks for your convenience during the summer season. There is ample car parking space outside the apartment. Utility Room: Washing machine, condenser tumble dryer, clothes airer, iron and iron board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bedlinen are included (but not beach towels). This apartment is serviced once a week by a maid who will change you bedding and towels only, however if you require a more frequent maid/cleaning service this can be provided at an additional cost.
