A beautiful modern spacious 4 bedroom villa sleeping up to 10 persons in the most prestigious holiday area of Tenerife. On a quiet road literally 5 minutes walk from the famous Playa Del Duque beach and the top hotels in the area (the 5 star Anthelia, Gran Tacande and Bahia Del Duque). The villa comprises a large spacious lounge with internal dining for 6 linking to an ultra modern kitchen via a connecting breakfast bar. It also has its own private pool and sun terraces. Fully air-conditioned throughout, there are bathrooms for each bedroom with the Master suite and the new Family suite enjoying its own private facilities. The beautiful pool and sun deck/ patio / terrace area also features a large outdoor dining table with 8 seats and an electrically powered remote controlled sun shade, and in the corner a further two large comfortable arm chairs with table. A perfect place to chill out at the end of the day.

We are a family with 2 small kids and first got to Tenerife when our first son was born in 2008 and we really fell in love with this sunny place.

Why Zaneta R chose Costa Adeje

We decided to buy a villa for ourselves in 2010 and started to spend more and more time on Tenerife.

Then we bought couple more villas and now it's our small family business.

What makes this villa unique

We choose this villa because of the excellent location, which is in the heart of prestigious del Duque area and is within 5 min walking distance to the beach and so close to all amenities, so you don't really need a car.

This villa is built up to the highest standards and is worth a 5 star status.

From our side, we are always trying to do our best to make our guests happy with holidays they spend in our villas.

The flying may have been great but the thing that really made our trip was your beautiful villa. It was everything we could have expected and more. Its obviously in the most perfect location right next to the nicest beaches, restaurants and shopping areas and yet far enough up the hill to enjoy amazing panoramic views of the sea and mountains. We thought it was a beautifully designed and furnished building with so much character. We watched the sunset from the balcony with a glass of freixenet almost every evening before heading out for dinner. It couldn't have been any more perfect.

Unfortunately our holiday is over, went in a flash!

Your villa was superb, the villa itself is wonderful and the location was perfect. We ate out all week, which was great for me as I am having all the family over for Christmas this year! We dined in some great restaurants, in Costa Adej in La Calleta and also in Arona, we truly didn't have one bad meal and had some wonderful fresh fish.

Perfect well positioned holiday UK family

Seven of us stayed here, including a grandma. Each individual / couple bedroom had their own patio area for added privacy, and the pool was excellent. We opted to pay for heating and this was a good decision. Thenthursday and Saturday market is just over the road. The location is a very nice part of Adeje. Walking along the coast to La Caleta was delightful about 40 minutes. The villa is a short walk from the upmarket El Duque shopping centre.

The villa was well equipped and the lower floor perfect for youngsters witha table tennis table, or a family with small children. We were well looked after with queries answered propmptly by Zanetta and we wouldn't hesitate to book again - which we are planning to do. Don't hesitate - book before someone else does!

Superb villa in quiet area

Arrived at the villa armed with the instructions sent to us via email a week before by the manager. Everything was as described. There were seven of us, 6 adults and an infant. The villa was pefect. It literally is huge. Each couple had a floor each. Very well appointed with Miele kitchen appliances. Full sky package. Excellent pool, gardens and patio area. Pool was a little cold to start with but warmed up after a couple of days. Short walk to El Duque shopping centre, bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Please note: we are all fairly fit. My wife and I are in our fifties. The road to the villa has security gates either end and we very rarely saw anyone. This road is fairly steep and if you have any mobility problems then this could cause you problems. Overall, great place to stay if you are fit and healthy.

Perfect Stay

We stayed at the villa for one week from 30th December 2017. The overall booking and communication from Zanneta was excellent from start to finish , she answered all our queries and questions promptly and reassured us after we had been let down by a fraudulent scam villa booking from Air bnb. We arrived after 9pm but were given clear instructions for entry to the villa . The villa itself is beautiful, well maintained with good quality fixtures and fittings . Outside is lovely and you get the sun all day at different ares of the garden . The location is excellent in fact you couldn't get much better , it's in the hub of Costa Adeje with the beach a 2 minute walk and shops , restaurants and bars all within walking distance. I would recommend this villa to anybody looking to visit Costa Adeje , we had a fantastic stay . A couple of things that may improve the stay would be a bigger barbecue as it's a bit small if there are a lot of you , also it would be good if you were offered a welcome pack like water , milk, bread butter ? As we arrived late evening it would have been good to have these items in as in previous villas we have visited offer this for a fee , we were ok as we know the area very well and knew there was a small 24 hour supermarket at the top of the hill to the left of The Costa Adeje Gran Hotel , they sell almost everything. Also the Chinese restaurant at the top of the hill is excellent and does takeaway , it's called The Slow Boat 👍. We will definitely return in the future, thank you Zaneta .

A very perfect villa for 10 pers.

The house was just perfect for my family of 8 adults and 2 children. There are 4 good bedrooms and the one at the bottom floor is very good for parents with 2 children. Every bedroom has a private bathroom and a shower which was very good. The living room and kitchen was great and it was good to have access to the washing machine. We had a fantastic one week with the whole family together in one house but still some privacy for everyone. I do recommend this house which is close to Fanabe beach.

A great place to stay

This is a fantastic property in a great location. Close proximity to a great shopping centre if you fancy some retail therapy. Also close to a number of great bars and restaurants, just a short walk from the villa. The bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms very modern. What we really liked was the many different terraces to sit out on from a small terrace at the front of the property to watch the sunrise and then later around the pool at the back of the property. The pool is only small but adequate to cool off in. The family room downstairs is very impressive and a huge games from adjacent to this. The property is on a bit of a bank but don't let that put you off as its really not far to the top or bottom of the hill and all the bars and restaurants are within a short walk. The owner was very helpful throughout and responded very quickly to any questions I asked about the property. I would certainly recommend this property.

Excellent!

My husband booked this for a family holiday to celebrate my 60th birthday.

We had 4 20 something's and 2 60 something's in the party and it was great to be able to enjoy the all day long sunshine together around the good sized pool.

There was plenty of space and brilliant that we could all have our own bedroom and bathrooms - no queuing to use the shower before going out!

The villa was really well located, so we could walk to the good choice of restaurants with no need for a taxi and also to the beach, where the youngsters enjoyed the water sports.

Siam water park is a must and with just a 15 min drive we were first in the queue!

There is everything you need at this villa, it is extremely well equipped and very clean- when we emailed the owner one morning to let them know the toaster was broken, we had a new one delivered by the end of the day!

We had a couple of cloudy days, so the games room was fantastic!

Great that you don't have to use your luggage allowance for beach towels either.

All in all, a brilliant villa that I would 100% recommend.

Coast/Beach:

The famous Playa Del Duque beach is a 5 minute walk away as is also the more 'fun in the sun style' Fanabe beach. Playa del Duque features beautiful sun loungers under wide rafia sunshades. Overlooked by the Hotel Bahia del Duque - see if you can spot the stars. Fanabe Beach is also a lovely beach with fun activities for the kids big and and small both on and off it. The recent addition of a floating climbing/bouncing emporium in the near shore just goes to enhance the fun.

Travel:

Set in the heart of Costa Adeje, the Tenerife South Airport (Tenerife Sur) is a 15 minute drive away - (Approx 30-35 euros by taxi). A car is not required, but if you are a golfer or keen explorer then we would recommend one. A double garage is included if required. If you just want to explore for a day or two we would suggest you take a taxi to the villa and maybe rent a car for a day from one of the many nearby rental shops.

Distances:

It takes approx 1 hour to get from the villa to Puerto de la Cruz about the same to get to Mount Teide. 40 Mins to Los Gigantes.

If you are a nature lover you might consider a day trip to La Gomera (a small island nearby). Ferries go regularly from Los Christianos (10 min drive).

Further Details:

There are two shopping centres within about 2 minutes walk from the villa. Plaza del Duque is a very glamorous centre with some very expensive (and some not so) shops. But also for more basic needs, there is another centre also 2 minutes walk in the opposite direction housing a large supermarket, intersport, newsagent, exchange and other stores.

In 2009 the great Siam Park was opened. This is about 10 minutes drive away, but there is a regular free bus. A fantastic new water park and must do for families with (or even without) children. Please contact owner should you require weblink addresses.
